Man I love me some Aldi! This is a a great place to pick up most of your kitchen essentials like meats, cheeses, condiments, and veggies. What you wont find here is the big name brand stuff but they will likely have a similar option for significantly cheaper. The staff is friendly and will have you in and out of there in no time. Go check it out.

Great place to buy fresh fruit at a fraction of the cost if most grocery stores. Blueberries, raspberries, cherries... you name it. Nice assortment if specialty items such as cheese and deserts also. Bring a quarter to use a cart and bring your own bags.

This store was the nicest Aldi Ive ever seen. It was well stocked and had a nice variety. They had 2 lanes open for check out and the wait was short. Ill definitely go again.

The cashier was rude. I didnt get a cart. The cashier put my 3 items in a cart when i paid. I went to the restroom. When I came out, he shouted at me that he needed my cart. I didnt realize he was talking to me at first. So he shouted it again across the store. Very rude. I wont go back to that Aldi again.

I want to love Aldi but the produce is bad VERY often. Literally 90 percent of the time, the lettuce and spinach I get from Instacart are already going bad. Get it together Aldi!

Aldi is an amazing grocery store! Im a lifelong Harris Teeter shopper because I desire the highest quality and I was shocked to find the equal quality at ALDI. A loaf of bread is .37 and the chicken is the highest quality at $5 per case for thighs or drumsticks.

Wine collection is a bit shy, the goodies - household/toys/discount items - the stuffs that Aldi is known for - is also not the greatest. Hopefully theyll expand them soon

Aldi is a great place to shop when I am trying to spend less money. Today, I purchased two packages of ground turkey, two bags of spinach, and some hearts of romaine...for 12 bucks. I dont buy everything there because Im particular about fruits and eggs but I come here for the Staples. Obviously, its a German store, so youre not going to see a lot of American name brands. And I wouldnt buy them there because often times, theyre more expensive at Walmart. Courteous staff but the generally, only have one or two lanes open with carts stacked high.

Very clean on opening day it was crowded but the prices r good and the samples were delicious. Just be prepared to have a quarter on you for the cart . All together a great experience while being there

Im always amazed how much I find all in one place at a great price. Spent less than $80 to feed my family of 5 for about 2 weeks and thats including chicken and fish options.

They have nice people working here.Remeber a quarter when you come to rent a cart. You get the quarter back when you return the cart. Bring your own shopping bag and be prepared to pack it yourself. The cashier throws the stuff you buy into a cart and you are left to pack it into your own bags. They also sell bags. I think its $.05 per plastic bag

I love Aldi. The food is great, prices are fantastic and the staff are generally knowledgeable and polite. However, they do not enforce the current mask wearing mandate as well as the rules the store put in place to help prevent the spread of covid such as one way aisles and maintaining 6 foot distance. It’s becoming a rather stressful experience for me because I am a rule follower (whether I agree with them or not) and I prefer to set a good example for my children who typically have to accompany me to the store. Lately I feel like I’m the only person who follows the one way stickers and maintains social distances but it leaves me getting trampled on and pushed out of the way by the vast majority of people who aren’t following the rules. That being said I’m strongly considering just going back to Walmart grocery pickup - since they don’t upcharge like instacart does.

Best cold brew from any of the leading supermarkets. I am a big Aldi shopper in Australia Melbourne and was excited to continue shopping at Aldi in the U.S.A but unfortunately there seemed to be a big difference with what is available. Very little choice....and prices not as cheap as what they could and should be.

Aldi has the best prices on most products that you find in supermarkets. But Aldi is a grocery store, so things are seasonal. Produce is best picked up on the day of the new flyer. Check frequently for items that you might purchase for weekly meals.

Love this place! The prices are a lot cheaper than most places and they dont use unnecessary dyes in their brand names. Perfect for my family. If youve never had one of their pizzas, try one. Theyre pretty big.

Aldi is a great store especially if you want to save money on fresh products. They had very good prices on produce better quality than any other store I have been to recently.They do have a variety of other products but may not have your brand if you are dedicated to a brand. They have always had a big enough selection that we have been able to find what we needed.

One of my favorite grocery chains. Prices are great. Food quality is great. German grocery chain that has an awesome return policy. If you return an item you get to keep that item and get s new item too and get your money back. There is no other grocery store like Aldi except Lidl.

I really like this store. The open layout, friendly employees, and low prices. I don’t go looking for particular produce because it isn’t always the freshest. I shop what is fresh. So I don’t plan on buying strawberries from there. Instead I see what is fresh when I am there and buy that way. Which stinks because I like to plan ahead.

Great prices, limited selection but what they DO have is always of surprisingly high quality. The company owns Trader Joes, which I love. Some of my essentials like bottled iced coffee, toilet paper, and organic popcorn I will never get anywhere other than here!

I was very disappointed when I visited this store, there aren’t any “free” shopping carts available. To my surprise in order to be able to use a cart the customer has to insert a quarter to get a key to unlock a cart out from the chain that keeps all of them together in front of the store. It isn’t the money what bothered me, but the fact that while I may not have a problem maneuvering this am not so sure that some other seniors with health issues can and that is a deterrent for me. I went into the store but quickly left it and with a very sad feeling about what would cause a company to do such a drastic thing, it isn’t a place that makes you feel welcome even before you set foot in the door.

This store is fairly new and was picked over, but Aldi is a great priced store. This one is large, and has a good selection. Many organic and gluten free options here. The is no phone, so dont try to call for information. They do accept credit cards now, they didnt used to. Bring your own bags, it is a no frills grocery store, unless great prices is your type of frills!

Decent Aldi, although other locations, Volvo and Cedar Rd are better. Store lighting and variety could be improved.

Good prices in general, and great prices on sale items! The cashier staff is very focused on speed and efficiency, though sometimes at the cost of politeness and friendliness. The store and staff have good potential! They maybe could just lighten up a bit. ☺

Good local produce. Friendly staff. Good prices for the most part. Parking is slim. Remember to bring a quarter for your cart (you get it back if you return it). Not a huge selection of brands, most choices are store brand vs one national brand. Much of the store brand is pretty good if not comparable to the national brand, but some of it not so much.

Kempsville Aldi is a good Aldi. As with most Aldis, the AOS Aldi Finds go quick. Super easy access from the road with traffic control. Some parking spaces have afternoon shade, a plus for heat sensitive folks.The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Clean, well stocked, and with very helpful staff. And yes, this store carries all those awesome German holiday treats in huge quantities, so theres plenty for everyone.

I would go back. Some items are familiar and some are not. Wide spaces. Very clean. Prices seem reasonable. Waiting to see how good the coffee is ...5 bucks. Cashier said it was terrific.

You can find some great deals there, especially on in -season produce. Only problem is you cant find everything all the time. I love their bagged kale salads and asian salads but its not always there. Be sure to bring your own bags because the cashier does not bag your items.

For some nice cheap prices this is a store with some good quality in it. They have a small gluten free end cap of items. The best deals I think are the vegetables and some of the meats are the sale prices of the other stores. If you are ever in the neighborhood, I suggest stopping in.Oh and one more thing, they do have the BEST hard root beer there!

Place was stocked well. Several items we use daily on sale. Both personnel, cashier and another, stocking, were great. Friendly and very helpful.

Weve cut our food budget by 30 to 50 percent by shopping at ALDI. That is not an exaggeration. Weve been impressed with the quality also. If you havent tried ALDI yet and youre interested in saving money, you should.

My adult son has autism and he was not overwhelmed. He selected his favorite snacks. The check outs are not facing the doors so he didnt attempt to leave while i was paying. The parking lot only has 4 accessible spaces and could use more since they were all full.

Great addition to the market. Helpful and energetic staff. However, uneven inventory makes it chancy that you will be able to purchase what you want. It is new so this may improve with time.

What can I say we have shopped there on many occasions food is all quality but honestly can good cheaper and funny to say too I actually get my produce here.. Always fresh and prices are amazing..Bread assortment and dairy, frozen always stocked fresh..

My first time here & I was impressed with the customer service & how kind other customers were. Definitely a great place to shop. Its clean, well organized, good parking & prices are reasonable.

The store is smaller then Im used too, but I liked that it seems like a homie place. The products were all in amazing condition. I just wish I knew that you would have to bring your own bag & a quarter to use a cart. They give the quarter back once you return the cart. Besides a great store & I will shop there again.

I love Aldi!!! The prices are amazing. We lost power for days and had to replace all our food in the fridge. It only cost us $140 for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers.

Great prices but if you see something buy it right away or you may never see it again. Dont forget your own bags but if you do, they have some for sale or grab a few free boxes. It does cost a quarter to use their shopping carts but u get it back when you return it.

This grocery store has great quality food/produce and it sells off brand items but that makes no difference because I love the prices. Be sure to bring your reusable bags or something to carry your groceries to the car. Oh, and have a quarter for the buggy, dont worry, youll get it back.

Aldi is awesome. Great food at great prices. They use non name brand for 90% of their products which makes your shopping trip very frugal. I love the atmosphere of the store as well. Carts are never strung out in the parking lot because they are deposit based carts. Dont forget to bring you quarter. But dont worry, youll get it back once you return the cart.

Great prices and nice staff. Though they like to block aisles with their carts if they are restocking and leave them there when no one is restocking. Will never buy their produce because all four times we have gone to this location, the produce was was horrible. It went bad just two days after buying it or found a dead fly in a sealed package of asparagus. Also another product we bought smelt like throw up and it was so bad we had to toss it.Will only shop for certain items from this place.
