Skinny dip was one of my favorite places to go. Not sure Ill ever go back after today. My daughter and I both got the vanilla/chocolate mix and it tasted funky. I told the attendant. She checked it and told me that the chocolate was bad and changed it out. She told us to get a new cup and get something different. My daughter was turned off and didnt want anything else. I put strawberry in my cup and it looked like ice milk. I showed the attendant and she said that it was soft serve. Im isnt it all soft serve. Strawberry tasted weird too. I didnt get another cup. The attendant did not offer us a refund even though she saw us throw the cups away. Also, there was only 1 person working and it took her forever to come from the back so I could talk to her.Highly disappointed in our first ice cream outing of the year.

Friendly staff! This place is close to home and never too crowded so its the perfect place to bring the kids or the whole family for a sweet treat! 10 options of ice cream to choose from with 48 different toppings to choose from not including syrups and whip cream (yes I counted!) Lol. They also have a coffee machine now which just made this place perfect for adults! Coffee and dessert just go hand in hand!

The best fro-yo anywhere, especially the Fruity Pebbles flavor! They sit on the Fro-yo Throne.

This is our favorite spot. The customer service is amazing and they always have at least one vegan option available.

Me and my husband were regulars. Would come in 2-3x a week. Usually two younger polite girls are working. Today we went in (Sunday, August 9th, 2020) around 2PM. We were greeted outside by the staff member yelling on her phone about how the place is infested with bugs and the owners do not treat it. She then proceeded to tell me how my dog is not allowed in. When I explained to her that my dog is a service dog she responds with “oh, you better be glad because we ain’t doing that”. Oh, very professional of her. I’m not sure who the new disaster of a person you hired, but she’s awful. Needless to say, we walked out and went to sweet frog. While your staff member followed outside to continue bashing the establishment and us. If you have cameras, feel free to watch them. I’m sure she spends her whole time outside talking on the phone. Not sure why anyone would pay her to “work” for them. A total joke. We will not be returning.

I did love this Skinny Dip. I will not return anymore. The lady working was rude and loud talking on her cellphone while I was trying to ask questions. I guess I was inconvenient to her. No worries, my business will not be coming back.

Ive had FroYo before but never at a bar and this was amazing!!!

Hadnt been to Skinny Dip in ages and found it just as it was. Went in at after school time and there was no one in there. The flavor selections were very simple with 4 options in strawberry. The employee was pleasant though!

I always enjoy my skinny dip. There are many tasty mixtures of yogurts to try, including the list of tasty toppings to add. You choose what to get and how much you want. I am able to try different dips, because you can sample before selecting. Its one of my favorite places to visit in every season. Skinny dip is not just for summer, any season.

The girl working today was very cheerful and pleasant. She seemed to really enjoy engaging with all of her customers, which always goes a long way for me. We enjoy the selection of ice cream and sorbet as well as toppings. The kid goes crazy with the chocolate options!

Great place. My son loves it here and they always chat with him and treat him like a prince. The flavors vary, with an even split between the standard flavors always on tap and more creative ones in the “rotation”. The toppings are plentiful and always kept clean. You’re guaranteed to find something you’ll like. They are also pet friendly, with a water bowl outside and “pup sized frozen yogurt” as well.

Half the time, they only have 3 or 4 machines working with the same flavors. They hardly ever have whipped cream. And they have no bell or alarm to sound when someone walks in and they are always in the back. So you have to stick your head in the back and let them know youre there! Good way to get robbed.

The flavors are great, and my family loves the $7 color change bowls. They always have our favorite toppings ready, and its always nice to sit and eat. The place is clean and bright, and no matter how loud my kids get, the staff always smiles.

Of all the frozen yogurt bars around, Skinny Dip is the best.Their yogurts taste more distinguished and flavor intense to me, without tasting artificial like some of the competition. Their toppings compliment their yogurts and dont overwhelm and distract you from the yummy creamy yogurt. The decorum is simple, warm and friendly, just like their staff. This is my preferred place for a yummy cold treat!

Great place

Usually a very friendly staff and decent selection of flavors although there is almost always at least one machine “in time out”. Went in today during a very slow period and was out in the lobby for over 10 minutes without anyone coming out to greet me like they usually do. I figured they were busy in the back or in the restroom no big deal. I walk to the front and wait a couple minutes at the register to be helped. Shelly finally comes out from the back doesn’t even look at me, say hello to me, much less apologize for the wait. Gave me my total and after I paid said “Ok”. I said “Uhh Have a good day???” to which she replied “You too”.In all the positive experiences I’ve had there, it just took that one negative experience to leave a bad taste in my mouth.Don’t work in customer service if you don’t have a friendly, customer-centered attitude!

The vanilla and cake batter frozen yogurt was very sour, spoiled tasting. The chocolate yogurt tasted fine. We only had a few bites of the vanilla and tried to let the girl at the counter know and see if we could change it out to plain chocolate she said we would have to pay again. We couldnt eat it, so I had to chalk it up to a loss. I was very disappointed in the product and service.

Delicious. Especially delicious if you get a bit 1 get 1 free coupon from the back of the Kroger receipt!

Family loves this place, can her pricey with 4 kids who want to fill things to the brim, but great selection of toppings, flavors, etc

Tons of toppings. A decent selection of different flavors of frozen yogurt, even tho two of their machines were down. The employees working there were very friendly and talkative; making for a great experience.

Typical frozen yogurt place. Nice variety of flavors, including some healthier options. Great toppings including lots of fresh fruit plus a huge variety of candies and nuts. Kids get a token for a little toy.

The place plays great music. The environment is comfy and friendly. The staff is great especially Shelly. She is the sweetest.

I didnt enjoy the frozen yogurt here. The yogurt was watery, without any distinct flavor. The toppings were mostly candies or sprinkles with a few fruits. Overall, Skinny Dips frozen yogurt is underwelming. I have no plans of going back.

This is a much loved and often visited place by my kids and I. Im not a big dairy eater but I make an exception for this place. The smiles on my kids faces are worth the stomach pains and the time in the bathroom, LOL. Just remember to ask for a military discount at the counter.

Great place with pleasant Employees!!! The one young lady that works weekend nights is super sweet!! Love going with the whole family!!! Highly recommended to anyone!!!
