I’ve coming here for almost a year and it has been the best waxing experience I’ve had ever! Cannot recommend Ashley enough!

1st thing this was my very first time come into the European Wax Center I was extremely nervous mostly being plus size and I had scheduled it later in the day but I called and the lady on the phone was so sweet and nice and so reassuring that it wasn’t as bad as I was imagining it in my head and changed my time to an earlier time. I scheduled my wax with Whitney and let me tell you she is awesome, she walks you through it, she talks to you like you’ve known each other for a long time, she let you know everything that’s happening and things like that, she’s just amazing. It was a great experience for my first time. I would definitely recommend to anybody. When you go in there you were so welcomed by the lady at the front desk and she’s wearing a mask but let me tell you I bet you she has the prettiest smile ever and wears is it the whole time. She’s the first face you see and the last and she makes you feel so welcome. Thank you lady’s y’all made this such a good experience.

Maybe she had a bad day, but Briana was pretty harsh and rude to me during my appointment while I was sitting there exposed and vulnerable. Ive had great experiences before with other technicians but this time was awful. She had great reviews but all she did was make me feel embarrassed in an already uncomfortable situation

I could not be seen because I.did not a TX ID amoung some other stupid policy. I will never go there again. I encourage others to go elsewhere

I’ve been visiting EWC for 2 years without an issue. Due to personal reasons I’ve had to cancel my services. I was told by the representative that I will have a store credit of $211 and there is no way I can receive a refund on my unused wax pass. I have no use for $200 worth of products and I feel that this is ridiculous. I will never go there again!

Tried to make an appointment online, but it was not working so I went there Wednesday at around two the door was locked someone opened the door and told me they were having a meeting and to come back around four.... I did return around four. I walked in, there was two employees behind the counter, one on the phone and one helping a customer. The one helping the customer asked me if I needed to check in, I said no. The one on the phone started to get loud and arguing with the people on the phone. Please remember this was my first time and last. So now it was my turn, I was trying to make an appointment, but the young lady helping me couldnt hear me, because the employee on the phone was now so loud and angry with a customer on the phone, she started she was the manager. When I heard that, I decided no thank you. If this is how the manager treats a customer, I dont want one of her employees waxing me with that kind of anger. First impressions do mean a difference.

Again, I think we can agree you have to be more vigilant in doing what you said you would with notifying said person and making sure they know your intentions with employment. It is clear they went with somebody else and that’s fine, but to not even respond to emails or calls when I reached out because you didn’t keep your word is cowardly and unprofessional. Ive been employed with European Wax Center in Waco for 2 years now. I started as a traniee who knew little to nothing about waxing. Ive worked and grown into being EWCs Wax Specialist Trainer. I train all incoming Wax Specialist. Before working for EWC I was a guest here and was always very impressed with the cleanliness of the center and how friendly everyone was. Since being employed with them I can say it is a great company and Im close friends with everyone here and have amazing loyal guest. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to start a career in waxing. The reason Im posting this now is because recently we have gotten reviews about the treatment of us as associates here at EWC Waco. Those reviews were in malice by disgruntled ex-associates. I want to be sure that myself and my team are not being spoken for. I love what I do and you can ask anyone of us here how much we love working for European Wax Center. So! Im Sara and I cant wait to see you in for some amazing waxing experiences.

Julie is amazing! I have been getting waxed for a little over five years now. I moved down to Waco this summer and started going to Julie. She makes the wax as painless as possible. SHE HAS A GIFT! She is very friendly and just a great person all around.

I have been going here for over a year and taking my daughter as well. I will admit that until recently the service was fine, not great but average and had no problem returning. But on August 20th I took my daughter in to get ready for her first day of school and instead of getting what she wanted she got burned, literally! The girl put 2 layers of wax on her eyebrows/lids and peeled off her skin! Then they asked me to pay!! To make things worse when the manager called the next day there was no sincere apology. She wanted to know what we were doing to treat the burn and making sure I understood that they take every precaution to avoid that from happening. She didnt even offer discounts for return service even though I know some of the girls are good at what they do and had the matter been handled differently maybe I would have gone back. The employee has one job....to know how to wax!!!! Very disappointed! And yes, if I could remember her name I would post it. I was only concerned about my daughter at the time.

BOOK WITH JULIE.Like all the other reviews say she is the best! I’m about to move and am really sad that I will have to find another wax specialist. It can be painful it really depends on your pain tolerance but Julie makes it easier she keeps the conversation going and her technique makes it much more tolerable and less painful than others I’ve gone with.Their student wax passes are great and make it affordable.Highly recommend coming here!

Fairly good customer service. The young lady who did my daughter’s and my eyebrows was nice. But, it was by far THE MOST PAINFUL eyebrow wax I have ever experienced- and I’m not anywhere close to being new to the eyebrow scene- I was an 80’s-90’s baby. My eyebrows are not very shaped or even. My daughter’s are butchered but clean. I can say, all the hairs are cleaned up. My eyebrows are tricky but I’m not usually disappointed. They do the first wax complimentary so I’m not upset. Either way, the hair will grow back.

Breana is so awesome and so sociable with everyone. I greatly appreciate getting talked to will I’m getting waxed so it helps get my mind off of it.

Julie is the best waxer Ive ever had. She makes my eyebrows look perfect, and really listens to what I want and knows all the shapes and how to get it to look awesome. Plus she can style them with makeup! I was terrified to get my underarms done because I did it once elsewhere and it hurt so bad, but she has the techniques down that made it basically painless. You HAVE to book with her, youll never go anywhere else!

This was my first time getting a Brazilian. I was super nervous going into the wax center. Melissa at the front desk put me totally at ease and gave useful information about the products for sale. Cheri was AMAZING and has a really calming presence. Cheri let me know what would happen every step of the way and what products I should use to maintain the results. I was visiting from out of town and I can only pray my next experience at another center will be as awesome!

Wasnt too impressed with my particular aesthitician. She was a little pushy about their ingrown products (which Ive tried before and didnt have luck with.) She was also slow (and painful) in the bikini area. The customer service was excellent and the facility was clean and comfortable.

I used to love this place, but every time I find someone I like they always switch it up on me.. and this last time the gal I got wasnt very good and left a lot of hair.. when I called and said something on Monday (appt. was Sunday) I was told the manager would get back to me, no one ever called.. very disappointed.. had I not bought the package I would find another place.. but Im kinda stuck..

I am a contract employee. I have been frequenting European Wax Centers for several years. I have been in Temple, Texas since April 2017.I have been to this location at least once a month since coming to Texas. I had an appointment last night to have several waxing treatments performed by Julia. I usually always book the appointment when I had the last booking with was the beginning of August, every 4 weeks. On Monday, August 28, I was contacted by the center to confirm my booking for 6:30p on Wednesday, August 30. I repeated 6:30p back to the representative and she said yes. I arrived at the center last night at 6:30p. As I was walking in my cell phone was ringing. It was the center. As I approached the desk the receptionist told me I was 15 minutes late and would not be able to have all the service I requested due to booking another client at 6:45p. I told the receptionist that I received a call confirming my appointment at 6:30p and that is when I arrived. She told me the representative did not scroll through my appointment to see that I should have been there at 6:15p for all my services. I walked out without having any services performed. If I could not have them all performed, then I was having none. I am very disappointed in the service and treatment of their mistake. I drove from Temple, Texas to Waco for this appointment, a 1/2 hour drive on I35 N.I will never return to this facility.

The entire staff is so very friendly and professional.Lets face it, getting waxed isnt the most pleasant experience. However, Julie made me feel right at ease and explained every step. EWCs approach to waxing made it quick and as painless as possible. I was very pleased with the results. I had my legs, bikini area, and underarms done. Every service was great and I will most definitely be back. European Wax Center is amazing. Trust me you wont regret making an appointment here for all your waxing needs!

I had serveral wax specialist but julia so far is the best because of her knowledge and patience. She make you feel comfortable at all times and I had never leave unhappy with her job she is very perfectionist and is very good at what she does she has been my wax specialist for about 2 years and that is what is keeping coming back.

My usual experience at European Wax Center is usually great. However, today was the worst wax I have ever had. I would suggest if you come here do not get waxed by Liz. It was was such a sloppy job. I paid to have my inner thighs waxed as well and she only did a quarter of my thighs. She missed a ton of hair. Worst wax ever I would leave zero stars for her if I could.

Would highly recommend this place. Everyone was super nice and place was very clean.
