I’ve been here a few times and every time I go the staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are good and they often have items on sale and great discounted prices, they even carry your large items out to your car and help you load it! Tristan has been especially helpful to me on more than one occasion. I recommend this store for your office supply needs. Only reason I gave them a 4 is there aren’t enough large items in stock.

Employees are rude! I was there standing for about 10 minutes without anybody asking me if I needed help. The lady that ended up helping me was extremely rude.

Office Depot is one of the largest stores, where you can purchase electronics, furniture, supplies, and more! I would always go and stop by Office Depot on the busy road of Mooney and Beech! Well-stocked, and there is everything you need! Reasonable prices! Very spacious, tidy, and organized! Courteous and helpful employees! Great customer service! 👍

Ive been going to the Office Depot in Visalia for quite a few years. I go there for my business and I also go there for school supplies for my West Visalia Kiwanis club so we can donate to children. The manager (Lee) always helps us out so we can purchase quality supplies that will last the students a very long time. I also worked with Tristan today who was very patient with my extremely large purchase. Thank you Lee, Tristan, other employee and Office Depot for being great community partners.

I would give them less than one star as their service is horrible and I ordered supplies December 4 th and did not get them till December 18th and the soaps were damaged and half my order was not even delivered. Multiple items were missing. I would not recommend anyone ordering anything from them.

I ordered some business cards for my son on line to pick up at this location on Mooney. When I got there I was told they do Not offer the Same Day Pick Up at this location and that Id have to go to Porterville. The Online web does NOT tell you that Visalia Office Depot doesnt offer this Same Day Pick Up. Fortunately for me a young man Curtis went way and beyond to help me, he saved me a trip to Porterville and the headache of ordering everything all over on line. Curtis spend almost 1 hour of his time to help me get everything done and he printed my business cards and got them done in less than 1 hour. Id definitely recommend this Office Depot.

BEST customer service experience Ive had in a retail store in a long time! We were greeted by a young man named Matt who went above and beyond to help us find what we needed quickly. He didnt point us in the right direction, he actually walked us over to the area of the store that had what we were looking for to be sure we located items and if we needed further assistance! WOW! Ill be a customer for life at THIS Office Depot as long as Matt is there! Highly recommend!

I had a question about curbside pickup and was on the phone with an employee for about 2 minutes and the employee was very rude. She was short and condescending as if I should have known the answers to the questions I was asking her. Since curbside pickup is new I had some questions as a customer who already paid for the order. I was very dissatisfied with the conversation on the phone but curbside pickup was thankfully fast and easy.

This store has excellent services and helpful staff. I love shopping here.

Prices are pretty good for prints but the staff is 50/50. Youll either be helped by the nicest employees ever or youll be treated like youre an idiot. Not the worst experiences ever but could use some improvement.

Lots of Parking, good selection of office products & helpful employees. Prices are pretty competitive to staples. You should be able to go in and get what you need within 15 mins.

Office Depot has long been my favorite location for purchasing office supplies. They have a wide selection and items are always in stock.Ive saved quite a bit of money over the years with their rewards program, ink cartridge recycling program and printer ink subscription program. My rewards points have often been enough to purchase entire cases of paper or multiple ink cartridges.

Surprisingly visalia office depot was nice, I figured since small town, they wouldnt have many items . But they do and super organized and items were cute and store was clean, customer service was good too. I will definitely go back.

All workers here, that Ive come across, are incompetent. If you go in and know what youre going to buy, good on you, they have a great selection of stuff. Id you need help, ESPECIALLY IN THE PRINT DEPARTMENT, you wont find it here.
