I have used Mini U Storage for the last 4 years. The customer service has been top notch. The storage is kept clean, you can pay by phone, app, or account and are always given a receipt by hand and/or by email. Savonda, the storage manager is kind, patience, and very efficient in her duties.

Mini U was so convenient. For signing up, I got half off for the first month (only needed it a month), got a $10 Starbucks gift card, and rented their truck for about $19.99 for four whole hours. I loved that it was drive up so I didnt have to go up any stairs and the storage representative was able to get me a climate-controlled unit right next to the door. If I have to, Id definitely return to Mini U again.

I am very happy with there excellent customer service! The Gentleman on Sundays that helped me was excellent! He helped me with everything I needed! I needed to rent there moving truck and he got that for me fast and helped me park the truck perfectly! Easy move in and out! They accommodate all your moving needs! Make you feel as if your family with easy process! That gentleman is such a hard worker! He made sure the premise was clean and safe! Anything I needed he was there for me and everyones needs thank you for all your help and excellent customer services! I also forgot my visa card and he called me to let me know he was keeping it for safe keep till I got back to the storage parking! He is my HERO! Very honest and professional! Property manager Savonda is very nice and thorough about explaining everything. She is very helpful and I even got a free mobile storage rack to put in my unit to help separate my things very convenient.

Free truck!

I am not always in Virginia Beach. Every time I have needed assistant and Savonda was on duty. i have received the best customer service. I have a big responsibility with my mentors Estate. I have called a lot. It was always difficult for me to get into the system and pay my bill. plus I had added requirements for addition storage. Savonda every time has been extremely helpful. On a couple of occasion Savonda was not working. The gentleman that was could not help me with the data base you use to give me receipts. I have had the until almost a year and every time I called and Savonda was on duty, things went so smooth. I thank her from the bottom of my heart. she has excellent communication skills, i would explain what I needed and she would work it up and produce. Im retired 30 years from the Navy. I worked in Logistic, so trust me when I say Savonda was excellent she was. I am a stickler for customer service. My young troops would tell you, Do bot BS Warrant, She treats customers like it herself. I can say this young lady is absolutely the best and will go far. thank you so much
