They do awful work, will not stand behind there warranty. Do not do business with these people. They will screw you.

Just my experience. Crashed my Spark and went to DJI website. It would fly, just hop and act as if it was confused.I assumed a sensor was bad, but idk. It had a few scratches on the X frame and top. Dominion Drones was the closest to me so I emailed them. They sent me instructions to ship it to them. The website said We return most repairs within 2 weeks or less. We guarantee you a timely and convenient repair. Well not so much. I sent it in and quickly got a response that it was going need an X frame, front and bottom sensor to the tune of $275.00. What can you do especially if you dont know how to fix drones? I quickly paid the bill, not happy about it, but I did. As soon as I paid it I got an email stating one part would have to be ordered and it will take 2 weeks. No big issue, but after I stewed on it a few days I simply asked the to at least return every broken part that they replaced. Two weeks passed and I asked for an update. They said it was fixed and they would ship it on Monday. 8 days later I began to wonder where my drone was and why hadnt I gotten any shipping info. The next day I got an email stating they had forgotten to ship it and would do so soon. The next day I finally got some shipping info. It did arrive. It still had the same scratches as it did when it left me. Of course no broken parts were in the box. One would think that if the X frame was actually replaced, it would be different. I will say it is fixed, but I feel like I may have paid for some things that never got done to it.

Drone repair is fantastic. Fixed my p3p IMU with 1 day turnaround. Very low price. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Excellent and quick repair. I brought in my Mavic Pro Platinum for a broken arm. Easy to find in the Pembroke Mall and repaired in a few days. I look forward to purchasing the Mavic Mini from this store when it’s officially released.

I havent used their repair services but I called with a question about doing a repair myself and they were happy to help. I got my question answered very quickly. They will be at the top of my list in the future.

I HIGHLY recommend this place for drone repair. I am a professional photographer and I have used my Phantom 3 P for aerial stills and video since March of 2016 accumulating over 100 hours. While inspecting my drone before a shoot, I noticed a crack on one of the arms under the motor - I took it in to the DJI store in Chesapeake and explained that I had shoots scheduled for the next day and asked if there was anyway they could get the bottom shell replaced same day. Luckily they had the parts in-hand and they repaired the drone in a few hours. I really appreciate the extra speed and effort in getting the work done. Nick the technician is a superstar! I am extremely pleased with their services. I crashed my drone and could have easily been charged a ridiculous amount for the repair, but they were honest, quick, and took great care of me. I hope I don’t ever have to hire them again, but if I need a repair in the future I know who to contact.

Great display of products in store. Lack of stars due to being able to buy items cheaper through the DJI site and the language barrier seemed to be a problem when asking questions

Sent wrong part. Confronted them, sent pictures of wrong part next to my original part. Denied the fact they sent me the wrong part, and never responded back. Would love to re-rate this review, but their first impression was too sour with me.

Stopped by on Jan 3, 3019 and the store is cleaned out. I left a message and was surprised to get a call back in less than an hour. The storefront is closed but they are still in business on line.
