This place is packed full (literally) of great stuff for the kitchen. They have a great selection of high quality kitchen knives, all kinds of appliances, and so many place settings that you could spend a week there and not see them all. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A great VA Beach business.

For me, Kitchen Barn is a love/hate relationship. I absolutely love this place, but my wallet hates it. Kitchen Barn has everything you need and want for cooking. Knives, mise en place, storage, ANYTHING. And to top it off, IT HAS THE HIGHEST QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE! The employees will absolutely remember repeat customers. That is why this place is going to stay near and dear to my heart.7/5 I love Kitchen Barn.

So many kitchen tools I never knew I needed! Also a great place to pick up replacements for lost/damaged measuring spoons, my set was missing a 1/4tsp. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive.

First of all the staff always seem to be in a great mood & that makes a difference, BIG! They’re also very knowledgeable & not pushy with their own preferences! They may be a bit overpriced & packed in but most definitely high-quality stuff that they’ll stand behind! Great inventory! Thxs!

Awesome store but let me first say the help drove us crazy, yes they are friendly but overwhelming, and I bought a few items and got home and found out that what i paid 19.98 for i could of gotten on amazon for 6.99 that was just robbery. The store is cool but my thing is I dont mind paying a little more but dont rob me. I wont be back.

Friendly helpful great product knowledge!

This is a tiny store with tons of stuff packed into it. They have a fairly large Le Creuset selection with specialists to answer your questions and sometimes run promos on those expensive items.They sell every sort of kitchen gadget you can think of to make your life easier as well as all the other things youd need, cookware, storage, cutlery, etc. etc.They also have cooking classes they host in the back for small groups you can sign up for and attend. During COVID these havent been running but hopefully theyll be starting back up soon.

This place has a large variety of kitchen items (hence the name, Kitchen Barn). It is always a fun trip to this store. The staff are excellent at helping you find what you are looking for, professional, and seem always in a good mood.

Kind of pricey, considering you can get the same products online for less. Friendly staff and trendy store.

I admit they do have nice things to buy. However it is over priced. I had to leave because it is packed wall to wall. Theres barely enough room to turn around in there. It made it hard to sort through things so I bought nothing and left. Its changed!

Brilliant staff. They tend to know what you want before you do. An online purchase cant give you the feel of the kitchen utensils, which is a must if you want to make cooking a joy.Whether youre a novice or an expert in the kitchen, youre likely to find what youre looking for here.

Howd you like to be treated like a criminal for liking decent whipped cream?! Overpriced and rude, a minimum wage knife expert refused to sell me a legal product. Do yourself a favor and give literally anyone else your money!

They have everything a semi-pro chef could ever need...and also never need but thatbis a statement to the selection...they are a little pricey but everything is quality merch

Everyone who works there is super knowledgeable and friendly. They make an excellent effort to stock American made products. But, be prepared to pay at least 25% over what you would online or from the manufacturer. A lodge skillet was even double the price of buying online from Lodge. Still a fun little shop and they have EVERYTHING.

Went to this store because I could see my favorite kitchen cookware brand le creuset in the windows. Went in to find myself in heaven. Was browsing products when I was met with a lady. She asked the whole can she help me da da da. After a brief conversation she proceeded to follow me around the store. Every time I would speak with my partner, she was there to speak about the item like I cared for her opinion on everything in the store. Was extremely uncomfortable to the point that I stopped browsing and left.

This place is unbelievable! They have the neatest and best cooking related merchandise that I’ve seen anywhere. They make Williams and Sonoma look like the Dollar General. The staff is spectacular, serious foodies that are most professional, as well as charming...I can’t wait to go back to do some Christmas shopping. A must see when in VA Beach

Love this place. It has Everything and then some. Super awesome group of very knowledgeable ladies that work there! They have cooking classes as well. Definitely interested in attending a few of them. Go check them out. You will be happy you did!!

Love this store! They have everything you can think of, and some things youve never heard of till you visit. My favorite is the Polish Pottery which is beautifully detailed and dresses up any table.

I love all the gadgets. Just bought a very nice Japanese knife. Cuts through my food like butter. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Very crowded, slightly over priced for some items, and do get it’s a specialty store. I rather order from Amazon for some items.

If you need something for your kitchen, this is the place to go. Staff is very knowlegable and helpful. Aisles are narrow and stuffed with items for sale. Definitely going back when its less crowded...

A very cool place to get all of your kitchen stuff. And the staff is very outgoing and informative.

I hadnt been in the store for years. Ill never go back, either! There is way too much inventory in there! You cant even move around or find anything! I waited and waited and waited to be rung up and finally just left. One register and the lady kept chatting to the customer ahead of me! If you like being bombarded by tight aisles of stuff thats overpriced and spend forever trying to make a purchase, then go there!

Has a great selection of stuff for which you pay too dollar. However, when I pay top dollar I expect more service. Bought nice coffee grinder but after 4 weeks it stoped working. I took it and the original receipt back to kitchen barn and the only thing they did was refer me back to the manufacter. Last purchase I make there.

The worst store I have ever been in, they were very controlling and told my kids to stop touching things. You dont want to have people touching things in a kitchen gadget store you should not run that kind of store. They even told be they are not stroll friendly....Enough said.......

Over priced for what I was looking for. $69.99 for a salt and pepper shakers? $17.99 for a plastic spatula... Amazon or Marshalls... The women were nice but pushy, the reason I loathe going into stored anymore.

Here you get good kitchen supplies. Not so much Chinese stuff. And most important a great staff.

My wife paid for a class on sushi preparation back in January for my birthday and gave me a gift certificate on Feb 7th. I went into the Kitchen Barn to set up my cooking class. I asked for the sushi making class and the stated the March 17th class was full but because of the huge demand, they were having a March 18th class.I was excited. I showed up today at 1:30 today. No one was there. The woman I spoke to stated, There are no classes today. After a brief conversation, she said she would check on what happened. She pulled out a book and showed me my name crossed off and told me someone had called me and told me the class was canceled. I never received a call and proceeded to explain to her... Why would I show up if it had been canceled? I asked for my money back. She refunded my money and sarcastically.. said: Mr. Holland have a great day. Please note: She NEVER ONCE OFFERED ANY APOLOGY. I suggest to those reading this that they avoid The Kitchen Barn and the cooking classes.

Lots of choices for kitchen supplies, friendly and helpful staff. They also offer classes, a little pricy. It could also help to organize displays a bit since some of them are hard to reach and crowded.

Extremely overpriced, tight space, cluttered, lack of everyday items, AND god forbid you need to take something back. The manager is relentless, you will only receive store credit.

If you are or are with someone in a wheel chair do not go here. There is not even close to enough room to go into this store with a wheel chair. I will take my business someplace else !

Was hard to look at all the merchandise when the employees were following you around. Made me super uncomfortable. Store is to small for the merchandise. Everything was crammed in. Was scared to turn around that I would break something.
