Darryl was very helpful to support my Octane equipment. I have moved from the area and he arranged support for an issue I had recently and got me back up and running. This is a great company supporting the Fitness world in Virginia Beach.

I bought a rower at Dash Fit after calling another fitness equipment store I have dealt with previously. That store did not have rowers in stock; I called Darryl at SashFit, who confirmed that rowers were in stock and invited me to come demo one. When I arrived at the store, Darryl and his physical therapist partner, greeted me with professional smiles, enthusiasm and information about the rower. As a disabled person, I appreciated the help using the rower and our discussion about my goals and plans with it. Darryl told me he could deliver and set up the rower for the in two days. After my experience at DashFit, I won’t go anywhere else for my exercise equipment: you shouldn’t either!

Back when gyms reopened in June 2020, most of my favorite cable attachments (ropes, nylon straps) were not put out for use at my gym. I came here and they had everything I needed, and for reasonable prices considering the high quality of the equipment. Darryl was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend, especially for those looking to set up a home gym.

Great guy! Help setup my treadmill at home, even sent crew to replace with brand new unit when original one failed to perform as expected. Very trustworthy and reliable.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The prices here are extremely competitive. Maybe a couple bucks more than the knock-off cheap stuff from walmart, but youre still getting name brands and excellent quality. Mr. Dash himself is a very nice guy, and an absolute pleasure doing business with. Ill definitely be back to add more to my home gym!

Stopped by here this afternoon after reading some phenomenal reviews about this store. Two things: store wasn’t open as advertised by their website nor was it open by the sign hanging on the door. Published hours state 10-6, ok fine. Sign hanging in the door said “Will return 2:50” which I gave them 3...was here at 3:25, door locked, OPEN neon sign flashing and cell phone number listed on the will return sign. Really disappointed. Biggest pet peeve is when a business says their open and they’re not.

Very helpful, offers new and used equipment, and also does consignment. I was referred by a local gym (House of Champions) right around the corner that I train at when on the South Side, and was not disappointed. Very first hand experience with the owner, spent lots of time looking at his different equipment he had to offer, and he answered a million of my questions without being frustrated. He took the time to show me other items that he could order, explained his delivery and setup charges, and even offered maintenance services on any and all equipment. I drive 45 minutes from Yorktown to visit him when I need something new, and I would certainly recommend you give him a try.

Not the cheapest route, so go in prepared to see pricier products—but its all quality fitness equipment that will last. Dash, the owner, was willing to negotiate some of the prices when I added some weights to my order. The guy knows how to run a business. Ill be back when I find a new home fitness gadget I want.

Darryl is the owner of the only workout equipment location, where I will only buy from. He is a very personal person, that works with you to find the right workout equipment to fit your workout plan. I have been knowing and buy from Darryl before he became owner of his own equipment shop, Dashfit. This dealer to client relationships goes back over 15 years. I own a home gym filled with only the best equipment from Darryl at Dashfit. I highly recommend Darryl and Dashfit.
