Walked in with a ton of questions. The owner talked to me for over an hour explaining everything I asked about and more. Didnt try to sell me on anything specific, just education on all the models of all the brands. Highly recommend this store when shopping for a smoker or grill.

Had a great time talking with the stores owner. He was extremely knowledgeable and just a great person. They have an amazing assortment of high quality smokers and equipment. Wish I would of known this was here sooner.

I wouldnt spend my black dollar here they dont care and will completely ignore you. They will acknowledge white patrons who enter, but if your black they wont say a word to you. I wouldnt suggest ANY African American to spend there hard earned dollar with this trashy establishment.

They only seem to like to cater to white customers, so if your African American I wouldnt even bother they will straight up ignore your existence!

When you first walk in, it stinks of cigarettes, and that was through a mask.A younger guy asked if we needed anything, once I mentioned I was looking for accessories for my family members smoker, he degrated the product I mentioned, said I know nothing about them, or would ever own them. Walked away and didnt bother with us at all.So unprofessional. Will not return to this store.I have been in customer service for 30+ years with my career, and this was the worst Ive seen.

The place reeks of cigarette smoke its unbearable, and the customer service is non existence dont waste your time here at all. Better off going to lowes, shoot or even walmart.

Local store selling high end grills. You won’t find these brands in your big box store that is for sure.From Yoder smokers to Primo and Kamado Joe ceramics to Green Mountain Grills.They also do custom outdoor living spaces and work with Blaze products to give you that custom outdoor kitchen you are dreaming of.They also carry many accessories, rubs, sauces, pellets, and smoking chunks and splits that are sourced locally. Not kiln dried so they aren’t from across state lines.Definitely check this place out for your grilling and smoking needs.

One of the better stores in VaBeach for grilling goods. Staff was amazing, had everything I needed and wasnt very pricey. So thank we have a store like this in the area. Also the staff was knowledgeable about what they had and sold there.

Great place for getting anything you need for your smoking or grilling needs. Best place to buy wood for your smokers. They have an excellent choice of woods.

Local bbq/ grill store that carries a nice selection of quality seasonings and rubs. They have a small, but nice inventory of grills to check out. Yoder, Green Mountain, Komodo Joe, etc. Staff was helpful and very friendly, answered all questions I had.

He carries all the top-of-the-line grills from kamado, Yoder, Weber and everything in between. If youre looking for specific charcoal, pellets, smoking wood or seasonings and rubs hes got it all

Waited over a month to have these folks come out and repair my grill. Called to confirm a couple of days ahead of time, and low and behold Sorry we wont be able to make it. Very poor customer service. Not even an appology.
