I stumbled upon this shop rather unexpectedly -- and boy am I glad I did!Since moving, Ive been without my regular tabletop game supplier (Im a D&D player & DM). That is, until today! On top of their wide selection of books/dice/minis/cards, excellent decor, and friendly & informative staff, they also sell classic video games and consoles. Im talking NES, SNES, Genesis, N64, Playstation (1)... And since Im a collector of old games, I guarantee this will be my one-stop shop for (old) video games and tabletop games.Im already planning on having my friends come stay with me just so we can shop here a while!

Great selection of various ttrpg and card games as well as supplementary supplies for them. Have helpful and friendly employees. Purchased a set of fun looking polyhedral dice.

An excellent selection of hobby products are available. The salespeople are very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the products that they sell. The shop is very clean, and well organized. Theres plenty of parking spaces available. We are very happy with the purchases that we made, and will happily return again soon.

Best game store in the area has everything you can think of game wise. Miniatures, board games, DnD Supplies, Card Games, and Video games to name a few things. Service is always great and honestly super affordable and supports all games as much as they can. Not to mention do nice things for the community if your thinking of going to make friends go by and im sure youll meet a few new people.

Dont recall the name of the girl that helped me but she was super informative with some mtg questions. Best place in visalia area for Mtg and better then most in the central valley. I will be going back soon.

Upcharged on a Shining Fates ETB 50% on retail day. I was the first person to come in to you guys a month before release because I had heard you guys sold at MSRP. Now you are being crooks and hiking up prices from product you bought at WHOLESALE prices from a distributor. It would be understandable if you bought off the secondary market but your employee said you got the product this time from a wholesaler. Very disappointing and upsetting. I work throughout the day and cannot scour retail places on release day and relied on you guys to bring me some product. And $50 for a $30 Cramorant V tin?! Almost a 100% upcharge of MSRP when you probably bought it from the wholesaler for 15-20 dollars. Sad to see you guys give in to the rest of the market.

What a fun and chill spot to roll up on. I have found so many MTG goodie there and they even have board games, RPGs video games! They have new and used offerings and always have people ready to help. Before covid there was a game room and since Im new to MTG, I am hoping it can open again soon so I can meet some Commander players in the community. Really cool place! Had no idea they do card tournaments and duels. My nephews been wanting to play with other people and this is definitely a great spot to go! And the staff is so friendly and easy to talk to.

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very patient and helpful with my son. Hopefully well build up the courage to play in a tournament soon.

They have a D&D Adventurers League game every Sunday at 12:30pm. Its great fun and they make room for newcomers. The store offers a lot of different games and has several days where they play Magic: The Card Game, Pathfinder and others.My family and I visited on Thursday Night Game Night a while back and play tested a game before buying it. Check them out!

Great locally owned shop for all things nerdy. There is a focus on board games and magic, but those things are always in fashion and people love them so thats okay. You can always see what new board games are out and the employees always seem to be able to help you find a product you might be interested in. There are retro video games and a large collection, but its not the sole focus of the store so dont expect a ton of rare finds. There table top games are fairly simple and not super dense, D&D and Pathfinder mostly with smaller niche games here and there. Board games and magic are the money makers, but there is a little bit of everything.No comics, theres a whole different store that only does that so dont come here.

Love it. It has a very inviting and fun vibe, and has a wide selection of popular games ranging from board, tabletop, and trading cards. I come for singles and the occasional D&D or MTG product and always leave with more than i expected.

Love the store before the pandemic... Felt like walking back into the 90s with all the old game systems i used to play as a kid.

First Time around I was helped nicely by 2 employees, but the 2nd time coming in I had an employee being real rude. He tried to sell me a bent card at full Near Mint price, as If I wasnt going to check the card for any damages. Overall, its a nice place to go to, just wish I was treated with a little more respect as a customer.

Its a pretty decent place. Took some stuff in for trade and got a decent amount. Nice selection of older games, however the prices are way over priced on most titles. $49.99 for A Link To The Past??? On other games the prices are reasonable for the most part. Its still a cool play to shop.

Heck of a shop.Ive spoken with the owner many times and he certainly cares about making something awesome right in the heart of Visalia. It really shows when you step in there. Video games, board games, and trading cards are all equally represented (not just a magic shop by any means)Gems can be found through. Great setup, great to stop and play as well.

Very friendly staff, and you can get just about everything you need for DnD and quite a few other games. They also offer classic games and consoles, not to mention that they sell artist things such as pixel art keychains and even fanart. Youll also be able to find cards for a variety of different card games, as well as a section for playing such games with you friends. Very fairly priced, though it might be hard to find parking due to the odd street layout. But walking a few blocks isnt gonna kill you or stop you from getting some killer game stuff.

The staff member (might have been the owner) was very helpful and got us games we would enjoy playing not only with two players, but also on the occasion we might have guests. They seem to be working on building up a community, which is nice considering weve recently moved here.

A very charming fun store. Staff was friendly and not overbearing. Board game selection was a bit limited but had some more obscure offerings. This is understandable to not overcrowd the space. The retro videogame selection was the best Ive seen in years. Prices on new stuff was standard retail. Used stuff has some pretty good deals. Im visiting from vegas and this was a very fun stop on our trip. Hope to stop in again sometime.

If you come around often they get to know you by name and learn your interests in cards or books. Theyll try to order you things that might not be in store at the moment. Good people here.

I called ahead about a product, in which she told me they had one copy left. Drove down, the employees seemed to have no idea what was going on, and the employee who helped me realized she sold them between my phone call and coming in. Waste of a trip. I wouldnt even bother going back.

Will I win more and ask them if they could help me with some Magic Gathering cards that I can coolers on them didnt know what I had in my possession nothing like that but I did that alone I look at the prices on them and they were all very expensive cards that I have all rare and uncommon cards like will the rare rare cards so he looks through them and theyre in mint condition you know mostly all of them are my division and he doesnt explain to me doesnt give me no information on them doesnt even tell me what to look for the signs with even nothing about it all he says is that my cards are damaged and then I can be worth nothing hardly anything cuz theyre so what damage than blah blah what they want because they were in they just were all in brand new boxes an open box and some of them are unopened and he took about nine cards and put them to the side after going through Mall really fast briefly then he says Im going to see what I can give you for these I said okay thinking that it was going to be quite a good half the amount he came back to me and he did not even you wouldnt show me the cards that he got here in a lay them out he had him on staff when show me which ones he picked up nothing and came back and said Ill give you $7 for them and I said 7 okay Ill do that know but knowing that they werent but they werent for $7 they were worth a lot more because I have on the internet it says the prices on Google and the Google places they will about the lowest one was $200 but he gave me I said okay Ill take it might as well take it because I have a whole big box of common cards and lands and mountains and stuff like that and planes at home that I was going to bring back I just want to bring them all at once because theres so many and he said well you can bring all the other clothes that I can look at them because some of them some of their incomes are worth some money and yeah before I said okay Ill be back but now that I think about it I dont know I went in there for some honest advice and he gave me no advice he swindled me from what I say pink and from what the card collect the card person that I took with me that knows a lot about them too he was standing 5 10 feet away from us and heard everything the Pigman was saying and from what you saying is not at all what they were and he lied he scream love to me and use me and got over up on me and grab me for about $902,000 maybe and nine cards so yes Im giving this business 0 thumbs up I wouldnt trust them to go if you dont if you dont dont know nothing about them or act like you dont know anything trust me you will get swindled thats what he does thats what they do the cant believe Im so upset that those cards are now lost and gone that I could have sold two for one more money way more money one of those cards wasnt even worth $7 so yes Im mad yes Im giving this a bad rating I would have eyes you do not go in with your collection and sell them for them because they will give you $0 for it no matter how where the card is I have the second to notice were car ever and I dont even know if he got here and he told me that it wasnt worth nothing but

The players here were great but the people working were disrespectful and rude. Before I ever showed up they left me on read when i asked a simple question about their FNM and then during an event were disorganised, disrespectful, and super unprofessional. They didnt even have enough chairs at their prerelease and some people had to bring their own or stand. Super disappointing.

Ive gone in this place 4 times, mostly just to browse. The first visit was surprising as nobody greeted us or asked if we needed help. The second time I was greeted but then ignored after that. I actually purchased a game of fluxx the third time, but had to wait for staff who were playing an RPG. I went this weekend to purchase another game of fluxx, but stood at the register without help for so long that I finally just left. I guess if youre into playing social RPG games then this is the place. If youre the average person browsing for a game for family game night, this is definitely not the place for you. If you cant find the board game at target or the toy store youre better off getting it from Amazon... Amazon will appreciate your business and will most likely be $10-$15 cheaper. I always prefer to shop local businesses, but this place doesnt seem to want it. Certainly would not recommend it.

Went to this place for the first time a few days ago and its nothing really special, it seem to be more of a collectors type of store, if thats what you are looking for then by all means go to this place. I went in looking for some old NES, SEGA, SNES games and found that they only have a small section in a tiny corner in on the wall. The Selection of games they had were less than ideal, basically games that everyone has multiple copies of / doesnt want to play, Sure they say that they can order anything that you need online, but you are better off looking online for they game you want for a cheaper price and have it delivered directly to your door rather than having to drive all the way back to the store. I dont plan on ever returning to this store as it does not suit my nostalgic needs.

This place has extremely rude workers also the manager was not helpful at all. Dont go to this place if your looking for a good card game ro relax at to play.
