After price matching and searching I went from NC to VA and the drive there was long and hard but trip back was fast and Smooth. Test drove a rogue sport loved it but one thing just didn’t work it was the interior once again my sales person stepped up to the game she asked me what it was that just didn’t sit right I said the interior she made a special point to search for the car that I wanted with the interior that I wanted thank you Andrea. 2 Weeks after got car from here and still missing a key! Never got a call back. They said they get it the next day we said okay sounds good because it was almost 9pm and we hadnt eaten since 12pm. I called the next day and there were Not Working that day. So called again few days later they also had that day OFF. So they finally call back and said the PAST OWNER has the key and they need to get intact with him about the key. NEVER received a call again. I called and send email all they say it yes well call you Back when Douglas and partner are here. They charged more than it said online minimum of 300+ more; the ad was still available for the lesser price. But that is soo common. I finally was able to get the kit YESTERDAY we paid for in the packet because they didnt give it to us that day either. They didnt want to give us the Kit Until we got the spare Key which we have gotten No Update about to this Day. Husband leave for military work in a few days which is why we been asking for spare key. How am I supposed to retrieve our truck when hes in the ship and/or airport with NO Spare Key. Paperwork states they are 2 keys.
The service advisor that I had was awesome. Very friendly and bubbly. He greeted me when everyone else was just ignoring me. I probably would never buy another car from here due to my experience from buying one. But the service was great.
I want to start off with saying that Bernad Beckett went above and beyond to help me. I came in and explained I was ready to purchase a vehicle today depending on the best price he could offer. He went to get one of the Sales managers by the name of Jaylen Smith. Jaylen Smith came to show me the best he could do was for a 2021 Nissan Kicks was 29,000 out the door. I asked why so much over the MSRP? He told me about the car shortage which I retorted that I didnt see anyone else in the sales floor offering to purchase the vehicle. His body language and demeanor was very obtuse and he said the vehicle would sell today. I walked out. As I was about to drive away I thought about how willing and helpful Benard was to me and returned. I asked if I could speak to someone else. The GM, Josh Heaton, ceame to talk to me. It was a very tense and combative beginning. I believe the odd treatment came from the fact that I am a woman and was very direct with what I wanted. Josh Heaton was able to de-escalate the situation. I told him that I am well aware of pricing and this was not my first vehicle. Honestly if it wasnt for Benard Beckett I would not have come back. The treatment given to a person that is clearly military and seasoned at purchasing a car is very combative and dismissive. I considered warning fellow service members to not come here for vehicle purchases. I am well aware that this location tries to sell vehicle 5,000 over MSRP which is never a good deal for the local service members in the area. That is almost predatory charges and taking advantage of all the men and women that serve in this location. I commend Bernard Beckett for the hassel free and extremely quick experience. I dont like the long con sale pitching most sales representatives use as a tactic to potential customers. Also wanted to note that a majority of representatives in the white shirts are dismissive and extremely rude. The only employees that made this a tolerable experience where that lovely lady that greeted me when I first walked in, Bernard Beckett, Josh Heaton, the gentle man in financing. The rest of the staff is severely ill equipped to help seasoned customers that want a quick process. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff for asking the questions I did and being assertive in my needs. Subpar performance for the majority of the sales personnel. Not all customers want to to be treated as idiots that arent intelligent enough to understand that the sticker price is not the final price. Some of us are well versed and have researched all information on the vehicle they are at the dealership to potentially purchase. Again I would give Bernard a 100 out of 100. He is the only reason I bought the car. Improve the way you treat the customer especially during the negotiation portion of the sale. Your staff almost cost you a sale. Its extremely shameful that this dealership adds and extra 600 to the sale price to mask it as a 500 deduction for military services. Also why are you all charging 255 for carpet floor mats that only cost 55 that was included in the invoice price? Why is the splash guard 255 when it only cost 77? Just tactics to increase the sale price to consumers, that is horrendous and heinous treatment of customers. Thanks Bernard and Josh Heaton but mostly Bernard Beckett!!!!!! Choose Bernard Beckett to buy from!
The issue that I was experiencing was not as bad as I had anticipated, the representative was honest and seemed genuinely concerned for my vehicles well being.
I want to personally thank Pride Mckee, he went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and made sure we drove home with our new vehicle the same day! We told him our concerns and he made it happen! I had two bad previous experiences before going to Hall Nissan. I also want to give a big thank you to Chris Sherrod, he was the guy behind it all and also made it happen!
Have bought 2 trucks from this dealership went to purchase a new vehicle and was quoted more than sticker price. Sales person was awesome but the gentleman who comes out with there bottom line price needs to get a better attitude and not act like you are the only Nissan dealer. I purchased my new Nissan from Hall Nissan for almost $5,000 less for same exact car. Bye Banister I will never get a new vehicle from you again!
I needed a new wheel lock key so I bought a new set. The new one didnt work on the original so they took them off for me and put on the new ones. All I had to pay for was the key set. It was quick and affordable!
Had my first experience with these folks and just picked up my Titan that was in for service.. I have to tell ya, these folks are true professionals which take their job seriously and really try hard to take care of you.. Mary was my Service Advisor, Jeff was was the Service Manager and Stu was the diesel mechanic that completed my repairs very quickly I might add.. When I picked my truck up it was cleaner then when I dropped it off and I don’t know who doesn’t like that !!!

I went to look for a car and find out what my trade was worth . I dealt with Doug Martel whom i had dealt with when i bought my last vehicle, as usual he was very accommodating. I think i got the best deal i could possibly get. I was treated very well by all the people i dealt with. I bought 7 or eight new vehicles with Hall Nissan since 2006 and will continue to do so. I highly recommend Hall Nissan and especially Doug Martel he is the best sales person i have ever dealt with.
Went there for an oil change, last time they didnt rotate my tires when they were supposed to. This time they did. Great customer service. If only they did what they were suppose to it would be five stars. Went there again the day after It was fantastic, got my car looking new again after getting messed up a little. Rachael, who cleaned my car outside and inside did wonderful and Duane, who made sure to get me car fixed and cleaned . Both were great and made me a happy customer on my way out the door .
I purchased a 2020 certified Rogue this week at Hall for my daughter. We had gone there for a specific vehicle that was advertised on their website and got a very fair deal. As typical, they try get you to buy thousand dollars worth of stuff during the closing of the deal. I dont fault people for trying to make a profit. This is an industrywide practice not isolated to this dealer. We were treated respectfully and would do business with them again. Always do your homework before buying a car. Warranties and nitrogen in your tires as well as special coatings for your windshield etc are high margin and high profit for the dealer. Do you really need these? Dont be reluctant to say no thanks. When it comes to the super-duper warranty policy consider the total cost over the term of the loan. Google the specific warranty they are pitching and do your own due diligence. Dont feel like youre imposing on them to say give me 30 minutes to go online and do some research. Thank me later. Finally be aware of inflated Dealer Prep Fees. Request an itemization and go online and search dealer prep fee.

Had my car totaled in an accident and came in on Saturday to purchase a new one. This experience was great and Matt was awesome. Normally it can take a while to do all of the paperwork when making a purchase, but I was literally in and out within an hour and a half. Such a great experience.

Im not sure if its due to the pandemic or not, but their customer service has gone down the drain. Previous visits were relatively great, but the last two... not so much. Maybe they are stressed out, but either way the customer shouldnt have to suffer for it. I was suppose to get a full courtesy detail because during my last visit I had my moonroof replaced. The techs left hand prints on my cream interior. I mentioned it to the Manager and he assured me theyd do a full detail on my next visit. It was discussed and verified when I arrived. After 3.5 hours the rep assured me it was done...Nope!
Terrible I was waiting at that place of business the first car there at 6:30 am once they open they started to move the cars people left overnight. I was in the express lane i pulled inside I should of been the first person to got help i wasnt and it made me mad. Cars pull in affter me service desk staff went to their cars first. I made it known that i wasnt happy. I got my oil change the guy was professional he got me in and out. The fastest i ever got in and out I gave him him alone 4 stars. The overlooking of me being the first person i should of been served first. First come should be first served. NO STAR FOR THAT PORTION
It was wonderful. My service advisor told me it would take about an hour, which was fine. But it only took about 45 minutes, and that was even when I added on a cabin and engine air filter change when I checked in.
Bernard knew exactly what I needed to have done. I informed him that I thought I had a leak in my ac coolant and come to to find out I added the wrong coolant and it was over the fill mark, so he informed me that they need to drain and flush which I gave him permission to do. Bernard goes above and beyond for his customers.

I had a scheduled appointment for a vehicle inspection and oil change. the total time was 3 hours and I waited in the lobby and completed some homework. The outlets and wifi are definitely a bonus. Joseph was very thorough and explained all recommendations and pricing.

Worked with Matthew the sales associates he was very nice and welcoming. I told Matthew I was not buying the day I came in and was looking for an estimate of the out the door price on a vehicle. I was already approved for financing at my credit union. Matthew introduced me to Josh the sales manager. This is when the mood changed quickly. He was rude when I asked for the breakdown of the price. He kept asking what did he need to do to make a sale? I was nice and told him “repeatedly” I was not buying that day. He went on to saying there was no point on giving me an estimated cost on the vehicle his response “we are just killing trees” also refused to let me leave with the print out of the breakdown. I was going to buy from this location. Although, I will go elsewhere. Thanks to Josh the sales manager Hall has lost a over $20,000 sale. All because I didn’t want to buy from him at that moment.

I purchased 2 2020 Nissans from Hall. That was an okay experience. However one of my vehicles was involved in a minor accident and I took to Hall Body Shop for repairs. The insurance estimate more than doubled and after 30+ days I still do not have my vehicle. General Manager of dealership was no help what so ever. Very hard to get answers. Very disgusted.

Since August 2019, I have visited Hall Nissan’s service department every three months for a warrantied windshield treatment, and at times requested an annual vehicle inspection during some visits. During every visit, the Hall Nissan service center staff have consistently been friendly and very helpful. Bernard Branch is one of the service members I come in contact with most often; he always greets everyone with a smile and has a warm demeanor. Bernard has always made me feel like a valued customer; even though, my vehicle is a Chevrolet (bought from Hall Chevrolet) and not a Nissan. This is the kind of customer service I appreciate and keeps me coming back. I am always serviced on time for my scheduled appointment, and my vehicle is always ready quickly or ahead of the estimated wait time. Because of the exemplary care I receive each time I come in to Hall Nissan, a Nissan may be my next vehicle purchase. The free coffee and donuts were a nice added feature in their service center waiting area too; although, this has ceased temporarily since the coronavirus pandemic.

Great customer service and friendly staff, but cant say the same for the techs. To sum it up Ive waisted sooo much money on suspension diagnostics with Nissan and UNNECESSARY suspension work that didnt fix the problems! I can say all of the other diagnostics outside of suspension by Nissan were point on! Something is JACKED up on the Maxima rear suspension that causes the camber alignment to be off and wear on tires! Also, the rear still sit lower than it should. New struts, shocks, and replacing new springs(Nissan wrong diagnostic) DIDNT fix that issue. I wouldnt recommend this location for techs and wouldnt recommend a Nissan.

All of the staff were really helpful. However, they are extremely over-priced and constantly tell you that you need extra things done to your vehicle so they can charge you an outrageous amount. I would recommend going somewhere else if you need minor things done such as an oil change or new brakes.

2 stars because the work was done and because I went back and checked the work done myself. Was quoted one price for a tune up and was charged almost $200 more even though I supplied my own parts. Tried to get me to get a transmission fluid change when I had it done there last year. They just look at the list of maintenance for the mileage on your car and tell you you need it done and not that yo already did it. Wanted me to add another $650 of work on top of a simple tune up of 6 spark plugs and it took 3.5 hours with an appointment. Typical service garage, trying to get all the money they can out of you anyway they can. Good luck.

I was charged $38 for miscellaneous shop fees, I have never heard of that and do not understand what miscellaneous fees are and why it wasnt broken down into what the charges were really for, I did not notice it until a few days later when I looked over the charges. Can I get a break down of what the miscellaneous fees were for.

The service is always good until I received my credit report. I spoke with a gentleman when I came for service on 6/27 and I came for service not for a new car . And I specifically told him that if he checked my credit dont run it but once and he insured me that he would only do it once . Now its down the line I received a credit report and he ran it multiple times, Im saying this because I do NOT appreciate being haggled about purchasing a car while I wait for service ! And I dont appreciate being lied to nor finagled into something!!! especially when its something thats effecting my credit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently took my 2012 Nissan truck to the Nissan dealership on Bonnie Road and my service guy was Dwayne Morris and Dwayne called me and told me that my truck had over $11,000 with the damage to it and was freaking all out that the truck was going to fall apart driving down the road . So I went out in the parking lot with Mr Dwayne Morris and he said my rear end was shipped them back and forth hitting my mud flaps for one thing and I told him he was wrong I was looking at it and I would know from driving it there and the u-joints would break if that was going on and told him that I used to be a mechanic until I got hurt 2 years ago so now Im handicapped so he was trying to take advantage of me and my situation and charged me an outrageous amount of money so I brought the truck home managed to get on the ground look underneath of it and didnt see that much damage or half the stuff he said that was wrong with it so I took it to another shop and they repaired it with parts and labor for less than $2,000 I will never recommend this place to anybody to Wayne Morris has got to be the best con artist and rip off person that they could even hire I guess thats why they like him so much Im a very honest person and I do not rip off anybody in my profession and I cant believe that they were trying to take advantage of me this is the worst place Ive ever dealt with in my entire life

Bernard even called me twice when he was late for the test drive because my car was being inspected because it had just came off the truck. I requested a 2020 because of the great deals going on but when he got here is was a 2021 and I received a great deal on the 2021. It was very nice not having to sit around a dealership all day. Which I wasnt going to do anyway, I really dont think that is necessary. I have already told a few people if they need a vehicle to see Bernard At Hall Honda. Oh and he called me the next day to see if I had any questions. That is what I call customer GREAT service. Give that young man a raise.
My Stepson is Attending Trade school in Norfolk far from home, having car problems is challenging to begin with, and he is only 21 so renting is a problem. After having service done at a private shop he was left with a horribly misfiring car, Hall Nissan took his car in and graciously gave him a no cost rental so he could get back n forth to school, turns out the other shop mistimed the engine, he has put several hundred miles on it since and its running great.
