I met with Paul, the manager, about checking out a used car I was purchasing for my granddaughter. He responded as if he were buying for his daughter. He had everything inspected, showed me the results, and explained what needed to be done and what could wait. Most repair shops would have taken advantage, but Paul did not. Oil change and alignment was done plus a full inspection. Thanks to Paul I am now confident I am giving my granddaughter a safe vehicle. I highly recommend this shop. I forget the mechanics name who worked on my car, but I have to compliment him too. He was thorough, professional, and polite. Everyone at Pauls shop was professional and well trained. It is my new go to for service and repairs.

My car indicated that my tire pressures was low, so I took it to Midas for a free tire refill. I am so happy I chose Midas because they observed that my vehicle needed new tires and that was the reason my tire pressure signal kept blinking. The entire process to change the tires took about a half an hour and the price was very reasonable. Everyone at Midas was very helpful and friendly and I would recommend using them again.

The Midas Store on Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville (Store 3111) is the only place I would go for automobile service. Steve, Robert, Michael and the entire crew are all extremely knowledgeable and are always pleasant and respectful to their customers. I have been going there for years and always leave satisfied. They explain everything in detail that needs to be done and prices are reasonable. No better place to go!

I took my 72 mustang to this shop after being told by another mechanic that I needed to replace the alternator.These guys showed alot of integrity by telling me that it was a simple matter of a loose ground wire. After an hour of troubleshooting invested they handed me a zero balance due invoice. This is an honest and classy shop.Thanks guys!

Customer service nothing special. Went for alignment and oil change after I recently got new tires. They rotated tires again WITHOUT my permission after I just got it done at my usual shop. AND they tried selling me OVERPRICED service which my vehicle did NOT need. Will not return. Save your money

One of the best brake service centers Ive ever done buisness with. The manager Paul was super helpful and friendly. He and his team did a great job replacing the brake rotors and pads on my 2016 ford fuison. They did not upsell me on any uneeded services and explained exactly what was wrong with my breaks. Great shop experience and I will definitely be returning here for future work on all my vehicles.

I was sooooo impressed with Chris and Paul!!I needed a new rotor and they made SURE that I was able to get TWO new rotors on MY budget!! Which was 240.00. The price was 302.00 all I had was the 240.00 from the quote I was given over the phone and they STOOD by that!!!I cannot say enough about the GREAT customer service!They also offered to take me where ever I needed to go instead of waiting AND to pick me up and return me to my car!!!A VERY great experience all around!!!I have had two vehicles done there and the NEW management is AWESOME!!

Tune up and brake work, hose replacement and new tires, long overdue, resulted in extensive work that lasted all day, but what a fine job they did! My vehicle runs like a dream now! Manager Paul went the extra mile on new tires and his certified mechanic really knows what hes doing. A top notch mechanic is worth his weight in gold and, luckily, Midas has one!

These guys are awesome! Had a long weekend of car trouble and they were willing to keep working to find the problem. Once they figured it out and saw it was under warranty from the dealership they even printed out everything for me to take to Ford. It’s so nice to find a shop that isn’t trying to rip you off. They could have easily made up problems based of what I thought was going on but everything checked out and they went above and beyond to be helpful! I would recommend them to anyone and will come back to them for any further car needs in the future.

One tech. could find no damage.Second Tech. found a nick on the shock. (Overheard the conversation)Chris (customer service)Because of the damage I had caused from the berm. Written estimate!Cost will be @ 517.00 for rear struts and shocks but said, “Best to do front and back @ 848.00 or the car will be off kilter”. Dont you love it??? These guys are professional Im very good at what they do

Apparently, this Midas total car care facility doesnt do any welding or exhaust work. Went in to get a small exhaust job done and they dont even have a welder in the shop. I guess I should have called first, but assumed a franchise/shop specializing partly in muffler and exhaust repair could handle the job. I was wrong. Perhaps they should consider a becoming a Jiffy Lube in the near future.The staff seemed nice, so no issues there. For the management, however, you may want to consider offering the services advertised by the franchise as a whole...Since thats what customers expect when choosing your chain/store.

Im a long time customer of Midas however since moving from out of state this was my visit to this location. The one star rating was given due to the poor customer service. I have a lifetime warranty on certain parts which they were attempting to look up. I offered to assist by calling my old Midas shop but they said they can easily do it and will take care of it. Both gentlemen who were assisting me attempted to locate my info but could not find it. As I calmly waited for them to find my info they eventually ended up walking out of the office (about 2 min apart) and begin to talk to other employees in the garage.

I love this place. They get me in right away, they drive me home (I only live a few blocks away) if I dont have a ride, they have a wireless hot spot so I can wait with my computer, they have fixed little things without charging me, and I never get the feeling they are telling me something is wrong with my car unless its a problem serious enough for professional care. I recommend this shop all the time.

He will help you understand very important aspects about the car you are driving. Hes very knowledgeable and doesnt try to sell you something you dont need.. Thank you Frank for your honesty and for making me understand the importance of annual maintenance that will prevent long term problems with my car. And to think the other place I went to gave me an estimate I could have never paid with todays economy. I feel much safer in my car now, and I didnt have to pay to much out of pocket, and my stress level is low. I think Ill treat myself to dinner...

I used to be happy with the Midas in Wexford PA for many years and started going here about 1 year ago. Paul Wang and Chris Barnes do an outstanding job for me and I will NOT go anywhere else!

I would not have even given it a one star but I had to to give them a review. Im very disappointed, I only went for an oil change and after two days my car had problems. There was a hose sticking out and I had my engine light go on. I trusted them, I went back to tell them about the problem and all they could say is “We didn’t do that” and they said they’re too busy. Chris told us to come back to check it out at a certain time, we were there and he wasn’t! Even after I paid for the service!! I really think they don’t know what they are doing.

Ive seen mixed reviews of this place but have always been taken care of. Been going for years and Paul always seems to care and tells me when something cant be done. Then he lets me know places that can do what I need. FYI they are closed Sundays.

This has been my location for all 5 of my cars for nearly 15 years now. I have seen way to many different people come and go running this shop. The most recent staff mainly George have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I recommend them highly.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated, new oil filter everything out the door for $20.60 cents are you kidding me!!!I will send everyone I know to this!!! They are Awesome!!!

Claimed it is the law to keep my best tires on the back. This is ridiculous because I have a front wheel drive vehicle. Under-steer is much more dangerous than fishtail.

Dont go here! Extremely pathetic service, very shoddy workmanship, not professional at all and astonishingly deceptive advertising. There was a special to do $540 for all 4 brakes to be replaced-they only replaced the front 2 to and LIED by saying the back 2 were fine. Guess what? No they werent, had they checked the back brakes it would have been clear to the meanest of intelligence that the back brake drums needed to be replaced. It was evident they didnt even care to look, but were oh so eager to take my money. When confronted with their lack of thoroughness they standoffishly replied that it was not their responsibility and that it cost an additional $300 to do the back brakes. What a freaking scam!

If you want to be ripped off then go here. First it took em over 30min with one person in front of me just to acknowledge me. They quoted me one price which i okd yet it was tripled when I went to pay. The mechanic spilt transmission fluid all over my engine, dragging it into my car when he test drove it. They did NOT clean it even thought it was dripping off my steering wheel! The mechanic was sloppy and lazy taking 4hrs to change the fluid most of which was spent laughing and joking with his coworkers which means I paid for his slacking!!This place is a joke!

We have done business with Midas for 50 years. I scheduled an appointment arrived a few minutes early and they werent even open. In fact the manager arrived more than 30 minutes after they were scheduled to open for the day. Poorly managed, questionable business practices, upselling, untrustworthy.

Perhaps because I do not speak much English, I did not feel a pleasant atmosphere, the person in the box very serious and unfriendly. The price too expensive, compared to toyota and other workshops. In mechanical work I cannot qualify it because the budget was very expensive and I did nothing with them. To check it is $ 29.99, take that as lost money.
