Much obliged. other companies just wanted to charge us a fortune. Instead you guys told us for free how to do it. If we ever need anything we’re coming to you guys!

I did some upgrades on my home theater system last year through Domes since they did the original install many years ago. I spent about $2000 in upgrades including a new receiver, a sound bridge, re-wiring and speaker controls., I had no issues with the work they did at that time. I recently called for additional service since I needed other parts of my home theater repaired or upgraded, and their service manager was very unprofessional. He said he would not come out and that my system was too old. I explained they were out last year, and I may need more upgrades for some of the home theater automation features, but he seemed clueless and refused to come out. He would not explain why, and I would think if the system was too old, a reputable company would be happy to evaluate it and upgrade it if needed. I would not recommend them, and I will be going elsewhere.

Domes taught me over the phone how to fix my system and they did not charge me. They listened to my issue, they listened to my desires… and they told me exactly how to do it. If I ever get another system I am coming to Domes. I’m so glad I called them!

Materials used and most work completed is quality. Just depends on if you catch the tech with your ticket is having a bad day or not. If youre applying as a helper, there is no work of knowledge to be had. With this said everyone for the most part is pretty respectful.

Domes sent two people that knew exactly what they were doing. They have also been very responsive over the phone. I am very happy with their work!

I have had Lee Whedbee and Domes AV Environments install numerous items for us in our new home and every experience has just been incredible. They walked me through my transfer over to the Control 4 system and were very professional in the communication, installation and follow up. We also had a Sony HD 3D projector installed ( like they have in the showroom) and it operates flawlessly. When we have any questions or concerns, Lee (Owner), stops what he is doing and ensures that we are taken care of immediately and follows up to make sure that everything was done correctly. Just this morning, at 8:00 am, he re-booted our system as it was stalling due to a power surge, and did this remotely!In my business, I have numerous locations across the NE in distribution and customer service and I am striving to make sure that our associates Wow people like a Lee and his team do.Honest, fair and trustworthy, I truly feel that you could not make a better decision for any of your electronics needs.
