I bought my Green Mountain pellet grill here and the pellets. Ken was friendly and very helpful. They are also the best price for bags of pellets.

The family has purchased a couple pieces of equipment from Johnson and as far as the purchasing goes, a definite 5 stars...but the delivery and follow-up is a 1.The first piece of equipment we purchased a few months back, we decided to pick up and set-up ourselves, with no issues or complaints. On the last item we purchased, we were talked into the delivery, as it was so convenient and easy. We opted to pay the fee and on delivery day, 2 guys showed up and began putting our bike together on the sidewalk. By the time it was brought into our home, it was covered in grit and had a really bad gash in the side. We told the young fella and took pics while he was in our living room. He advised that was not his issue and the store could provide me with a new part.We have emailed the store several times, providing pics and no one will get back with us.We are dissatisfied and will not return or recommend. I advise that if you do use Johnson, to pickup purchases yourself and avoid the delivery option, even though youre still at risk of not getting help should it be damaged in the box. Best option yet, might be to order online and get delivered.

Ken was super helpful. Offered a no bs informational approach. We were able to try the floor products and we were no pushed in any direction!

Mark Owens was very knowledgeable about all the equipment the store sells. He was valuable in helping me find the right exercise bike that wouldnt make my back hurt. Then he showed me all the great features of the Jin massage chair for after a hard workout, stressful day, or anytime. I love the bike and I am absolutely thrilled with the massage chair. The delivery men were careful when bringing in and setting up both of them and then taking away the boxes and packing material. I highly recommend Mark and the Johnson Fitness & Wellness Store.

The purchasing was great. I first went in and met Mark, he was great...helped me considerably. My second time in the store was to purchase the equipment after a few days of deliberation. My third time was to pick up the equipment after it came in the store. I got there promptly at 10am, that’s the time the store opens on Saturdays...no one there...waiting...10:30am...no one there. Called twice to the store phone, hoping someone might be in the store doing stock or something...no answer. 10:45am no body at the store yet...still waiting. I am still here posting, waiting...I checked my calendar and it is Saturday...not Sunday...wanted to make sure I didn’t miss a day in my life...which I feel I am doing here right now waiting. I just want to say as I wait...these are not bad people, they have some pretty good equipment for home...some cool treadmills, home gyms, massage chairs, etc. Their products are quality products. Unfortunately, on this day, someone called in sick, and are scrambling looking for a replacement to open the door. I don’t know, I am sure the person who comes and opens the door at whatever time they get here will have the excuse. It is 10:50am right now...no sign of life, yet. It will be nice to be able to pick up my new Echelon spin bike and set it up to loose the pounds I am gaining just waiting in the parking lot. 11am right now...patiently waiting. I guess I can tell you about the various people going into the optometrist and tailor next door while I wait...I live across town and is a 20minute hike to the store, and I don’t feel like going back and coming back, thus I wait...called the number of the store again at 11:06am but no answer. One of my pups is sick right now and is waiting for me to get back so I can pet him and give him a little love to take away some of the misery he is feeling right now. Is nothing serious, just an upset stomach. Hopefully he can handle a little more time in the kennel. oh wait! Life at the store at 11:10am! Fantastic! Have a great read!
