I purchased four disposable Vape products today; one of them did not work at all, and the other one was burnt as if the coil had been fried. Ten minutes later, I walked back into the store, to see the same sales girl still there, and she refused to exchange even the one that was out and out broken. These units cost $20 each and because I technically left the store, they would not let me exchange them. This is happened to me before at this particular store location, but not until the next day, (which is more understandable). Today, it was literally less than 10 minutes later. Buyer beware!!!

Tried to go during business hours and the store was closed. Sunday 10:10am. I guess they open when it is convenient for them.

Very unprofessional location. every time i would bring up a cigar to buy, they would say, oh thats an old label and charge another 3 to 5 more. What a Joke. i will not do business with this scam business!

Great selection of cigars and friendly staff. Only downside is the prices on the cigars are small and sometimes faded so they are kind of hard to see. Nevertheless a great place overall.

I actually really like this shop. It is very convenient for me. They have a great selection of whatever you may need from a smoke shop. Although I will say the last few times going here I am very unsatisfied with the customer service. The very unprofessional, rude and unknowledgeable little girl that they have it there now. And for that I will not be back. I tried to go in there and buy a new vape and she couldnt tell me anything about the products they sold there. So I went somewhere else. I have asked about other items and she has dismissed it without even looking to see if the item is in stock. I have tried several times including today, because I like this place and this little girl ruins it every time. I highly suggest coming from someone who knows how to treat customers and clients because my job is based on customer service....Get yourself a new employee. I also did call another location who gave me a manager number to discuss this which nobody answered.1/24/19

This place is awesome the lady that was working there on Saturday helped me with me with my vape, incense, sprays for smoke odor and I got a lot of good snacks from there 10 stars

Normally I give people the benefit of the doubt and leave positive reviews, however, I went into this smoke shack on a Monday night 11/9/15 and it was an awful experience. The store itself is great but the associate that was working this night was rude. She offered assistance in a demanding tone and almost made me feel rude as a patron for even dare to enter a shop. I dont normally go to tobacco shops often because its one of those vices I enjoy occasionally, so when I do go I normally like to browse around and spend a god chunk of change. Eventually I had enough and just walked out. As an independent business owner myself I would like to say shes a cancer as far as the progression and maintenance of this location goes. Great little shop though so had to give it 3 stars.

Ive visited this store numerous times and normally everything its ok, today I went in and was immediately told to put out my cigarette, which has always been allowed. When I asked the associate why she said it was her preference only (umm you work in a SMOKE SHACK!!!). Then after asking for a carton of my cigarettes (1 of 2 cartons I needed) she walked back and forth saying theyve moved stuff. Ultimately not finding my cigarettes or offering to call another store, I was told to try another location, maybe the one down the street... oh Ill find another location alright..another tobacco shop! Good customer service is hard to come by, lost my business.

I was sold the wrong size product for a vape which I tried to exchange 10mins after purchasing it while it was still in the package and they wouldnt exchange it. I wont be spending my money here any more 👍🏾👍🏾
