Customer service, Donna O. Gets 100% credit and 5 stars for being amazing and sweet when I called about poor service at the VB store! My daughter returned a Christmas present, receipt in hand. Rather than mail her the store credit as they told her they credited my account. Mistakes happen, no prob. My real issue is they had in store problems printing her any kind of return voucher. As she waited her 2 year old needed the restroom... she was stuck there because THEY had a problem and THEY would not let her use their private bathroom. Moms who are potty training know... she left without any documents on returning the items to find a store that would allow customers to use the bathroom! Shame on you VB you owe my daughter and granddaughter an apology! Thanks customer service and Donna getting the gift card to my daughter that she can use online!

The staff at this location are amazing! Always helpful, professional and they have the best cooking classes. My daughter loves going to their Jr. Chef classes and American Girl classes too- Thank you!
