Back in May I called Sam Coelho at Allen Samuels. I told him what I was looking for down to the color. He said come see me. So I drove to the dealership. Sam had the truck pulled to the front and ready to go. I test drove a black Lonestar Ram 1500 w/ a Hemi, and the rest is history. I fell in love with it. Sam did his best to get me in it. Our salesman was Branden (with an E). Not only was his mustache glorious and dignified, he was honest, easy going, and helpful. Negotiating was not miserable and they gave us fair prices both on trade and purchase. We had to wait a bit while finance did their thing (to be expected anywhere), but once it was ready to go the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. Sometimes when owners of companies pass away, or the really good CEOs retire, the way business are run changes dramatically, goes downhill & fast, but I feel like this company must have good leadership as I continue to be impressed with the Service Department here. I would even drive my other brands of vehicles up to Irving to be serviced from 2014-January 2019, because I was consistently disappointed with that brands Service Department here in Waco.Their Service Department Manager Eric Upton, as well as Service Advisors Lacie, Brandt, Gary, & most recently Jack, have all been very friendly, attentive, & professional and make you feel as if you are their only customer.I’ve honestly never had this positive of an experience with any other “big name” service departments in Waco during my 8 years of moving here from Dallas/Fort Worth, until I bought my 2018 Dodge Ram Rebel in January 2019, and started bringing it here to be serviced.They truly are the best in this business & an asset to Waco & I will continue to brag about them to anyone that asks me where they should take their vehicles for service, especially the people I know that own Ram, Dodge & Jeep. We bought a used car from Langdon (LB) in June 2021. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in helping us. He was careful to show us the features of the vehicle. When we noticed an issue with the car after we bought it, he made sure to get it fixed. 5/5 definitely recommend LB and Im sure well go back to him for our future car needs!

Customer service was very poor (except for the shuttle driver) and the level of communication was terrible. I had a minor recall on my vehicle and after receiving the recall letter I called them periodically for nearly a year and they kept telling me they needed some part and would call me back. They never once called me. Finally, one time I call and it is a new lady and she schedules me for an appointment for 7:15am for what she said was supposed to take 30mins (it was a very small thing). I arrive the day of my appointment and apparently they dont take appointments they just put you in line whenever you show up. Worse than that though the techs apparently dont even show up until 8am. I specifically made the appointment in hopes my car might be done before work started or else I wouldve scheduled later if I knew for sure I was just going to be leaving it. The lady who greeted me made no apology for the poor communication on their part and seemed perturbed that I was surprised that they didnt actually honor appointment times. All in it was a very negative experience and I would not recommend this dealership.

My heroes! If I won the lottery, I wouldnt be any happier than I am that my recent car search brought me to this website. I had been looking for an SUV for months. I knew what kind of vehicle I wanted and needed, knew what I was willing to and should pay, and knew what I would accept and what was a fair trade-in for my car. But I was often disappointed and frustrated with the treatment I had received online with other dealerships. All of the dealerships I contacted advertised that they had buy online programs, but I soon discovered that when I told them that I wanted to do so, many salespeople immediately lost interest. Texts would stop suddenly, I was told the car was sold (even though it was still online days later), I was given incorrect information about how much a certain car could tow, and offered almost offensive trade in allowances.I have never understood why buying a car has to be so difficult, but knowing that I was headed for what I was sure would be a beating, I researched, read, studied, and did my homework in preparation. I read all the articles that give advice about what you should and shouldnt do, or should say or shouldnt say, when buying a car. I was loaded for bear-armed and ready to play the game, and because I had that knowledge, I knew those other dealerships were not dealing with me fairly and respectfully.And then I came across a listing at Allen Samuels, and Morgan and Spring entered my online world. My goodness. They made the process so easy and simple, were so straightforward, respectful, and trustworthy, that I took down my defenses and put my purchase completely in their hands.From the very first text we exchanged, I felt that if there was anything they could do to help me find what I wanted, then by golly, they were going to do it. I was an older woman, with very little car buying experience, attempting this purchase alone, and it felt like they were helping me the way they would help their moms. When you take your vehicle in to get worked on, the communication is zero. They tell you they will call you and don’t. They keep your car or truck overnight without letting you know. You get concerned whether or not you need to make other arrangements for work because when you call them, they say we will call you back. Communication is the key. You will definitely communicate if I owe you money. I need communication if I need to make arrangements to go to work to get the money.Update: The manager did reach out to us and explained what happened to him. He did make it right with us. He had an emergency that I totally understand.

EDITED: Im increasing my **s. Although the person we spoke with initially did not help us and we had to take it to a local mechanic, Eric and a Supervisor both contacted me and made it right. I must say, Ive never had that level of care from any dealership in the past. Very impressed now.Same as other places. The sales person, Eric, was fantastic. Was able to get me in a newer used Grand Cherokee with very low mileage. Fast forward 1.5 months and the check engine light is on and of course you cant even talk to anyone, let alone get it checked on and fixed for a couple of weeks. So on top of paying a small fortune for the vehicle, Im already having to pay for repairs. Very disappointed.

I have to totally hand it to Candice one of the service advisors. I wasnt a happy camper with the issues facing my daughters car. Its 5 years old but fairly low mileage. Anyways I was very upset and truly didnt want to agree with the issues. Candice remained calm through each and every one of my numerous calls (sorry Candice) talking me through each and every problem explaining it and the cost. She even went as far as to try and get us the best prices possible. She explained what issue could possibly wait but told us within what time frame we should resolve that particular issue. We decided on getting it all completed due to the overall safety of our daughter driving the car. Im very disappointed in the quality of work that was performed on my vehicle. I took it in on Thursday 10th of October and I thought that they would get everything taken care of, but boy was I wrong. I left my vehicle overnight and was waiting to hear from them as soon as it was ready,so I got the call about noon on the 11th and arrived about 6p.m. to get my car. Much to my surprise there was no charge and I cant lie I was pleased by that . When I dropped off my vehicle me the service advisor had a long talk about why those lights were on, on my dashboard. So maybe thats why they didnt charge me, but as I drove home the first light popped on so I called the service department and attempted to let the service advisor know, but he was already gone for the day. But he texted me through there system at the dealership and I let him know that the problem is still ongoing . So I didnt hear from them, so I decided to call the shop the following Monday the 14th to see when I could bring my vehicle back, so I called the shop asked to speak to a certain service advisor and the phone hung up. So I called again and the same thing happened, so the next call I asked to leave a message cause no one answered the phone so I left 3 messages for this particular advisor. Waiting to hear from them soon, hear it is Thursday the 17th and still nothing, I guess they think I cant pay for my repairs or something but some of the repairs are their fault to why Im having the trouble of having to get them fixed.. at the beginning of the year we and my wife were looking to purchase a new vehicle and the reason why we didnt buy one from Dodge is because of their service department. It has not been a pleasant experience dealing with them. I hope to still have my vehicle repaired, because who lights riding around with lights on, on your dashboard. Knowing that they can be fixed

I went here to get my second car as my first car was having too many issues and my newest job makes it to where I can afford a nicer and newer car. My salesman was Langdon Brown, LB, and he made the process a LOT easier then when I had gone to other places. Other places had actually turned me away since I either didnt have the full down payment that they wanted for even their cheapest cars, or I hadnt been back in Texas all that long and needed to be back for over a year. Langdon made it to where I paid half the down payment on the first day I came in, then with the help of lovely Mrs. Leslie I made the second payment over the phone a couple days later when I got my paycheck and as soon as it was done Langdon drove my car out to me since I couldnt drive my other car at that time. To be honest if I hadnt of delt with these 2 lovely people I wouldnt of gotten a car. Even if I hadnt shown it that day I was excited, but also not too excited at first since I was constantly turned away from one or another dealership and it made me very dejected by the time I went to Allen Samuels. But I am glad I went there, otherwise I wouldnt of gotten my lovely 2019 Honda Civic that Im absolutely in LOVE with. Still getting used to all the gadgets that come with it but I really love it lol. A very good dealership to go with.

My experience with Allen Samuels Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Fiat has to do with my ongoing professional relationship with Michael Dixon and the service center. Both are stellar interactions. I have had nothing but positive experiences and I appreciate the time and attention Michael provides for his customers. I highly recommend this location as a place to do business when you need a car or your need one serviced.

Took our truck for oil change and alignment and we are right now at the 5 hour mark Of waiting for something we were told would take 2 hours. I went to take a peak and found the service guy sitting on his phone for more than 10 min while standing there before asking why it’s taking so long. After 6 hours finally we get the our truck back they of course said go ahead which would have been awesome BUT we go to get in the truck and drive and I can’t even let off the stirring wheel without it pulling straight off the road. Their answer was give it away free for something they didn’t even know how to fix period. POOR POOR SERVICE!!!! Never again will we take our vehicles there.

Had made a deal on a 2020 Truck yesterday 12/28 and had an appointment at 1pm today, 12/29, at 1pm (per THEIR request) to complete the purchase paperwork. Received a text message at 10:19am that they SOLD the vehicle to someone else. Very UNPROFESSIONAL for them to do so and I would recommend never dealing with these people. NOT WORTH THE WASTED TIME OR EFFORT. Buy a GMC, Ford, or Chevy instead. They do not know the meaning of customer service

I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler completely online from another city. I had driven them before and shopped locally but the price from this dealership was very competitive (I have online shopped about all of Texas for the last year). The internet salesperson, Morgan I worked with was very pleasant and non pushy. She made it very easy to work with and answered all my questions through phone, text or email. I was able to go through the complete purchase process without taking time off or driving to Waco (they delivered for free).Sales associate, Zac was also followed up with me to make sure I was pleased. He made himself even available at anytime in the future for questions.This was the best experience hands down I’ve had with a car dealership. I purchased 2 Jeep Cherokees about 5 months ago. One was a 2019 and the other was a 2020. Michael Orlando was great to work with. My only problem is I took my 2020 in for the first oil change and had to pay. Ive bought several new cars from other dealers and always got the first oil change free. I love my car though.

Bought a new ignition assembly from the parts/service Dept. Found out they used it to test a vehicle they were working on; then put it back in the box, and sold it to me. The new part had the vin number of the vehicle they were working on, programmed into the new part they sold me. I wasted my time, and money having the locksmith try to program my keys into it. I don’t see how this dealership can get such a high rating with such a poor quality service department.If I could, I would give this company a negative rating......HOW CAN YOU CLAIM TO BE A QUALITY DEALERSHIP WITH SUCH AN UNQUALIFIED SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!

Took my car in to get recalls fixed. I was told it would be done by the next day. Nearly A week later I got my car back, but no one told me the trunk lid was bent. I realized after I left and had to bring it back on my lunch break. They told me they would contact me when a rental was available, but after waiting I called them. I was told it would take a week and a half for one to be available. I escalated and they were able to get me one same day, but then it took two weeks for them to fix the trunk that they broke. All in all they had my car for nearly three weeks.
