I dont trust big company ran dairy farms. I dont understand how you can buy milk at the market that has been removed of all its qualities. I have a small child and would highly recommend Oberweis to any one that has a genuine concern for their childrens health. if you feed your child 3 fast food meals a day then dont bother wasting your money. this is a quality product and you will be able to tell the difference.

Great company and fantastic customer service! And my kids describe their chocolate milk as melted ice cream. Its so good!

When I do drink milk I am a fat free/skim milk drinker... and I have never found a quality tasting milk until I found Oberweis Dairy.I found them at the farmers market in Portsmouth... check them out... .best decision I ever made.

Delivery is always screwed up. Called customer service a couple of times to correct the problem and even talked to the manager, still no difference. There is always something missing with my order and I end up going to the grocery store anyway. What is the point? Its not worth the aggravation.

My daughter cant drink milk from the grocery store but has been drinking their milk with no problems Im so happy I signed up

Delivary service that comes with a headache. We are on our 4th delivery so far. Every single one has been incorrect. The 1st delivery came in a foam box, picked it up and the bottom broke out, broken glass, milk and yogurt everywhere on the doorstep. The second delivery came with outdated cream that was sour, also they never brought he replacement yogurt. Third delivery the replacement cream never came. Now on the 4th delivery and again, no cream....we gave them a few times to get it right, for the cost of the service you expect to be a valued customer, this was not the case. We are cancelling the service today as a result of poor customer care.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They make you over pay to buy one of THEIR coolers. The delivery guy wont close the cooler all the way, and two times in a row i had to throw away a whole order. When i called to cancel service, the man on the phone was very cold, and could not have cared less that they were losing a customer! Save your money and buy organic milk at the store!
