I’m getting my motorcycle license at the end of this month but I wanted to be prepared and have the gear and motorcycle I’ll want. I shopped around a bit but wasn’t 100% convinced anywhere. I went to RideNow and was met with James who makes you feel welcome and is full of knowledge. I was a little nervous going into this as I’m a girl and knew nothing about anything lol. Everyone who works here is super helpful, patient, and didn’t judge any of my stupid questions. None of the staff are your typical pushy salesman, their prices are lower than their competitors, and they truly want to set you up for success. James didn’t try to sell me the most expensive gear/ motorcycle for the business to gain off of. He wanted the gear and motorcycle that worked best for me based on my needs & wants. I would highly recommend James, Chris, Ryan and the rest of their team!

Today I went in with my husband at about 9:30, so right after the doors opened. We were greeted instantly but not hounded. An associate asked if we needed any help to which we let him know we had an idea of what we were looking for. My husband has been looking at naked bikes for about a month. The associate immediately took us to the area of what we were interested in. As a household that has years of experience with all things 2 wheels, we were instantly impressed with our associate, James. He made great small talk with both myself and my husband and was not pushy. It took us all of 35 seconds to decide we wanted to do business with him and this location. My husband is an avid rider of both cruisers and street bikes and today was an amazing experience from beginning to end. I cannot say more than enough great things about everyone we came into contact with. From start to finish, which only took about 2 hours; also another amazing aspect of their customer service, we didnt feel like we were in a dealership of any kind. It felt like we were just with other likeminded individuals who love to ride. Thanks for an amazing experience and making a Marines 18 year mark gift one to remember. I would not recommend ordering parts through them because I ordered parts around August 26th and they told me my parts wont get shipped out until Sep 1st because some of them were on backorder. I did not receive my parts and on Sep 24th I called them for an update just to find out my parts were just sitting on there shelf for three weeks. They eventually got that figured out and sent them on their way

I would give 0 if I could and one young man was very helpful. I went in to purchase new goggles as mine have worn. The cashier lady seemed extremely bothered I was there to spend money. If I didnt need them for this weekend I would have left. She was rude and short and completely ruined the good that the other employee had started. I returned home to find the security tag still on my merchandise as well. Hoping my husband can cut it off as I need these goggles tomorrow. I will not return to purchase anything else. I would rather drive for an hour than go back there. Educate your employees on customer service.

Had a pleasent purchase recently. Drove from Arizona to make my purchase and could not be happier! Jordan at sales was very helpful through the purchase, and made sure I understood the out-the-door price all my options. I would receive check-up calls making sure I was arriving on time, to have Scott explain to me all the features if my 2020 WR450F. Once I arrived, I saw my bike shining on display with a just sold tag that made me smile, I was taking my baby home!! Scott greeted me and took me to meet Jordan at her office, which was decked out in Yamaha posters and cool decorations. Scott took the bike outside and showed me that everything was working correctly, and explained the break-in times and maintenance. Everyone that walked in looked and complemented my new bike!. Misleading, and a waste of time. Called them to inquire about a can am I know is in high demand. I understand many dealers are selling them with a mark up or are out of stock. I called and was told they had two in stock with no mark up, just dmv and normal dealer fees. I did a credit app online, they wouldn’t go over numbers over the phone. Drove down over an hour to find out their dealer fees added up to over 8k and I also had to purchase an extended warranty and service plan.

Best dealer experience to date. These guys are on it. Wonderful new bike buying experience. From start to finish it was an absolute breeze of a transaction plus they added free home delivery for me. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Had a great experience here. Nothing peaks your anxiety quite like pushy salespeople, and these guys were the opposite. Girlfriend and I walked in to look at mopeds, and after finding one we loved that had just been traded in, Brad gave us a competitive price on the spot and stuck to it when we came back in after it was serviced. Dan helped us out with anything from paperwork to discussing new regulations and was extremely helpful. Were very happy and cant recommend these guys enough.

My best friend and I had decided to purchase Z125SWe looked around for used ones found some pretty good deals. But had purchased a motorcycle and sea doo from here previously and were willing to give them another shot. The two of us settled on a price of $4400. Doesnt seem to asinine considering the MSRP is $3200. We went in were greeted promptly Ill give our sales guy that. Showed we were serious and the sales guy immediately jumped to the table to fill out the paperwork. He then took the paperwork to the sales manager who came back with a price of $5100Saying that was the best deal he could muster with Covid causing demand issues. Freight, assembly, Tax licensing..... My buddy immediately started to walk out while the sales manager continued to argue with him about how we wont find a better deal and how if he could have the janitor assemble it to save us money. Be it illegal he pointed that out. Said it was his job to shop the competition. The whole experience was just sad. I work in retail. Companies buy things for wholesale. That already leaves meat on the bone for profit plus cost incurred for assembly. But they do you the honor of jacking the price $1100 for the luxury of purchasing it there. I had layed low seeing how my friends purchase was going to play out and lone behold this happens. We wont be back here for anything you dont treat repeat buisness this way. You reward loyalty. Sometimes at the expense of your profit margins. The good press goes way further.Long story still long the two of us found deals we jumped on. I found a 2020 with 12 miles for $2800And my friend a 2018 with 315 miles for $2900 both bikes for less than $6000. I know Covid has caused supply issues I dont negate that. But almost a $2000 markup is a joke. I hope someone reads this and takes it to heart. Ive been in my current job 8 years and taken the hit a few times to help out my loyal customers. Theyre now friends and lifelong customers.

My husband went there this Saturday June 19th and got the worst customer service hes ever had in his life. Everyone was rude Beyond belief they kept trying to get his keys and leave his bike and wouldnt listen to his concerns then they want to charge $220 to get a paper estimate so glad my husband didnt give the keys to his bike he will never go there again and he will tell his friends not to go there worst customer service

This review is for service. I will keep my review to my latest experience. My yxz has been in dealer since Nov. 6. Can’t solve the problem we were told a we would get an updated resolution but it’s been a week now. I’ve asked to be compensated as I’ve given them nearly 8 weeks this last time after breaking down after using it for 1.5 hours after gear reduction kit installed. I’m not unreasonable and have given them options to make it right. I asked for the owner’s contact or a manager outside of the immediate dealer. None given. Great at selling you one but if you have a issue good luck. They have my money and my YXZ. Weeks go by.

I been a long time customer with Ridenow SoCal . I walked in to purchase oil for my other bike . And all of sudden I saw a 2020 VMAX and my eyes lit up . I was dealing with another dealership days prior that was selling a 2019 VMAX. The other dealership left a bad taste in my mouth. So talking to Scott and Brendan they made it happen and to top it if I got gap insurance which is a must and maintenance package for a awesome deal. Down fall to the sale they gave me a bike with no fuel and I had to chug the bike to nearest gas station on fumes. I talked to sales and I was told that Ridenow doesn’t fuel there new bikes at all. It on the customer to fuel the bike up. Good thing there a gas station half mile up the road.

Got a pretty good deal on the bike (used with 1300 miles) requested fill tank and check tire pressures. After my 1 hour ride home with poor handling, tires at 20 PSI! They charged $900 for reconditioning, on a basically brand new bike and send it out the door with low tires. Did they actually change the oil too or????

I asked for a quote on a Can Am Outlander Max XT 850 which was what they had on the floor, at the same time inquiring about a 650 which I really wanted. I was called within the hour by Enrique telling me a 2020 650 just came into the floor, he also took some pics and sent them to me. I met Enrique the very next morning who showed me the 650, answered all my question, very knowledgeable. I then met BO (spelling?), sales manager whom presented me with a few quotes, we haggled and haggled some more and settled on price. BO was very responsive to what I asked and very fair in the negotiating process. All in all, very happy with my experience at RideNow Powersports. A special thankyou to Enrique for that phone call and pics on the 650, and another shout out thank you to BO for working with me on price. If I could give RideNow Powersports 10 stars I would. Would have given them a zero....settled on a price, showed up and asked them to work up a first responder rebate per the manufacturer and all they did was act unprofessional like they didnt understand, lie and turn me away with cash in hand.Joke of a store....The manufacturer shouldnt even do business with them.Their main goal should be to sell the vehicles not gouge the market and the customers.

I needed my tire pressure checked. The service department was happy to make time and wheel my bike in. Inspect both tires and set the proper pressure. Great friendly service!
