Installation of bamboo flooring, a tough product to work with, top floors did a great job.They did have one snaf-foo but corrected quickly and without any issues.Luciano is a top notch carpenter and really cares about doing a job correctly with pride of ownership.Would recommend TOP Floors.

Extremely responsive, professional and courteous while offering expert advice on design and material for a difficult curved staircase runner. Came to the house to see staircase and brought us carpet samples based on our initial input. Installation was completed expertly so that each stair was covered exactly the same as the next which is very difficult when treads are narrow on one side and wide on the other.

These guys were great. Worked with us to make sure the job was done right and that flooring we selected work for our home. Would definitely use them again.

Had a wonderful experience with Top floors installing carpet in our 3 bed rooms and stairs. Tris is such a fine person to work with - gave good price, very responsive and advised on the right type of carpet & padding for the rooms and stairs. There were few corrections to be made after installation and the folks came back promptly and fixed them without complaints.Very much satisfied and will definitely go back for any flooring work in future!

Floors look fantastic! They installed new oak flooring and weaved it into a 70 year old oak floor in an adjacent room. Amazing! Thomas was a pleasure to work with as well as all of the installers. Would give them six stars, but that is not an option!

I had a carpet installed in a bedroom over a garage unit. Once the order came in, the installation went quickly. Too quickly, as the installation crew did not smooth out the nails used to fix the carpet to the perimeter of the room and staircase. After contacting Top Floors, Thomas did apologize and came the next available business day to fix the stairs. However, when I asked to take care of the perimeter of the room, I was met with a sigh of exasperation, and was then asked who would make contact with the perimeter of the room. The answer? My feet when going to turn off a light switch, and my infant who now crawls. Ive been cut a few times now, and am extremely disappointed with the services that Top Floors provided. Use another company to have your carpets installed!

With Top Floors there is no middle man they do it all and do it all well!I’m a realtor and I’ve been blown away every time I deal with them on any kind of flooring purchase!Do yourself a favor... forget Lowe’s, forget the big box stores and the 1-800-carpet guy... nobody comes close to Top Floors!
