I am giving a 2 Star Rating because of Debbie. I fell on hard times due to the pandemic and I lost my small business. That caused a tremendous amount of financial stress. However, I still needed water, and did what I could to get payments in on my account. I was thinking they could have extended more flexibility concerning clearing my account balance of $150.00 as long as consistent payments were coming in. HOWEVER, Debbie always seemed to be very short and pretty abrupt when interacting with me when I had to call in. She basically harassed me over $150 or less every time I had to speak with her. I ended my service with them. I found out that my old water company that I was with for years, services this area. I will clearly be giving them my business as I start to recover from the financial impact of COVID. Everyone else was great! I truly thank them for their kindness and good customer service.

Possibly the best water delivery service I’ve ever used! My family drinks LOTS of water so we usually get 4 bottles that last about 2 weeks. I forgot to call in the last delivery and we very nearly ran out of water completely on a Friday evening. I called them on Monday to get a special delivery and by Tuesday the owner personally came out in their own POV just to make sure we didn’t run out (we usually get our deliveries on a Friday)! I very rarely receive this type of courtesy from any business, let alone a water delivery service! Also, the water is extremely clean and tasty. The bottles are very sturdy (I’ve dropped some several times without breaking). Love doing business with these folks!

We have been using H2O to Go for many years and they are wonderful. Our water is delivered regularly and on time, the staff are very courteous and helpful and the delivery man is a hoot! The water tastes crisp and clean.

I have been a customer since they built the new water purification facility 5 years ago. I have never had issues or problems with this company EVER! I have always received prompt and courteous customer service. I would turn a hairy eyeball at any 1 star review...1 star review= FAKE NEWS!

Constantly delivered leaking cracked jugs ultimately resulting in my wood floor needing replaced. After calling to have them refund a jug that was leaking they said they would stop delivery to us because they couldn’t meet our needs. Their website says that they will deliver based on your needs, but don’t live in Chesapeake because that is apparently to far.
