They had the things we needed and in this day and age, that is good.

Almost always has everything needed to repair or replace everything on my mobile home. From Central Air and Furnace units too bathtubs and water heaters and everything in between! They carry tons of stuff for mobile homes that you cant find anywhere else! A+ customer service from very friendly employees...🤗

A good selection of new and repurposed parts for prefab and mobile homes.

Went to buy some prefab wood steps. Pricing was stapled to the steps. Owner would not honor pricing clearly labeled on each unit, and would only sell them for their “list price” which was over 40% higher than posted. And they were overpriced to begin with. Dishonest. And the Owner couldn’t even be bothered to come out and talk to me. The message was only given through the sales lady, who obviously didn’t care if I bought anything from them or not. Will not be back.

I just love buying my supplies from them. Very reasonable and the staff is so kind....

Compared to other surplus stores, P&P is priced high. The items that are cheap are very damaged (i.e.: $1 drywall is warped beyond use & should just be thrown away). $.99 cents per sq foot for linoleum flooring--same price as Lowes. Staff is friendly, but due to the pricing we probably wont go back.

The people here are very short with the customers..at least they were me..made me dmfeel like I needed to hurry up and get out of their stire..not a very friendly place..and thats putting it mildly.

Made a very very dry run for something they were supposed to have I talked to him yesterday they told me they had some sinks that were dropped in got up there today and none of them were dropped in their all under counter. Not real happy hour and a 1/2 drive each way

They say you can bring merchandise back within 15 days for a full refund but that is not true. They dont know the meaning of good customer service.

Lacking in friendly professionalism with customer service

I agree with other reviews that this place is definitely lacking in customer service! I do not plan to buy from them again. I will be happy to drive twice as far and give my business elsewhere instead of dealing with them. In addition to rude manners by the owner, full disclosure of the product and purchase conditions were not given to me over the phone when I pre-purchased. When I arrived, I was told I would not be able to remove damaged items from the stack of product. I was not aware I was buying damaged ceiling sheetrock.

Terrible customer service. I was there for a long time before the woman working decided to help me. Prices are way too high, not worth the stop.

Not worth my 3.5 hour drive. I asked about the gas furnaces of they were 60,000 BTU min. 56,000 falls short of that. The $1 drywall is unusable, asked about that too before the drive, was told some breaks at the edges. Didnt say a word about how wrapped it is. Pay them to haul away there junk? Dont think so! If you live close by you might find something you can use but to travel there on there word. Not worth the gas I wasted to go there.

A wide variety of items mostly building/remodeling material, inventory changes often, prices are a bit high but they do have great deals you just have to find them.

Great prices, friendly employees, you never know exactly what theyre going to have on hand so its worth checking out periodically.

Love you guys! If you need home improvement supplies and dont want to over pay these are your people, especially for trailer house supplies.

Best Hospitality from family and staff! Small store sells home improvement supplies, carports, and antiques. Love to go there from time to time to purchase hardware and to view new inventory.

The owner is rude and do not know what he is doing. That store will never prosper as long as he is running it. He need to go home and sit down or go train how to treat customers. I spent $2,700+ in that store but Ill never spend another dime in that store... I only have the one star because I had to in order to type this. Worthless piece of trash!!! Go somewhere and sit your tail down!!

Go look around before buying at Lowes or Home Depot. Best values in trim and metal and doors around. Large selection and fairly friendly people working there.

Great price on a few things I needed

Saw on Facebook that 2×4 boards were $1. Sale must have been over, because I was charged $2 for short warped boards. I was disappointed when I realized any home improvement center would have straighter, longer boards for a fraction more.

Unless you are searching for mobile home parts, this is not your home improvement store!Felt mislead by what was offered in the way of products, so was not happy about that!Staff however was extremely friendly and accommodating!

Everyone is very nice and you can usually find what youre looking for at great prices.

My first experience here was great. The lady behind the counter is very helpful. I went in looking for a tub surround with corner shelves. She did not have it but ordered the pieces (the corner pieces are sold seperate from the tub surround) and I went to pick them up from the warehouse in Waco. However, once the contractor installed them, the corners would not fit. I went in today to return and the same lady who ordered them for me said that if I looked at the bottom of the receipt it sales all sales are final...no consideration that SHE is the one who ordered the wrong part. So now Im out $75 dollars. No where in the store or going into the store did is say All Sales Final. Quite frankly, once you have your receipt....its too late to find out all sales are final. So, if you shop here, make sure your getting what you need...and from my experience....dont order anything.

The Customer service is very bad and the lady who was the cashier today was very rude to my husband so Im not leaving any stars at all materials were ordered incorrectly and blamed my husband for it after she did measurements her selfand also threw a order book at him and so my husband walked out and no one tried to stop him and fix the problem they need to learn how to treat their customers!!
