This place is awesome!!! 🤠I had an issue with a pair of jeans that I purchased recently. Michelle asked me to bring them back for an exchange yesterday. I brought them back in this afternoon and Aaron exchanged them for a new pair exactly like the ones I had with no hassle. I bought more merchandise before I left. You cant beat the service here!!! 💯

Honestly probably the best boot barn I’ve ever been in! Which is weird to say about a store in Waco. I’ve been to boot barns all over TX and they tend to be severely lacking in the women’s department compared to the men’s. This was split, quite literally in half. Very large women’s selection of not only clothes but boots as well! Safe to say that I will definitely be a repeat customer here!

Prices were too high for what I was interested in. Found the same blouse for 1/5 the price.

Favorite boot stop. Artists in every color and style. Prices to high on western wear tho. But boots are the best priced! Up to 6 pairs. And counting!

Stopped in Boot Barn to shop for a Stetson for my fiancé and some of those sparkly boots for myself for our wedding. Neither of the two employees acknowledged me when I came in. They just continued to talk amongst themselves even though I walked right by them and was within 10 feet of them as I looked at the hats. I was also the only customer in the store. After looking for a few minutes, I heard them greet a man that walked in. It wasn’t until I was headed to the door that one of them finally asked if I needed help. I told him no and left. I definitely won’t be buying anything for my wedding or anything else here ever!

They changed manager but thats not necessarily a bad thing the new manager was great and helpful

Good selection of brand name boots. I really like Ariat and they have several styles. Unfortunately, I wear a size 7 to 7.5 and the selection for that size was very limited. However, they do have a great selection of mens sizes 8 to 12, as well as womens. They also have jeans, shirts, belts, and hats. The store is very spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Worst customer service! I had to ask for assistance where items in store were, then no further assistance. Two men standing in middle aisle visiting w each other. Only female was behind register. I needed some assistance but because there was none after 45 mins in store, I left. Didnt think my purchase would have made any difference. Not a local, hope not all stores are like this one.

Great store. Even though they did not have my size in the boot I wanted, they still assisted me and told me where I could go elswhere to find it in my size, which I did. Now thats a sales women! I. Wish I could remember her name. To top it off they give military discounts. I give them 5 PPAs, Patriotic Proud American stars.

I walked in to other boot barns and it was nice to b welcomed well u walk into this one and its like no one works there i waited 15 mins to check out and no one came to the register i even sent my girlfriend looking thru the store for help and no one was around to do so. So i left the shirt i was gonna buy on counter and walked out wont go there ever again

Went here on 7/21. Asked about the widest cut on jeans in the front on the mens side....labeled yellow. A young girl on the sales floor, who had her phone in her back pocket...why?....said I dont carry the yellow very dismissively. And that was the end of the conversation. Then she went back to gossiping with her friend on the sales floor. First of all, I would be surprised if it was HER store. I am in sales, and I was surprised it was just a straight NO essentially, and that she didnt take that opportunity to show me something else thats comparable. Total loss of a sale opportunity. They then,proceeded to ask me about 5 times, Are Yall still doin okay?
