They were unable to help me this time (print pics from cell phone), usually l am able to be helped for anything needed. (Did go to my phone store and Graham @ Sprint/T-mobile was able to show me how and we sent pic orders to CVS!)I was disappointed. The girl in their photo area had NO idea what else to do in getting my pics. Everything l asked was answered negatively...but even so, she was nice enough.

Love that theres more 24 hot stores! Not all of the staff members have been nice but most of the time they are. During the holidays, you can find some pretty good sales too!

Awful service. My doctor called in a prescription at noon, I show up when I get off at work at 6pm and wait another hour for them to fill it. The employees were nice but not worth waiting all day for a medication.

Even though there was only a few people for the drive thru service and there were many people there, which I could tell they were really busy. However the woman, pharmacy technician, was very nice & accurately helped to figure out what to do to be able to get my medication to be paid for with my insurance. Very polite, helpful, & quick.

This review is for a pharmacist at this location, not the store. The person I dealt with there needs to go through customer service training again. I have never been spoken to the way I was, for no reason, and will never go back again. When I left, I went to another pharmacy and fully described the situation. The pharmacist there said there was nothing wrong with my Rx and I shouldn’t have been treated poorly. My Rx was filled immediately. Advice: take yourself to another pharmacy.

Used the fedex service center and that will be the last time. Got confirmation the package was delivered and signed for. When I called to see when we could pick it up they gave us a time that they aren’t open for business. The next day we called again to make sure we don’t make another waisted trip; multiple employees told us they didn’t have the package and never received it. Worst part is that they had no record of the employee that signed for it even working there. Finally after multiple calls and visits we were able to get our package. Extremely unhappy and hope no one else has to go through that experience.

I would give this no stars if I could. My husband needed ear drops for an ear infection and waited almost and hour trying to get someone to help him with insurance. They were all talking in the drive thru, doing other things but trying to help customers. Poor customer service. Will not be coming here again.

This year I get to stay home for Christmas. We had a family trip planned to let our kids see there grandparents, but the IDIOTS at the pharmacy counter (Caleb) said they can’t mail my prescriptions to me. AVOID WALLGREENS, GO TO PHARMACY PLUS

Worst service Ive ever seen in my years of experience working in pharmacies. People not even greeted for at least half an hour to an hour and filling here will take at least an hour and a half. Consistent and horrendously slow. Awful service and employee personnel needs a change. I have visited several times and had equally bad service each time!

The Pharmacist was very rude he refused to release my mothers meds to me because my tdl expired three days prior, he had no concern an elder needed her meds.I asked him his name so I could file a complaint he said his name is Chuck and refused to give me his last name. The staff was laughing and thought it was funny the way he treated me.

The low score goes to their Pharmacy department. Lately I have trouble every time I refill a prescription. My doctor wont even use them anymore because they have gone almost 100% to e-scribe. He would send it over via e-scribe and each and every time they either couldnt find it, blamed my doctor. Today I went in to fill a prescription and the kid behind the counter took my Rx and asked if I wanted it filled, i said yes. He walked off with it, I went to pick up another item I needed and then went back to the waiting area. Well after sitting there while others that were there after me get their items, pay and leave. I ask the same kid whats going on with my Rx? He said, I thought you went home and was coming back later. I told him no I didnt leave the store, I just had to get anothet item. One of the regular workers overheard and she said she would check on my Rx for me and she told the young man, You always ask if they are going to wait or come back to pick their Rx up. Now this lady has been here almost an hour. She got right on my Rx, apologized, rang me up and I finally got on the road, and was 1.5 hours late.Wallgreens, you need to train your people better. Ive had other issues later when the tech told me one thing, I call the automated place in another city and am told that the tech in Waco did not know what and was talking about. TRAIN YOUR TECHS!! IF THEY ARE NOT SURE WHAT TO TELL A CUSTOMER, HAVE THEM GET THE PHARMACIST!!!!!!

Walgreens has been my sons pharmacy since 2015, Walgreens has been my pharmacy since 2005. Well #1 the pharmacy should allow both ailes outside to pick up, #2 it doesnt make no sense that this one time I go in the store to get my sons prescription and they CANT Find my sons acct. After driving away (half way to lacy Lakeview) I called to ask why they couldnt find my sons acct. Than the lady on the phone finds it with NO PROBLEM. I drove all the way back to the store just to wait 17mins in the line outside. So I go inside, and wait an additional 15mins.; Walgreens needs to come up with a reasonable schedule for the customers !! This wait is just ridiculous.
