Very easy system of walking in and looking at a lovely and wide selection of stone and man made slabs for our kitchen countertops. Customer service was wonderful! Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Gracious tour paced however you would like it with repeat visits to narrow down choices. A very professional experience!

Amazing selections! Well organized! We went here to look for countertops and they had a really great selection. You get to browse the warehouse on your own (no sales people bothering you). The rows are really wide (which is helpful for Sofia distancing and for being able to step back and get a good view or photo of a slab!). The lighting wasn’t bad either, which was nice. Highly recommend.

Selena was great! She was very helpful over the phone and in person. When we walked in, we were greeted right away, and offered a complimentary mimosa. They are a dog friendly business and have dog treats for your fur babies. We didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. Selena answered all of our questions and made sure we felt happy about our choices before we left. Their staff is knowledgeable about various products and are happy to answer any of your questions. Stopped by the Virginia Beach location today to select a granite slab to be installed on an outdoor counter. There was a great selection to choose from and the warehouse area was extremely well organized. Kerryann Ohara showed us around and she was very knowledgeable and helped us immensely. Great selection. Friendly employees. But they do not provide quotes or install. You will need a granite fabricator to go through. This place is more for installers or if you have someone who can install for you.

I am getting my kitchen remodeled and had two options of places to go to pick out countertops. I went straight to google and looked at reviews, which led to me choosing to go to CRS, and I was not disappointed! I went on a random day without making an appointment, and Alyssa was quick to great me and take care of me. She walked with me through the warehouse and showed me selections based off of what I had expressed interest in, and gave me all the time in the world (including time to FaceTime and get other opinions) without once rushing me. I am very happy with the granite that I chose and had a very good experience here! I would highly recommend to anyone.
