Corporate CVS started a new system with the pharmacy where it slows the pharmacy down so much and they cut tech hours. That’s why they are so far behind. My advice is to transfer all meds out of there. There isn’t even enough staff the answer the phones. It’s not the stores fault. It’s corporate fault! Also the new system they are using is very dangerous and can easily course medication errors!
The pharmacy the past few months has been horrible.. I have ran out of my prescriptions more than once. Im seriously thinking about changing pharmacies...after 30 years with you what a shame!
Horrible for prescriptions. By far the worst I have ever been too. It takes literally days to get it filled and I have waited multiple times in the drivethru for over an hour.
I have decided I am going to avoid this store as much as I possibly can! Prices are outrageous!! I’ve never used the pharmacy there, so can’t review that. But the store itself seems kinda rundown. I have never had good customer service there. I am a VERY good person at customer service. I tried to apply there twice. Thought I could help. They keep hiring over and over. Can’t seem to keep employees. But if they’d hire one good one, that wouldn’t be an issue. Maybe there is a reason employees keep leaving. Maybe I should be grateful...
No one ever answers the phone here after listening to the longest message about covid vaccinations I have ever heard, its ridiculous🤬
They never answer the phone! And dont ask them to look for anything because they wont. Of course they will act like they are going to, but dont count on it.

They gave my medicine to someone else and never did an investigation like they were supposed to do.
