The website does not actually portray what is in the stores. Even when specifically looking for items under the in store option is wrong when you enter the place looking for said items. The employees are aware and say they get this complaint often. Went to get full gear for both of my boys and was sorely mistaken.

This is the worst store ever. I waited in line 2 hours and employees kept saying they had my size then they friends show up and soon as 12 hits the dude tells me they don’t have my size that the raffle holder was on his way. It clearly states all raffle winners are supposed to pick up there size by 12 pm and if not it’s automatically first come first serve. Which is why I waited two hours. But as soon as one of there friends handed them 300 dollars they had his size and he didn’t win a raffle and he didn’t have to stand in line like everyone else. These people are straight liars. They were holding shoes for there friends. There customer service is horrible I’d highly suggest nobody ever shop there.

Manager Shon is beyond rude. Jordan’s was supposed to be re-raffled at 2:00pm. I was browsing other shoes at 1:53pm and was told I cannot wait the 7 minutes in the store. I politely asked for a customer service number and she only would give me the district managers number. I will spend my money somewhere else.
