This shop closed at 5 but I walked in around 5:30 and they still took the time to look at my car and give me estimates no rushing thru it and helped me set up a appt and told me what exactly needs to be fixed and what is going to be done next. Red was very nice and explained the process step by step I 100% recommend this please for repairs !!!

My wifes vehicle was recently hit while parked. I obtained a few estimates for the person who hit our vehicle. After going to two other collision repair shops and reading reviews, I decided to try Central Valley Collision Repair. The reason I chose to check out CVCR was the reviews all showed the same thing; more than friendly-treats like family, go see Red, best quotes in town, amazing detail work and timely. What can I do but see if the above mentioned were true. Entering the building felt like I was not in a cold damp warehouse building but someones warm and inviting personal home and shop. I understand a collision repair shop is not about the décor but the work. But if a business puts the effort in to make you feel welcome, just imagine how they treat you and your vehicle. The work must be amazing. When I spoke with Red it felt like I was talking with a long time friend or brother. Red was very easy to talk with and he explained everything in detail. Red worked with us as the other person is paying out of pocket. I can not wait to see how the work comes out when it is done. Also to note, CVCR had the best rate and time slot to get the repairs done. I will update this review once the work has been completed. Amazing job CVCR.

I hit a cone on the freeway and ended up doing some damage to my front end. I had no idea where to go and my insurance wasn’t helpful, so I used the internet to find the best body shop in the area. That’s when I found this place & it has been a pleasant experience to say the least. They are very helpful & friendly from the moment you walk in! I felt like my car was in good hands and trusted the process. Red kept me updated with things that were happening and more damage that was found upon inspection, which I really appreciated. I felt like I was part of the process even though my insurance was to handle it all. I love that they keep you part of it! I have not picked up my vehicle yet but will update with before/after photos tomorrow when I pick it up.

CVCR is welcoming and well prepared they made me feel comfortable with their service. The waiting time was enjoyable clean welcoming environment. I will definitely be recommending my family and friends.

I had damaged the right front quarter of my 2018 Ford Explorer. I got several quotes form body shops in Visalia. They all wanted to replace the quarter panel. I was going to have to pay for it out of pocket and CVCR gave me a quote to repair the panel which was half to a third what I was being quoted by the other shops in town. The repair was done in four days and I am very pleased with the work. I was given a ride to and from my home. I would recommend them for their service.

In the beginning of the month my truck was vandalized and I needed to find a shop to fix it. I looked around and read reviews of local shops and choose to go to Central Valley Collision Repair because of their 5-star review ratings. I was able to meet with Steve, who greeted me with a warm welcome. Steve explained in detail what would be done to get my truck back to normal. The outcome was what I expected, nothing less, and I was impressed. They were able to complete the work before my family and I would go on our camping trip with our travel trailer. Great And quick customer service!

This is Art with Excalibur Mobile Detail. We are highly impressed with the front end work they did on our 2005 Chevy van that was involved in a fender bender. It looks better than it did before the accident. They even went the extra step to repaint the front hood that needed to be repainted before the accident. Its nice to find another company that has the same philosophy as we do! To go the extra step for the customer at no extra charge just to see the wow factor on the customers face! A happy customer is a loyal customer! I now know a body shop that I can recommend to others with confidence!

From beginning to end, Red was meticulous in repainting my car. When I first brought in my BMW M6, the hood had severe damage to the clearcoat. It was completely stripped down to the basecoat and looked horrendous. The trunk as well was wrinkled beneath the clear due to shoddy prior paint work by the dealer. Having been acquainted with Red’s work through a family friend, I happily agreed to have my hood, trunk and rear bumper totally stripped and resprayed.CVCR did not just repaint my car, they revitalized its appearance to such a degree, that it might as well be a brand new car. The paint match was simply stunning; there is no way one could tell that the hood, trunk lid and rear bumper have been repainted. The BMW M6 is unique in featuring a carbon fiber trunk lid and aluminum hood. These ultra-lightweight materials are notoriously difficult to paint, but Red and his team had no problem at all making the car look incredible.It would be an understatement to say the paintwork was superb. The crew at CVCR are true painters and masters of their craft. The quality of their work is unsurpassed even by the BMW factory; the car looks BETTER THAN NEW from inside out. Not only was it repainted, it was polished, detailed and given an excellent ceramic coating. Best service and experience Ive ever had! There arent enough words in the English language to express my level of satisfaction. I got my vehicle back super fast, Steve helped me talk to my insurance and file my claim, he kept in contact with me and gave me updates almost every day while my vehicle was being worked on, and they even washed my car before I went to pick it up. Hands down this is the best shop around, Ill definitely be bringing all my vehicles here from now on.

Red and his team did a wonderful job remaking our 1953 Chevy truck. The Green Monster is now AWESOME! Red painted a custom designed monster logo on both doors for us. I just found out this place took advantage of my dad by charging him $90+ for work they never performed. His tail gate to his truck had broken cables. They were to replace the two cables with new ones since they both were corroded and one of them had broken off at the end. I used the truck this weekend with my sister and when I opened the tail gate the cable broke. I looked closer just to find that the same rusty cables were still there and NONE HAD BEEN REPLACED! I was very upset that my dad (84+ years of age) was basically taken advantage of. Stay clear of this place at all costs. I have not contacted them to explain themselves since they are obviously crooks and wont learn a thing about good honest business practices.
