DO NOT PURCHASE from here. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought a costume for my child the day before Halloween. When she went to put it on right before it was time to trick or treat we realized the box that holds the batteries and the fan that blows the costume up had been removed from the package. It was unwearable, but too late to return before time to trick or treat. Many tears later, my child wore her costume from the previous year. I took it back after Halloween and they said the only thing they could do was give me the parts that were missing from the bag. This costume won’t fit my child next year and I’ve now thrown away $42. I asked if they make it known that there are no refunds and they said there is a sign posted at the register and it’s printed on the receipt. However, I never made it to the register…an employee came to me in line with a handheld credit card machine and took my payment. She also did not provide me with a paper receipt. She sent a text message receipt which DID NOT say no refunds…I would have known to check the costume earlier if I was aware of that. However, I really shouldn’t have to check the contents of the bag for completeness. We won’t be back.

The outdoor decor selection was awesome. We had a great shopping experience here. The staff is so helpful and kind just the absolute sweetest. I didnt give 5 stars because I found the store to be on the pricey side.

I had a great time and 2 great employees helped me out and they were super nice and I never got there’s names and I got a dog costume and it was a Minion costume and One employee asked why not a Minion costume, just like my dog! Hey I will go with that! I also want to make sure they had Iron man costume and I too can wear an Iron man costume! But I couldn’t find one! So I am happy to go with Minions costume!!!

My puppy is upset she lost her tail...On our way to a family Halloween party my daughter lost her tail. Although this outfit didn’t come from this store we were in desperate need of a tail for one night that wasn’t super pricey. Thanks to the super friendly staff we found what we needed in less than 3 minutes. Unfortunately, we weren’t the only last minute shoppers so the line was kind of long and slow but the price we paid was worth the wait. Also, they offer 10% military discounts.Thank you Harygul Halloween Planet for your support... it’s hard to find companies that still care to support those who have served or is actively serving. Most importantly, the families that take a loss in some way to support their troop’s bravery doing what they love most... serving and protecting the USA. Kudos to you!

Completely shocked to see items from Home Depot and Walmart on their shelves... First I noticed Home Depots, home accents holiday string lights for sale for $14-$19 when they retail at $4-$9 at Home Depot. Then I noticed Walmarts 5ft & 7ft Skelton both priced 30-50% higher than what Walmart retails them at. Then this fog machine... this item retails at $28.88 at Walmart.. Haryguls had sharpied over the price and re-stickerd at $64.99, the box clearly says Walmart. This behavior is completely unethical, bummed to see they are scamming customers, this is not how a business should be run. Buyers beware.

This store bought a ton of the Home Depot 12 ft skeleton for 399 and they are reselling for 799

Had an amazing experience at this location! what sets this store apart from other retail halloween stores is that you can actually try on costumes in a clean environment and will be treated like royalty by the staff. they actually want to help and provide amazing customer service!

Me and my wife went here with our three kids there was a women on staff who helped all three of them pick what they wanted find accessories she did amazing with the kids best Halloween costume shopping experience ever they also have the largest selection of costumes out of any place we have been the costumes are also very good quality if you have kids this is the place to go we will be coming here every year

Best experience ever !! I had a very hard time finding what I needed at other places but when I came to Harygul I was helped by a worker and they were extremely polite and helpful and we were able to find exactly what I needed. Would recommend to everyone, best place ever !

Completely overpriced here. They had inflatable costumes that are on Walmart.com right now for $10.56 by Rubies in their store for $80. Pet outfits that you can find for $5 for little dogs were $26 here. Theres plenty of places that offer BOGO deals for pets with free shipping. Everything else was cheap and tacky looking, plastic and not worth the high prices at all. It didnt seem clean in there and overall, theres no point in wasting your money here because the service is nothing special with regards to management. Also, wearing your mask with your nose hanging out isnt cool during Covid. When you run a business, follow the rules.

They have a HUGH supply, but the prices are a bit steep for my liking. I was very much in need of a custom at that time, so I made a purchase, but I surely wasnt expecting to pay as much as I did for it.... 😯

I went in there to get a costume for my son which can be a daunting task by its self. My son is non-verbal and autistic so finding a staff member who interacted with him and took the time to find what he wanted was amazing. Quinn did that and it made my day. Thank you. Im definitely going back in to find my costume!

Honestly just a big mess with too many people and the products are so over priced its ridiculous. Pretty standard for any Halloween store experience!

The employees are very kind from the time you come into the store and from the time you leave. Now if you need something or youre just looking around, they are there to help you find whatever it is that you are looking for. Everyone is respectful to the customers and I just simply love Halloween and the store.
