Wonderful optometrist! Went in for routine exam and she pointed out problems that Americas Best didnt catch.

Dr. Is very good. Went today after work to get my prescription and order a new pair. The lady was waiting on a customer. So I waited. After she finished with her customer. I told she was going on her break. So I left. I dont know if I will ever come back. Very poor customer service.

Ive currently been standing here 30 minutes to pick up contact order. Not a single word has been said to me by an employee. My initial appt was fine but this was a bit of a wow experience.

Love the staff here! Started going, moved away, and came back to them even though it’s a drive! Staff will really take time to help you! Ms Gloria is amazing with my daughter and Dr Bowers has been great for my teens and myself! Just know August is super busy with the kids bye special!

NEVER AGAIN!!!I purchased my glasses 4/20/2018 and about a week and a half later they called to say my glasses came in. We went over to pick up my glasses and the lens were not in the frames. The lens were sent to the store separate from the frames. The saleslady tried to put the lens into the frame but they did not fit so she said they would put a rush on them to have them sent out again. Well another week goes by we get a call the glasses are in so once again another trip to the store to pick them up. We get there and the same situation again. So this time they call the lab and once again they need to be sent back out. We were told they would be back in 4 to 5 business days. We waited the 4 to 5 business days and we still didnt hear anything about my glasses being in. My husband calls and the sales person tells him it will be 8 to 10 business days. Lesson learned never again will I do business with these incompetent individuals. Looking very doubtful if I will ever get my glasses.

The doctor is not professional at all. Doesnt seem to be able to keep an appointmrnt. First time was 15 minutes late and second was 40 minutes late. Not apologetic at all.

Lauren id great and all but Today Im picking up my glasses and Im standing here for like 15 minutes and I dont even get acknowledge ...how rude of them like seriously acknowledge someone and say we will be with you shortly
