Absolutely no attention to detail - I paid for the $150 deluxe detail and they missed the entire area behind the rear seats. Dead bugs, hair, a sunflower seed? Found a piece of plastic trash on my dash. How can you miss trash on the dash? Got the car back with white specks of what I assume is paint overspray all over the car. They claim it was on there when I dropped it off (it wasn’t) and that they spent a long time with a clay bar to try and get it off. When I got home it all came off easily with my own clay bar, so I’m not sure if they were lying or are just that incompetent. 90% sure that scuffing on the front bumper happened while it was with them. Hugely disappointed with this place.

I just had Bear Auto do an interior detail and exterior wash on one of my vehicles. They did a fantastic job, and in a very timely manner! The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone and who helped me at the service counter was extremely courteous and professional! Before he processed my payment, he even asked me to take a look over everything they did to make sure I was pleased!I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles here in the near future!
