Anchor Boatworks is awesome. From the very beginning emailing back and forth with Jacob, he answered all my questions and sent me quotes on the engine I was considering. I ended up re-powering my 1986 Boston Whaler 18 foot Outrage with a brand new Suzuki 140. The staff is professional and it was delivered on time. Hats off to Tony, Tom and Jacob for a job well done. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to re-power their boat.

After taking my skiff to another dealer that could not properly diagnose the problem. I took it to Anchor Marine and was pleased that they diagnosed the problem, explained fully what they found, what repairs needed to be made and called me to explain what parts needed to be ordered and how long it would take to get them in and finish the repairs. Ive known young Steve Palmer for years. ( I call him young Steve since there are 2 Steve Palmers). I also have known several of the guys in the shop for years. They run a great operation. Its clean, professional and most importantly they do great work. They have worked on several boats, motors, and trailers that Ive owned over the years. I have great confidence in them. I typically have them service and clean my boat in winter so its clean and ready to go in the spring. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Keep up the great work.

I did a re-power of a Suzuki 90hp 4 stroke. great pricing, no hidden bs, and right on time. i think it was actually earlier than anticipated. Did a water test with me and my 20hr follow up was done in a day (in the middle of summer). these guys are pros

Last yer we had a rigid inflatable tender for the 60 yacht I run, which needed some TLC which no one in the Hampton Roads area was able to address. I spoke with Stephen Palmer at a local yard and he told me they had the ability to repair the tube which was leaking and he surprised me with a complete detail, which made the tender look like new. There was also an electrical issue with the running light which they repaired and while there they installed a racor water / fuel separator. The work was completed as promised plus some and they were much quicker than I expected.I give Stephen and his team a 5 star rating, which is very difficult to find in the boating industry.Thanks again!!Thanks for your great experience.
