Tom is a master indeed and very highly ranked in the world of bonsai trees. he knows his art very well. Ive learned a lot about the art of bonsai as well as some great techniques on how to take care of them. He even taught me so well that I ended up displaying my trees in Bonsai shows. I Highly recommend him and his bonsai nursery to anybody that wants to take up the hobby and learn the art of bonsai. Thank you Tom
Tom is a super cool person. His bonsai prices are very reasonable. Pots are about 30% less expensive. I hooked up a really nice 30 year old bougainvillea!
The old man running the shop was very cold and a little bitter towards me. His nursery is pretty overgrown. The Chinese Elm I picked up seems to be pretty nice and for what I thought (with my rookie knowledge on the Bonsai) decently priced. Id much rather go up to LA for my bonsai stuff, but this place is much closer.
Looks like the personal garden of the owner. Quiet little Shop. He has some tools, pots, art, and figurines. About 100 trees available in various sizes. Mostly young and not shaped.
Love this vintage bonsai shop. Very reasonable and Tom is very nice and offers private lessons at $15/hr. 😀
Decieving from the outside, a cool little shop with a few tools and a decent selection of trees and material at exceptionally fair price.
Would greatly recommend. Very gen and peaceful place with a great section with amazing prices!
Diffidently love it very affordable and very nice i would imagine that what a vintage bonsai tree shop looks like and although the guy could barley understand me and i could barley understand him that didnt stop me from buying 3 bonsai trees
It was super authentic and the trees were a fair price and. Overall I loved it!!!
