Great company that uses superior products compared to their competition.They are on time and clean up after themselves. We are very pleased with the overall job and will use them again.
This company will not respond to you with a quote! Buyer beware.My business was vandalized during the wee hours of 5/13 leaving the entire glass storefront damaged and the store unable to be secured. I called All Star around 9am and spoke with Ashley Bullock and informed her of the emergent need for board up and also a quote to replace the glass. She told me she would call me back. I waited several hours and did not hear back. I called her again around noon and she said someone would be out between 1 and 4pm. Someone did show up around 3 pm, assessed the damage and told me Ashley would email me a quote for board up shortly. Around 5:30 pm I did receive the email quote however another company that I had come out was able to start the board up immediately so in the interest of security I went with them. I responded to Ashley that we would pass on the board up service but that I was still interested in a quote for the glass replacement. She told me I would have it the next morning. The next morning came and went. I called and this time spoke with Helen, who informed me Ashley was not available. I informed her that I had yet to receive my quote. She apologized and connected me to someones voicemail. I left a message and requested a call back which I never received. The next day I had still not heard from anyone. I called and Helen told me they were very busy with emergency jobs - I informed her that my job was an emergency too and asked that if they were too busy to give me a quote to please be courteous enough to tell me. She assured me that they would get to me. Fast forward to today, 5/20 - 7 full days later. I have yet to receive a call, email, letter, anything from All Star Glass. Fortunately I have gone with another company and my repair is getting taken care of but I feel that this lack of customer service is completely unacceptable. They offer commercial emergency services yet they do not provide them. They are also obviously too busy to provide quotes for $10k+ jobs. I would strongly advise against using this company. They do not put the customers first at all nor do they even have the common decency to return calls or emails. There are better companies out there!

Their website offers “EMERGENCY board up of windows to keep your home safe.” So I call Monday 9/10 and get a gal who says I was the 1st call, she’ll find out the cost & call me back. No call... I call back & ask for the manager the next day, won’t let me, the same gal is now curt and says they don’t do homes. I said to take it off their web site. Then it becomes they won’t do it for “this hurricane”(Florence) because of liability and the holes from putting up the boards. (I do have insurance & want to save my house) I said it’s good business to at least call me back for a yes or no answer. I’ve missed an entire day looking for someone to board my house now.Not a friendly place of business based on that gal who answers the phone. I won’t recommend anyone to use them for after storm business based on her attitude and ignoring my request. They don’t care about residential people I guess., just commercial... her words “liability” so let the commercial people keep them in business.
Why weed waking in the vicinity of a full glass view Pella door, manged to put a rock dead center which shattered the full view glass. Called All-Star and a rep was there within an hour. He took measurements, called me that same day, with a real fair price. Window was replaced exactly when he said it would and very professionally. Best service Ive had in a while.
I have used All Star as a commercial vendor for years and from a service and repair standpoint especially, they are knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing is absolutely fair and they do the job right; no partial fixes and they are honest, which is important.
A colleague told me about this place so I used them, unfortunately. Come to find out - after I’d already given my deposit - they are one of the most expensive places in the area!!! When paying top dollar, you at least expect to have top customer service - NOT with All Star! Once they get your deposit they dont communicate as to when material is coming and or when job will be done. When I could actually get someone on the phone, It was a hassle to get any answers. I would NOT recommend All Star Glass and Mirror to anyone, as it’d be a shame for them to spend top dollar and end up getting treated the way I did!
Super fast and friendly service for custom glass. I really appreciate the fact that they actually cut the glass to the dimensions I provided and normally its same day service.
Tom the install Tech came over and did and Excellent job replacing the Tempered Tinted glass in our Commercial front door. He installed Laminated Safety glass, Cleaned up the residue from the old glass, and it looks Great!
If you want to get killed driving on the road, their truck will do it.
We had an appointment for this morning and they failed to show up until more than two hours after they were due. A phone call saying that they would be late was not made. This is not an acceptable way to do business to me.
