Zero star service with lack of concern!!Took off of work so I could get a quote from the company as their schedule is packed and only had certain time spots available.I was called in the morning confirming appointment and told to be ready a little earlier if possible. Waited 30 min past appointment time and then called them to inquire on status. I was placed on hold and was told they wont be coming. I asked why and was informed that the guy coming to our appointment was pulled to another job site. I asked can he come later today or tomorrow morning. I was told no I would have to schedule out again...week later.I cant take a company seriously if they dont respect my time. Very disappointed in both service and customer care over the phone.Plenty of other fence companies in San Diego area. Simply go with someone else, dont waste your time like I did.Zero stars

They performed the installation of my new vinyl fence very professionally. The workers are great and they offer suggestions that make the job run smoothly. I would highly recommend this company.

Good workmanship and very happy with price. Workers discussed best layout for fencing prior to starting. Because our yard is higher near the back, a step down was needed for balance at the front of the house. Over all the fence looks great.

Excellent company-estimate process was quick-worked with me on scheduling work safely-was on time, solved problems that came up and communicated with me and completed with quality and expertise. Office staff is excellent-great communication and smooth job all the way around.

Zero service. if you are a Condo, Townhome Association, or just thinking, stay far away from this company. Worse service and rude.

Hi we are so happy with our beautiful black heavy duty chain link fence with a gate, all 5 feet high. We are putting a pool in our back yard and we have a low retainer wall so as not to block our view but we needed a 5 foot fence in order to be at code. We had Superior Fence go down the hill 25 feet and across the hill 80 feet across low enough not to block our view. Not only was this job done well, the guys that did the work cleaned up after themselves and were polite. The amazing part was that the estimater gave us a date for installation and the job was done on that day!!! We do and have done many projects on this home over the years and we can not say this about other contractors. So THANK YOU Superior Fence Co. for restoring our faith. Unreliable and unprofessional

Waited 10 days for an estimate. Estimator did not show at scheduled time; I finally called and they told me hes at a job site...we have to schedule a different day. If they cant even show up for an estimate then I would not trust them to build a fence!

Better Than All The Rest! Daniel and his crew came in 30% lower on a bid for 4 acres of fencing. Best of all, they were on time, efficient, and very experienced in resolving any problems that occurred while placing the fence. We have VERY rocky ground making their job much more difficult, but they worked through it without a complaint! At our recent birthday for my father, an Iowa farm boy, he immediately remarked what a great job they had done and how well they had done the fence line!Final remark - Yesterday an appraiser from Rancho Santa Fe came out since were doing a refi... she couldnt stop remarking how outstanding our fencing was compared to anything shes seen... It must have cost a mint! Thats the point... It would have, but didnt with this company! Consider the source! Thanks a lot Daniel!

Purhaps I should have read the reviews before calling this company. I also scheduled an appointment for an estimate, waited a week and no one showed and no one called. I guess they dont need the business and a potential customers time is not important to them.
