Went in to tailor some uniforms, The customer service there was great. Daisy Helped me out with my order I got some patches done and she helped me get my uniforms fitted how I needed them and liked them. The entire time she was very helpful, friendly and she gave me a lot of suggestions that I loved. She knew about everything they had in the store, she had a lot of knowledge on uniforms and items. Recently went in after deciding to change my patrol uniform to a different setup. Victoria was very knowledgeable. I told her what uniform I was going to and she did everything for me. Easy transition and quick with alterations.

Victoria was a great help! She is very knowledgeable about all the product they offer at Ace. She was able to find what I needed. She also order products that were not in stock and called me as soon as they got them delivered.I would use Ace uniform again in the future. They usually have the gear I need, and the times they don’t have it in stock, Victoria is great. She helps get the item in house super quick and is always very responsive. Recently I ordered a custom duty holster, and the manufacturer sent it in wrong two separate times. Victoria was on the phone with the manufacturer immediately both times, and didn’t hesitate to make it right for me. I highly recommend the uniform specialist and working with Victoria.

Best Uniform Shop in San Diego County. I have been going here for years and have always been treated well. They have a large selection of gear and uniforms but if for some reason they don’t have what you need the helpful staff can easily order you what you need.The Manager Garrett is great. I used to purchase items when he was a salesman before he became the manager and he has never lost his customer service. He is attentive and dedicated to the customers and the store.Do yourself a favor and stop in for all your uniforms and gear. You will not be disappointed.

They have a large selection. If they don’t have an item or your size they’ll order it. You can have all of your alterations done in store. I always end up talking to Victoria when I go in. She is knowledgeable about their products and always quick to help.

This by far on of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I am brand new to the law enforcement field and I finally earned the right to wear a uniform and I was beyond excited to go in get my fitting and place my order. Unfortunately the staff at Uniform Specialist took that away. ALL the employees made me feel extremely uncomfortable only 1 helped me and all the others acted as if I wasnt even there while the other would leave the front counter to go gather the clothing for me to try on. Mind you it took over 15 minutes for them to even find the specific uniform I needed which had me uneasy since it was made clear to me they were extremely professional and knew it all. I ended up leaving and found a much better uniform shop. I would HIGHLY recommend that everyone find another place to conduct your uniform purchasing business or have this place be your very last option.

I have been to MULTIPLE uniform stores in Orange County and San Diego County and I have to say Daisy was the most helpful person Ive met BY FAR! She showed exemplary customer service! She was so helpful and made sure my order was done correctly everytime. She went above and beyond expectations on making sure they were completed earlier than the date she gave me. We need more employees like her working there. I would add 5 more stars if I could.

The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. They have an exceptional turn around time with alterations and ensured that I was being helped numerous times while I briefly waited for my uniform to be altered. I would highly recommend this business for any and all uniform needs/alterations.

I would give the shop one star, but I still have fond memories of the good customer service they once had here. Maybe one day they will get back to taking care of their clients in a timely manner while also being respectful instead of snarky. I am still a current customer, however, one more issue, and I unfortunately will be looking elsewhere to take my business.

Worst service ever. Been dealing with this place for years and it’s rare that they don’t mess something up. Only posting today because they were worse than normal. Came in this morning to pick up my uniform which I was told would be ready. It wasn’t ready so they told me they would call this afternoon to pick it up. Had to make another trip back once I got the call. I got here and had to wait around for another half hour because they hadn’t finished my name badge as I requested. As I waited I noticed that the sleeve on my uniform jacket hadn’t been sewn back together. Add another 15 minutes. Got my name badge and the name was misspelled. Good grief. This place is overpriced, has poor service. Why would anyone come here if they didn’t have a captive clientele?

These guys are awesome, and stand by their work when necessary. They do great custom items at a fantastic price that beat every other price. And they remember my name when I come in!

This place serves many professional agencies such as Police. Yet they themselves are quite unprofessional.The uniforms took several weeks to come in, and then they called me finally saying they had them. The girl who helped me when I went in two days later then said they didnt have them.Took her excessively long to find it, and then the pants did not fit. If you must get pants here, get one size up because they produce them too small for accurate measuring.
