What a gem! Took a friend here and we enjoyed the delicious coffee and breakfast sandwiches. I love that the Puerto Rican bread is made in house!! Staff was very friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. The space itself is nice with great artwork, comfy seating and lots of books to read. I can’t wait to come back.

Ambiance was great but it doesnt open until 9a which makes me think its not for AM workers. I ordered one of the flights but they all came iced vs just the iced coffee option on the menu. As a coffee lover I prefer to have my caffeine undiluted so all iced flight threw off the rating. I ordered the coffee flight, a grilled cheese sandwich, and BLT.

Snagged a cappuccino here and really enjoyed it! Place is very clean and I loved the atmosphere of this coffee shop. It’s in a nice shopping center in the area, with lots of parking. The coffee was great, but a bit pricey for the size. The baristas were also very nice and helpful. In all, it was a wonderful time and I’ll definitely be back again to try their coffee flights!

Finally made the drive out to try their coffee flight after hearing about it from so many people! ☕️Fun little holiday flavor special - not too sweet, which was nice. The sandwich was delicious as well. Very cozy and artistic atmosphere. Loved the couches and chairs in the private room we shared. Just look at Nailah and Josh in super relax mode in the photos! Haha- smaller space, but I saw several cute little seating areas/nooks

This is an awesome little coffee shop, with extremely accommodating baristas. Ive been here numerous times and Ive like everything Ive ever had there. Lattes, cappuccinos, frappuccinos and baked items. My favorites include the white chocolate & raspberry the Samoa (that are seasonal) and the Toasted Marshmallow. The Samoa frappuccinos are addictive! The flights provide you with an opportunity to taste four different types of lattes. Cool concept! This place is super busy every time Ive been there, so come with lots of patience and kindness...and dont forget your mask. Masks are mandatory during this pandemic. No masks, no service.I love the books that they have laying around and the cool vibe of this place. The seats are comfy and the wall art is beautiful! Check out the weekly specials!

The location is very good but prices and product are not. If I am going to pay $10 for a latte and a muffin, a expect delicious. I asked for a warm banana muffin they gave it cold and taste like artificial banana. I ask for a latte with coconut milk and they charge me $0.75 for the milk and it did not taste like coco, it was more water. The coffee was very acid and gave me nausea. I dont think I will return.

Went today and ordered a flight and food. Was told both are longer than usual waits. My food came out within 5 minutes and the fall flight took 1 hour and 20 minutes before it was brought out. Got home and tried them. The hazelnut macchiato had no flavor and the marshemellow also had no flavor and tasted like sour coffee water. I poured out the marshmellow cold brew, and there was a thick rim of coffee grinds pictured below. I loved the toffee nut but even that had grinds in it..pictured below. My roommate also had the exact same experience as she ordered one also and ended up throwing all of hers away today. Highly disappointed in the lack of flavors and the wait time... dont plan to be back.

Dont come here on the weekends unless you want to wait over an hour for a coffee. They are under staffed. Management really needs to consider hiring more people and setting up a second espresso station.

The warm quesitos were delicious. A little on the pricey side, $4 per piece, when our isla Puerto Rico sells them everywhere for about $1.50, but if you are in the neighborhood, grab yourself one or two, they were really good.

The atmosphere is cute and chill we ordered the flight and it was good extremely pricey, we got French toast with strawberries and they were tart so we didn’t eat them, I got a Cuban bagel and it’s actually a panini bread the egg and bacon is definitely not fresh ( microwaveable) the guava pastry is a DEFINITE DO NOT BUY it’s just a puff pastry and no guava literally!!!! I asked my items to be bagged and the white skinny girl just gave left the bag there … basically I had to bag my purchased items … definitely not going back

First time here, great place, great service, highly recommend.I have 2 suggestions for the owner…..1- You have several little signs and menus all over the counter. This makes it easy to miss all the great stuff you have to offer. I suggest consolidating your menu into one place.2- The idea of the coffee drink flight you offer is GREAT! Well done! You also offer so many great and unique pastry items, you might consider offering a pastry pairing flight along with the coffee flight.

My first time here... I follow them on Facebook and was excited to try one of their coffee flights. The flight flavors were good but my fault for not asking how much it was before I ordered! $25 for 4 small coffees. $25.00!!!!!!!I might be back just for one coffee, but I wont order the flight again.

First visit; the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. Clean, with beautifully presented art on the walls. Staff was inviting and helpful.Cubano coffee was perfect. The Cuban sandwich…lackluster. The bread was tinged with a sweetness I’ve never experienced from any Cuban sandwich. The macaroons were wonderful. Will definitely have their coffee and macaroons again, perhaps a different sandwich lunch item in the future. New place to take a bike ride to in my neighborhood. Enjoy

Staff was polite and place was clean! Coffee was very good and didnt have to wait long for it. However, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and half way through eating it and I realized there was a hair in my food. No big deal, I went and told them. They offered to make me a new sandwich but I turned it down. The lady was apologetic and offered me a refund which I accepted but the refund never actually went into my account. I would go back, probably just wouldnt order food.

Cute and quaint coffee shop. Before the pandemic this place was the best spot. My spouse and I would go here quite often. The last two times there have not been so great. The time before last about a year ago we ordered featured drinks. Upon receiving them they did not have the toppings advertised. The clerk stated that we had to request those toppings. That did not make sense to me. I asked for 4 of the advertised cold coffee drinks. Why should I have to request the whip topping and the lucky charm toppers. The barista corrected our drinks and stated in the future we need to request the toppings. Got it and will do. A year later we decided to try again, this visit was two weeks ago. My spouse and I ordered two coffees. We were going to order food but the clerk stated due to being short staffed it would take 30 minutes. We decided to not get food and only get the two coffees since it would be a quicker turn around time. There was only 3 other couples ahead of us. It took 45 minutes to get our two coffees. THAT IS INSANE. I will no longer be going back to this cute little spot. The staff pre-pandemic was amazing. Best of luck to this shop.

Hands down, one of my favorite coffee shops here in Hampton Roads! They are one of the few places that do an amazing cold brew coffee - and if you want an extra zing, get the nitro cold brew! Plus it is an amazing place to hang out with friends, and even grab a bite to eat. You have GOT to try one of their giant cinnamon rolls. But make sure to share with a friend, you wont be able to eat it by yourself :)

This coffee shop is a hidden gem. We stopped in after seeing the social media buzz about the coffee flights. The coffee was good, but youre missing out if you dont try the food! The Cuban pastries take me back to living in South Florida and their lunch items are good too. A perfect spot to go if youre looking for a coffee experience beyond a grab and go.

This was one of the worst experiences ever. For a Sunday morning they had two employees working. The have all the signs up offering cool unique drinks but they can’t even make half of them because they’re out of everything. From the time placing my order to receiving it took over 45 minutes for 4 mini cold brew coffees. Not even speciality drinks. Once they finally start making my drink, they then need me to come clarify my order because they don’t know what was even ordered. Asking for a to go cup on the side while placing my order was a big complicated request which they couldn’t even accommodate. Don’t bother ordering ahead either because I watched every single person who ordered ahead have to wait 20 mins at least, as they didn’t start making it until you got there. Would NOT recommend. $25 for a mini flight that i couldn’t even enjoy after the stress of standing there for an hour.

I visited this coffee shop because many friends had recommended it to me. I was disappointed that there was no enforcement of masks upon entry. There were markings on the floor for social distancing though. I stood at the counter with two employees behind it, and waited a long time for one of them to address me. I ordered a flavored iced latte and it was really good, however it was more than $7 which seems very overpriced. I will give them another chance because the coffee was good, however my first experience wasnt the best especially given what I was told by multiple people to expect.

Updating to 5 Stars: the more I have been here the more I have come to appreciate the staff.Pourfavor offers a cozy setting, a variety of coffees, and delicious treats. Somewhat tucked away, the shop is small but that is part of the charm. The staff are always friendly. If you stop by, be sure to try some of the homemade pastries. And if you have the time, you can enjoy a board game.

Roast is weak and over powered by milk and syrups. Cute place though, just a bit over priced (born and raised in Seattle where coffee is HUGE)

Not a good experience. I got the raspberry mocha frozen drink, which was flavorless. My friend ordered a frozen drink and a sandwich for which they didnt have key ingredients; however, they somehow failed to let her know ahead of time. Oh, and there was also hair on my sandwich. Overall just disappointing.

The place is always amazing when im here and the staff is kind and the atmosphere is well created. A wonderful place to wind down after a long day.

I liked the atmosphere and decor of this place. Employees are nice, and menu has a good variety. Unfortunately, it took us about 30 min to get our order of 2 pastries and 3 coffees. There was another table with about 6 people, but it still seemed odd our order took that long.

They forgot my food, plus it wasnt what you would expect for $11.00. They brought my drinks but the restaurant is empty and they are not hurrying to get my food. My friend is done eatting and my baby is so bored out of his mind he is acting out by the time I got my food. I wont be back. Sad because this is the closest coffee joint near me. I would not recommend coming here unless you have quite a bit of time to kill, dont have a baby, come alone, and have money to waste.

We came for the art latte and order their specialty so we can promote them in Instagram, coffee came in with no art when I went to curly lady let them know we came for the latte art the barista argued and after back and forth of explaining they re do our orders we appreciate it but please be nice to your customers especially when they drove 6 hours just to try your coffee

So yummy! I did the seasonal flight and every drink was delicious. I could easily have split this with someone since the glasses are pretty decently sized and I couldn’t quite finish them all. I really enjoyed the different flavors and the coffee itself is very high quality. It’s in a great location with ample parking and it’s super cute inside. I definitely recommend coming here and will be back!

I was so aesthetically pleased being here as silly as that sounds! Staff was very nice, the food was great and so was the coffee flight we all shared. I wasn’t a huge fan of the cheesecake but everything else we had was spectacular! The feel you get here is really nice, relaxed, and overall wonderful. Will be making a visit to their Suffolk location soon!

It was the atmosphere for me. There were multiple passive aggressive signs about wearing masks regardless of whether you are vaccinated or not. It’s June 2021, this is a bit outdated. If you want to relax at a coffee shop go somewhere else.

This place is amazing! My wife and said I wish we never found it, because it will be hard to stay away. We ordered the smaller flight and then each ordered a cup of our own. We were the only ones in there as it was early on a weekday. Our server/ barista was Jaz and she was awesome. She was very nice and took the time to tell us about the different drinks and backgrounds of the various coffee. My favorite was the coco loco cold brew. We will absolutely be back.Read some of the other reviews. Some said it was too expensive. I dont see how. We do not like Starbucks due to the price. These specialty drinks were very reasonable and much better in our opinion.The other complaint is about it being too long of a wait. I can see how it would blow up on the weekend. It is a great place.

My Mocha was delicious as was my waffle! The service was great, and very patient with a first time customer. The cage itself is cute and clean. Very impressed with my first visit, can’t wait for the second!

I have ordered from this quaint little coffee shop several times. Each time I find myself waiting an extended amount of time for my order. Because of this I have chose to order online and then pick up at the time given to me. Today, knowing they are by far from being timely I arrive 5 minutes after the given time. My order was not completed. Not to mention I was greeted with DO YOU HAVE A MASK? No, I have a health issue. Ill bring you your food outside. ....its raining...no thanks Ill take my business elsewhere.

I had the peppermint mocha and it was amazing, if you dont really like the taste of coffee then its perfect for you. It was warm, it reminded me of a winter in the best way possible! The drink next to mine is the hot cocoa, it was my younger sisters.

Been here twice and havent been disappointed. Even if the coffee wasnt as amazing as it is, the staffs friendliness and politeness would make up any difference.

The 4 8oz coffee flights was overpriced and so was the avocado toast. I had ordered 2 flights and 1 order of avocado toast and totaled about below $50 something plus tip. I would have expected this place to serve us good food for the price but its just alright and not worth the price. The girl at the cashier was very welcoming though and so were the other female workers here this morning. However, the big server dude could lose the attitude. Only reason why Im giving this place stars is because of the customer service the women servers gave us.

I would not recommend this place. When in Norfolk, give A Latte Cafe a try. Their coffee is the best, not sour, not bitter.

Great place for coffee and some simple but tasty cafe fare with a subtle PR/Cuban twist. Veteran-owned small business, LEO and military/veteran-friendly and offer discount. Coffee is fabulous, the iced dark chocolate mocha latte is perfection- not too sweet, and plenty of chocolate/coffee flavor. The cappuccino art aint too shabby either (see pic). Cozy seating, perfect spot to meet someone for a simple breakfast/brunch/lunch or to chill out solo. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent coffee, great pastries and sandwiches. The bread is made by the owners Puerto Rican mom. It uses one of only five coffee machines like it in the whole US. The maserati of coffee machines. I believe it was a LaCimbali. I got a cappuccino because I was short on time but when I go back in definitely getting a sandwich. They come with American chips. I must be specific because chips mean something different in other places. The beans are from Africa, Puerto Rico and Colombia. Some roasted in house. The coffee is thick and creamy and cold and expressive. Its the best cup of coffee Ive had so far. Skip Starbucks check out PourFavor. They have multiple locations. Happy drinking. Pour one for me.

Mediocre coffee and food. Customer service is lacking too. Took about 15 minutes to get an iced latte, a cold brew, and a panini. They premake all the panini and then just heat them to order. We ordered the turkey, bacon, ranch panini. There was no bacon, so I had to ask for it to be remade. Before it was remade, there was no ranch either. I had to ask for it, then I was told it comes on the side.

Nice small coffee shop for locals and residents. They have 2 tables out in the back and 1 in the front. Inside, they have plenty of tables and some high tables with plenty of outlets. I had the matcha latte, which was delish!

First time...Last time!Was super excited to go for a coffee flight, was not greeted, waited a very long time to order, then trying to figure out best flight and flavors and made me feel rushed, received the flight and was in no way impressed. Nothing like online suggests, and waited a very long time to get it. No seating was available. Not happy at all, very disappointing!!!

Coffee is yucky and super expensive!! Got a coffee flight and a regular cold brew, I paid like $32 plus tip! The flavor of the coffee was odd. We ended up throwing the coffee away. Nice place though, just bad expensive coffee

My husband and I came here right at opening on a Saturday morning. I was surprised by how many people came in around the same time. The staff was friendly, and our food and drinks were pretty good. I loved the iced chai latte that I got. Its better than Dunkin Donuts. I also got a breakfast burrito, which was good, though I wasnt able to eat the whole thing. Its convenient that they serve your food in to-go boxes so you can just take it with you without having to make another trip to the counter. No one really checks on you to make sure youre doing alright, though.
