We had a pleasant experience at the store selecting and ordering frames. Unfortunately our order was randomly cancelled nearly two weeks later (2 days before the scheduled pick up) because the ‘lab had an issue ordering the frames’. Thankfully I had been regularly checking the order status and called for more information, Visionworks did not notify me of the cancellation. I ended up asking for a refund and will go elsewhere to a same-day place. The best the store could offer was to resubmit my order, possibly waiting another 2 weeks for delivery. The associate helping me kept trying to advise me against going to a same-day place because of quality issues, which I thought was hilariously ironic due to the situation. This was our first experience and not worth the hassle.

The guy that helped me here was awesome, but visionworks itself is ridiculous. They only had 2 employees on the floor, which took turns answering the phone, making the process much longer than it should of been. Their systems look old that it took forever for my card to go through. To top it off, they told me my glasses would be ready in two weeks. Eyemart would of been much faster and cheaper if it wasnt for my insurance that only works at visionworks. Definitely not getting glasses here again

My husband and I shopped several places to get estimates on new glasses for both of us. We were quoted outrageous prices even with the top of the line insurance we have. We stopped by Visionworks just to see what their quote was for us. We found out that this place was not in-network for our insurance, however, an associate, Paul Garcia, asked us to sit down and just see what he could do with their sale that was going on and our insurance. He was very kind, not pushy, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. He listened to us and found a much less price quote for our two glasses. We saved much money and now have awesome glasses that did not cost no where near the outrageous prices quoted elsewhere. We will be back to get our prescription sunglasses and this will be our go to place. Everyone there was great from start to finish. If you are looking for glasses, make this your first stop.

Went in for my first pair of glasses. From speaking to the receptionist this weekend over the phone to checking out this morning with Paul, everything was a great experience. I was able to find frames and get the extras I wanted for a great price with the 2nd pair free, the same extras included! During checkout, Paul even helped adjust my grandmothers glasses when she offhandedly mentioned going by her optometrist to get hers adjusted later that day. Great experience and Im looking forward to picking my first pair up by the end of the week!

Best team in town! The staff is super helpful and very knowledgeable. Insurance can be really tricky sometimes, but they were able to help me figure it out, and even get me a good discount! They always have sales going on. Well worth the cost to come here!

I’ve always had a positive experience at Visionworks. Joel has always been extremely nice, helpful, and patient. Today Joel and Paul helped me with choosing a pair of sunglasses. They were both great and made sure I got the most for my money and the frames that look the best. I went in trying to just get lenses replaced and they explained all of my options, I was able to get more than what I expected and left extremely happy. It’s hard to find people who are willing to go above and beyond and have great customer service. Joel and Paul were great!

Walked in needing new glasses and replacement lens greeted by Paul who took my prescription and vision insurance card and told me to look around. When I picked the glasses I wanted Paul offered other styles turns out he was right I found the perfect one amongst his selections. Paul ran up my order knew what my insurance would cover and what was included in the style I picked and I was in and out of there in about an hour. Been going to that store for almost three or four years never had an issue while my order has to get sent to an outside lab it’s usual in early and they call or text when ready. Highly recommend and Paul is great very customer oriented.

I lost my glasses while visiting from out of state, desperately called visionworks on a Sunday and they literally saved my life. My prescription is incredibly high, a -11.75 in one eye and a -12.00 in the other, with astigmatism in both eyes, and normally when I order glasses it’s a lengthy process that is costly and takes at least a week to come in from ordering to when they’re finally done. I was able to come into the store, find a cheap pair of frames, and have lenses made for them in less than 4 hours on the same day. I can see again and don’t have to worry about navigating an airport without glasses, and they were affordable as well (being a broke college student, this was the best news). This Visionworks helped me when I thought all hope for sight was lost, and I literally cannot thank them enough. I’d 100% recommend them to anyone in need of a pair of affordable glasses!

The employees are very patient and willing to try to help in anyway they can. They always do a good job and I have never felt like I wasnt getting good quality glasses. Its so hard to pick the perfect pair of glasses because of their selection, but you can always bring your own and they can still fill your prescription.

We had an amazing experience finding our son glasses here at Visionworks! Pete was amazing at helping us and giving us all the information we needed to get the best look and needs for him for a great price!

Purchased high quality lenses in December 2017. A little over 6 months and the coating on one of the lenses is already peeling. I went back and asked them to replace the defective lens. They told me they wouldnt do it because the lenses were not insured. Considering how much the lenses cost you would think they would have a warranty for at least a year. Nope, you have to purchase extra insurance at the time you buy your lenses. I know some other eye-care places give you a two year warranty on their lenses at no extra cost. Not Visionworks. Buyer beware.
