Basic photography items, not necessarily a pro go to... A lot of brick and mortar stores have few items you can touch but they had more than best buy or Richmond camera so they win by default. I appreciate its existence and hope they grow.

Mostly, they are unhelpful, ridiculous people who strike me as untruthful.I uploaded photos. I requested 3.5x5 matte finish online. When I picked them up, they were glossy. Never did they call me & say Hey, we are sorry, the online system doesnt match our capabilities. I asked about receiving a discount since the pictures arent exactly what I wanted or expected. The clerk said they were already discounted by 50%. When I said he charged me what my online total was & that in fact he rang me up for the full price, he shrugged & said ok.

Upon searching for a location to develop my Ilford B&W 35mm film, I came across Ritz. I dropped off two rolls of this film to be shipped off for development as they do not develop anything other than mostly the C41 process. I was informed at the time of drop off that it would take approximately 2-3 weeks to get the rolls processed. It has now been well over a month and I still have not received my rolls and pictures. Let me describe my experience over the past month:I waited patiently for a little over two weeks to receive a call. Due to the July 4th holiday, I gave a few more days due to shipping delays. I called the following week and was informed the film had not arrived and they would call me when it came in.I then contacted them again one week later on July 13th. I received the same response as above, that the film had not arrived and they would call me when it did. At this point, being 3+ weeks I started getting a little skeptical as to what may have happened. I decided to be patient and wait longer.I waited another half a week, contacted them and asked them to please follow up with their processing site as to a status. They stated they would call and check for me and call me back. I never received a call back. The following day, I called to ask what the status was from the processing site. I received the same response as before; they would contact the processing center and call me back. I again, never received a call back.Note: I am a very patience person and did/have not lost my temper although being frustrated through this whole experience.This leads up to last Friday, July 20th. When I called this time, I was informed that apparently they received my shipment (didnt say when) because they had signed off on the delivery. They stated they were looking around the store attempting to locate my film.Today, I contacted them inquiring if they located my film. Keep in mind, the store is not that large, so two plus days should be ample to locate if it’s in the store. I was informed that they have everyone searching through the bins looking for my film. At this point, it seems they have lost my film and chances of finding it are looking grimmer by the day.I am doing this review to help people in the future. DO NOT take your film to be developed here unless you want to risk the film being lost. Their customer service is atrocious, as they never once called me back when they stated they would. This has quite possibly been the worst experience I have had with ANY business. They cant seem to do the simplest task of taking in shipments, and their customer service is non-existent.** I will update this if my film is located. **
