I came to this establishment in hopes of getting a few questions answered. I was greeted by Gregory who done an amazing job assisting me. He was very professional, informative, and knowledgeable. Best customer service I have received by far!

Bought me soap, the 10ft wand, two pressure nozzles, the gutter cleaner attachment and was very satisfied with my selection. They warned me about the kick back with the gutter attatchment with my 10ft wand and they were 100% correct about the kick back even though I insisted I could manage. I highly recommend this store they know their stuff and besides the gutter attatchment the soaps and the nozzles with the 10ft wand worked fabulous.

I Just talked to head of operations!! Tim very awesome guy had a slight issue, very pleased nothing better then someone who takes control of a situation and finds a solution!! When someone takes responsibility for another coworker and had nothing to do with him!! I mean thats a company u can trust!! Good for you tim!! Pressure Works is the only place one should go, it really is a one stop shop with great service

I can say working for my company nine years. Ive been coming to pressure works that entire time and they always do top-notch work. And if they cannot do it they will guide you in the direction to make sure you get taken care of.

Im just getting into power washing and Im in my second year of business at first I considered pressure works to be very expensive and try to avoid them but the quality of the work and their knowledge is unmatched anywhere else plus many of their products and tools are comprable if not cheaper than anywhere else although repairs can be costly in the end its worth it

The guys here are very knowledgeable about everything they sell and service. I have dealt with Greg, Jeff and Tim, and they have all been very helpful and accommodating every time.

After hearing about The Brown Stuff I decided to give it a try on my deck over the weekend. What a difference! I tried cleaning an area without The Brown Stuff and it was just okay, and a lot of work. Using the cleaner made all the difference - the old dirt and grime came right off and the deck looks great!

Zero stars, I bought a Pressure washer, and asked for 8gpm and 4ooo psi system, they gave me a 8 gpm 3000 psi system and then when I told them they did not give me what I ordered, first they denied, it and then i brought the equipment to show them, they said sorry, (Fraud). After returning the equipment that was wrong, they then gav mee new equipment, which was also not the correect equipment, for 2 years TIm Hollaway has been telling me he would correct it and here is the kickere, I am still paying for 2 washers, the one they took back and the one they replaced, - so they are total frauds and criminals, they tll you the do inhouse financing, but in actuality its a lease, and you have to pay thousands of dollars to get your equipment, at the eend of never missing a payment, - RUN from this company - They are a total fraud. We are filing suit against them for multipl counts of fraud and violation of warranty of merchantibility.

I called this company because I needed a part (hose) for my pressure washer. The hose on my washer is split and needs replaced. The guy who answered the phone was very difficult and wouldnt go to ANY lengths to identify my hose other than to tell me to haul my pressure washer to their store in Virginia Beach. He was NOT proactive in helping me identify my hose by LOCATION on the pump so I could then order it. I recommend that you order your part online like Im going to do rather than deal with this company.

Good prices but at this location the Manager Jeff is very disrespectful to his employees yelling at them in front of customers and the people that work in the back also making jokes to his customers about some of his employees especially about the ones that are black. Cant build a business if the manager is being disrespectful. I will never recommend this business to anyone due to the Manager Jeff being disrespectful.

I took my pressure washer to this place to get an estimate on a repair job. I was told that the cost was $200+. With that I told them that I will buy a new one instead of paying that price. When I went to pick up my pressure washer, it was torn apart and the young man, Josh, initially told me he had no idea where the parts were and that they were not responsible for putting my machine back together, the way it was brought in. I insisted that he find the parts. He gave me a carburetor. Being a woman, i wasn’t thinking about other parts. So when I got home I called and told them that I wanted every part that Josh removed. I spoke to an assistant manager who didn’t seem to know how to handle the situation and was going only by what Josh said, “Most people get them fixed”. I wasn’t “most people” and I chose to buy another. There was no excuse for my machine not have been returned the way I gave it to them. Especially, after being charged $50 for the estimate. I got a bag of parts, but not sure how to put it back together! Extremely disappointed in this place and now im contemplating taking it to the media. Although this happened last month, im very hurt by this! I hope the other locations are not like this VB store! A very bad experience!

I work for American mechanic and back in November we dropped a small sewer jetter of to these clowns.Twice they called and said it was fixed and once on site redy to use machine still didnt work. The third time we broght it back after no calls to us we called them to find out they forgot to order partsAfter finally getting in touch with management from the Hampton store who had to come to the vb store to make sure it was done and done right.Well today I have picked up the machine we will see if it works.Do not bring your equipment to the vb store from management to the mechanics this place is no good.

I will have to disagree with the previous comment left by Ryan Cintron also, this place is great with great service. I am Puerto Rican and was treated great, I did not feel discriminated against at all! The store was very busy when I was in there, EVERY ONE of EVERY color was treated with respect. It was busy and the two guys working helped everyone as fast as possiable. One of them walked over to me as I was looking at new pressure washers and said he would be right with me as other customers were their first. When he got to me he was very knogiable and polit, steered me towards the right washer for my needs and answered every question I had. I walked out spending just at 1000.00 and I felt like they wanted my business and stood behind the products they sell. Over all a great experiance.

Machine was frozen .Jeff had me come in and Zach took machine and let it set over night .The next day he had me up and running .Even with several washers to fix he helped meget back to work and did not overcharge me .I grateful to Jeff and Zach .
