I liked that they called the day before to remind me of my appointment. They also called the day of when they were on their way.Gary, the tech, was professional and explained what he was doing and what he was checking for. I also liked that he wore his mask the whole time, both inside and outside my house and that he wore shoe covers when he came inside. All in all very pleased!

I have a maintenance contract which includes fall and spring tuneups, along with priority scheduling and reduced cost of parts for any repairs. I have usually had Garry who does a fantastic job and call is above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly and point out any possible future issues to me. However, any technician that has been sent out to my house has been just as good and professional! I highly recommend them for all HVAC needs.

Garry came on time to give me my yearly heating service and quickly noticed some areas on my boiler that were failing. He gave me an estimate of how long it may be until it would fail or the option to fix it on the spot. He explained everything step by step and kept me informed and went over an above what other companies have done that I have used in the past. I will be using their service from now on. Throughly impressed with the attention to detail, and literally flabbergasted to see the items missed by other companies that have come out to perform the same work previously.

Ive never had to leave a bad review before but Im fed up with all the problems we have had with our trane system that was installed at the end of 2015. I went with this company because of the RAVE reviews but that was a mistake. We paid close to 12k for a system that constantly has an issue. We have been pretty good about regular maintenance but clearly its a waste of money. Not even one full year after having our system installed the compressor broke! We have had several other issues arise before and after it broke. Our system was installed by three people 2 of which were in training and I told the main HVAC tech that I was uncomfortable with these other two younger guys who were installing our system and it resulted in I believe the owner coming out to check things out which I did appreciate but it doesnt change the fact that we continue to have problems. Luckily the last issue was minor but before that another 2k for a leak. I could list all the times but it doesnt matter because the same things keep happening. Im not happy at all with this very expensive system, it was a POOR investment. The on call tech was more than happy to come out after hours which again is appreciated but unfortunately he wouldnt have been able to fix anything because he said if the emergency heat doesnt come on its not something he could fix tonight which tells me its another big expense. Im no longer comfortable continuing to dump money into this system clearly there is something WRONG through no fault of us the owners but never once has anyone offered to investigate further instead of just fixing and charging another dollar until the next time. I have 3 kids under 7 so tonight I have to go and buy space heaters to keep warm luckily its not a really cold night. Do the research before hiring a company dont just look at reviews!

Total time between quote and completion was < 1 week. They even offered 0% financing for 18 months. Highly recommended!

Needed my Heatpump looked at since it wasnt cooling properly. Went through Home Advisors to select a service provider. This was on a Sunday night around 8pm. Put in my information and figured I wouldnt hear from anybody until the next morning. Around 8:10, I received a phone call from Climate Makers. We discussed the problem I was having and set up an appointment for Wednesday 9am. Monday morning, I received a follow up call and confirmed the appointment. On the day of my appointment it was approaching 9:20am and I had not received a call from the technician so I called the office to find out a ETA. I understand that some jobs take longer than expected and the one ahead of me was bigger than expected. I was OK with the the time they said the job would be finished and planned out my morning.I get a phone call 5 minutes later from the office and they had a technician free and was dispatching them immediately. They apologized and said they would be there shortly. No apologies needed, stuff happens.The technician, Yvonne showed up around 9:40 am and we went through the symptoms the heat pump was doing. She did a preliminary evaluation and focused her work on the unit outside. Yvonne explained to me what she discovered and showed me what was going on. We discussed the course of action needed to repair the unit, a bad capacitor and faulty blower motor. I authorized the repair, and she showed me the faulty parts when she was done. Im surprised it even turned on before the repair! We engaged in small talk and Ifound out she has been a technician for 26 years and it showed. Yvonne let the system run a while, and checked things over before putting her stamp of approval on it.Since this is an older unit, and we will be updating to a current system next year, I will definitely use Climate Makers for the job! This visit was a 2nd opinion for me. Garry Gappy was the technician who came out. He is really a smart well informed technician. He explained everything he did and he found out where the problem was and what parts needed replaced. I was told by the first person/company I need to replace both compressors and charge them with 16 pouinds of coolant/freon. He saved me over $1500. Compressors were good (he proved that) thus no freon needed. Just a hard starter kit. I cant say enough about Garry Gappy. I am so thankful he was sent to check things out for me.

Wonderful crew came out and did a full remove of old hvac and install of a new system and ducts. Never once was uneasy having them in the house. Cleaned up after themselves and answered all questions. Had a small hiccup and we reached out to their office and within half an hour had a technician here to correct the issue. We had just had a brand new gas stove installed and it was leaking gas. I called the place we bought it and they said we would have to contact the manufacture. When I contacted the manufacturer and told them we had a gas leak they told us to turn the stove off and wait till their representative could come which was about 11 days. I had Climatemakers coming to flush the hot water heater and asked them to install a cutoff valve and regulator. The gentleman who came out was very knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations.
