Everyone was super helpful and very pleasant. They kept me informed on my repairs and they were finished earlier than expected. I was able to pick up and return my rental car at Service King which made my experience even better! I would highly recommend to anyone needing repairs.

I’m not a mechanic so I can’t confirm the body work & alignment services. However, my car looks great.The customer service was 5 star. Any comment or request I made was quickly & cheerfully taken care of perfectly. The front desk folks work well as a team.

This body shop is the Best, unfortunately I have had to use them 3 different times. Every time I have used them they are professional, quick and finish my car amazingly. Today with the awful weather in TX they even delivered my car to me! AMAZING!!!!!! AA++

So very upset. After taking my car here to be repaired, things have not worked correctly. After getting my car back from them having it roughly 3 weeks, my car would not start. I had to have it jumped. Then, the very next day, my car wouldnt start at all. Had it towed to a repair shop only to be told it needed replacement parts. I dont know what they did to my car, but it was running perfectly until they got their hands on it. Now Im having to pay $1000 for even more repair. I will NOT be bringing my car to them again. So very disappointed.

I went there 7 times to get my headlight fixed and its still not working they put in cheap parts insurance company jade them put the factory parts in and its still not working properly so i will never go back there the women at the front desk nice at least.

Great service and fixed our vehicle in a timely manner. We were updated on the time frame frequently and had great customer service. Our SUV looks brand new again.

I hit a deer and my insurance company told me to come here to get my car fixed. I paid my deductible and a month later, I went to get my oil changed and the people found MULTIPLE problems underneath my car that Service King didn’t even TOUCH. I’m completely livid that I’m having to pay out almost $2,000 worth of damage that Service King didn’t do. I’m definitely getting in touch with my insurance to find a different place to go to in the future.

I’ve left 2 voicemails for someone to call me back and nothing. We picked up my car after they did some cosmetic work and changed my rims and one of my tires kept going flat we called to see if they knew what was going on and never heard anything back. After calling a third time a week later I finally got an answer and she said she was escalating the matter up to her manager and he would call me momentarily. Surprise surprise that call never came. I ended up having to go to Firestone and spending $180 on top of the thousands that was spent at Service King. This place has horrible customer service skills. Choose anyone over this place.

Worse service after incident i dropped my vehicle for repair they just repair only outside physical body nothing ealse, still car alignment, breaking and engine sound different then previous conditions.

I took my car here after I ran over a wild hog in the middle of the road and it did about $2200 worth of damage to my undercarriage.Throughout my whole experience here I have only dealt with Gwen. She has kept me updated through each and every step of the repair process. Not to mention she is a complete sweetheart! She made it super easy and convenient and I didnt have to lift a finger. I am beyond grateful to her and the North Waco team. They made my experience a complete breeze. I know a lot of people get frustrated when their car is in the shop, but Gwen and her team eased my mind and took that frustration away. I never had to worry or fuss. Dealing with Don at this location, was a wonderful experience! They thought it would take 2 weeks to repair my car, but it was ready in less than a week! Don even stayed late to wait on me, so I could get my car that day!I would totally recommend this location!

Bob is awesome!!! He was super nice and so relatable. If I ever have to come back it will be because of him. My car was completed really quick but the bumper color was off and not secured. Bob was so accommodating and made it right.

My car was repaired quickly in 5 days with no problems at all. After a few weeks I noticed one of the taillights they had replaced wasn’t working. I stopped by the shop and they replaced it in 10 minutes no problem. Really great experience! Ask for Gwen!

A+++ service!! Hillary Tabor kept me consistently updated with my repair and painstakingly communicated with inferior insurance personnel. Then she went the extra mile to make sure every detail was satisfactory, even when my insurance company was unresponsive. I wouldn’t think of taking my vehicle anywhere else. I recommend this location and will continue to use Service King in the future if I ever need to. The repairs were delayed one day but at no fault of Service King. John R. was a pleasure to work with. The delay was cause by the insurance company making Service King order used parts, these arrived unusable and new parts had to be ordered. They bent over backwards to make sure that the delay did not extend more than one day. They matched my custom paint and guarantee their work.

I hit a deer, and my truck was towed to Service King at the recommendation of Allstate. Theyve had my truck for over a week, and will hold it hostage for at least another week, according to their representative, for...get this....A BUMPER CHANGE OUT! This is the most incompetent company Ive ever dealt with. Theyve lied to me throughout the process, beginning with the statement last week that they would expedite the process.They had no plans to even order parts for my truck until Tuesday of this week, because the guy I order from is out of pocket until then.When I found another place that could have my (500 dollar cheaper) bumper in the next day, it (conveniently) came in damaged.Do yourself a favor, and dont ever even consider doing business with these people. You may never see your vehicle again.

I have been waiting for a quote for 2 weeks. I took it in and the Service Advisor snapped pics of my damages and two weeks later I still dont even have a quote. I have called multiple time to follow up and I get the run around. I am still waiting. I work all over Texas and can not take my secondary car from shop to shop looking for estimates. Service KIng should definitely be better about Service

Good, seamless repair to hit and run damage to my unoccupied 2012 Mazda. In addition, they cleaned/vacumned my car! Maybe that is normal, l dont know bc this was my first repair with them. Everyone helpful, pleasent.

Horrible communication, we would call for updates and they never call back. Had our truck over a month and still not fixed right. Always an excuse about how it was someone elses fault... the parts suppliers, the insurance, the mechanic shop etc.
