My daughter wanted to downsize from a queen to a twin bed! We called Andy at North County Mattress and described our needs to him. Andy took his time to explain options and price points. I was able to select a mattress over the phone, and have it delivered the next day! This was an excellent shopping experience during covid! My daughter loves the new mattress! Went in for a queen matress with Andy and I was very pleased with the matress I left with. I had told him about my bad experience in other matress stores how I would just walk out.
