I appreciated the time Everett took to listen to what I was looking for and discuss my options. He is super knowledgeable and has opinions about product options, which I found very helpful. The end result he created is awesome! He urged me to build a plane with 3 phases to distribute cost and give me experience with the equipment in order to make informed product decisions going forward. This was great advice, and I am glad I didn’t go all in on my first decision. Very professional shop and I would definitely recommend his services to a friend.
I was wanting to upgrade the stereo system to have Carplay in my 2014 Ford Explorer, and a friend recommended Crow Concepts. They were very knowledgeable, and we discussed several options to get what I wanted. Once we decided on an upgrade path, they kept in touch as the parts arrived, and when I took my vehicle in, they immediately went to work on the upgrade, having the work done within an hour of when I dropped the vehicle off. The pricing beat out the do it yourself kits I found online, and I could depend on them to do the work. Everything has worked flawlessly since I did the upgrade also. They even left on the film covering the new screen. They also gave me back the unit that was replaced, wrapped up in bubble wrap. I was impressed at every step of the process. Definitely worth the price and time expended.

Had a bunch of audio and wiring issues on my vehicle from previous owners and my backup camera wouldn’t work and Crow Concepts got me hooked up and sounding right with no issues and at a great price .. won’t take my truck to any other audio shop !
Ive been going to Crow Concepts for everything I need car audio wise. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and skillful at what they do. They have fair pricing on installations and other accessories. I used to think that the rink-a-dink place I went to before was good - until I found this place. They made my system sound 10 times better and louder than my previous installation. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to get anything audio done. They also do alarms and headlights which is sweet! ;)
Amazing place if you are looking for aftermarket products for your ride! The guys are supers helpful never pushy to sell what you dont need or want. Just because theres a more expensive version of the product you are looking for doesnt mean its what you need! These guys will let you know whats best for your ride.
The reviews looked great which is why I went there; however, the customer service was poor. I called before I went and asked when would be a good time to stop by. They said anytime before noon. I was just there to give them a deposit so they could order some equipment for my sons truck. When I got there, there was one guy in front I me. I waited about 40 minutes. Then another guy shows up. When he finished with the first guy, he then said it would just be a minute, he needed to help him first so then he starts working on his truck. I will not be back. Poor customer service!

Bought TWO key fobs at the suggestion of the store after I washed my factory in the laundry. It was explained to me that the new fobs were water-resistant and the same problem wouldn’t happen again. A year later, distracted and taking care of my four kids, I wash my fob from Crow Concepts in the laundry. It doesn’t work. I call Pop-a-Lock and pay them $55. The manager of Crow Concepts then explains to me over the phone that water-resistant fobs don’t exist and puts the blame on me. He then only offered to see if the fob was still under warranty. The company doesn’t take any responsibility. So I switch out my ruined fob with the second one I bought from the company the prior year.Today, I’ve been using my second key fob for A MONTH. I leave the gym, and every button I press sets off the car alarm. Crow Concepts is closed, and I’m having to call Pop-a-Lock and pay them another $45 while I’m late for work AND a friend’s baby shower in Austin.I recommend literally nobody trust this group unless you know them personally.
These guys are insanely talented! Great vision and drive for any of the projects they touch! I’ve kept them my primary source of custom ANYTHING for both my Prelude and Jeep! I recommend and I’m sure anyone who’s seriously dealt with them would recommend as well! Well tooled dudes! 10/10 every time.
I have never had better service in my life. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to informing me on my car. It was also nice to actually having reasonable prices. Absolutely exceptional service. I would definitely recommend Crow Concepts.

Took my Jeep Wrangler in to have them install side body armor/cladding and steps. They did great work and do not over charge! I will be going back to have remote start installed soon! Thanks guys. Also a plus is they have adorable Great Danes!

Was told an alarm system install cost was 90% product. Found the alarm online for $350 less than the quote. Was texting their number and getting good responses for my questions. Then I decided to go ahead and get it installed so I texted and called multiple times to setup a date. Got no response or call back, guess they don’t want my money. Went to Temple and got the exact system installed for $150 less. I suggest shopping around.Edit: this message was sent during your work hours. And I’d figure a message the following week could of been done.

Crow concepts can do almost any customization to your vehicle faster, cheaper, and undoubtedly better than any competitor. Very personable and always steers you in the best direction for your vehicles overall wellbeing. I wouldnt use anyone besides this group of guys!
I have a 1987 vehicle that I didnt want to take apart myself. Crow Concepts installed my new stereo receiver after having to take most of the dash out just to get the old stereo out. Im so glad I found Crow. The price was a lot less than I thought it would be to boot. They will get my business again when my boss lets me have some more money. They care about what they do.

Cannot get lights on my car right. Taken back over and over and still, cant get the lights right. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. I highly suggest going somewhere else with people who actually care for their customers and their cars. Have wasted so much money trying to get my halos right only to have to come back because something goes wrong with them every few months.

I could not be happier with my experience. Had a remote keyless entry system installed. The GTO isnt a very common car and I believe this one to be one of, if not the only GTO with Advanced Keys installed on it. Despite this, the system was installed and all the kinks work out within a day.The system works nicely and I know that any future issues will be taken care of by them. I will be coming back for future work done to the car despite coming all the way from Dallas. Honest, thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
