Went in twice last week for a soda. Both times the sodas were flat. Got some salsa for my taco and the salsa was starting to go bad. The place is general has a dirty, nasty feel to it.

Wonderful staff very helpful especially James made me feel as if my needs or I guess wants and curiosity more less werent an inconvenience lol he said this is a convenient store ! 😅😂😂🤣🤣🤣

Went to get a lunch plate. The lady got my order and gave me my receipt to go pay. As I was went to pay for my order I waited in my food. Another customer was getting a plate as well the guy who waited on him gave him his receipt and served his plate. The customer ask if I was still waiting on my food. He got his food before me and the lady who took my order was in the black horse playing. I asked for a refund yhe manager on duty was just as rude. Gave me back 5.40When I told him I placed the 60 cents on the counter to get my 6.00 dollars back he responded rudely that he didnt know. He ghan took my 5.00 and tried giving me 1.40I told him that was incorrect finally he gave me the correct change. No apologyNo concerns as to why I was asking for a refund. This is not the first time this has happen. Franklin store needs more training on customer service and better management.

Went to get some breakfast tacos... Food was old and cold. Rice was already hardened, tortilla was cold. And the lady served me lots of oil with my burrito. It was disgusting. Ended up throwing it away. Not sure if i would go back to buy any more.

I was so upset about this store, never had a problem. Saturday night I pulled up to get gas, not knowing there was no gas, 2 of the employees were so rude, and told me to come back tomorrow for a refund, there was no gas not even from the other pumps, other ppl were getting there money back not understand I had to come back tomorrow Sunday @ 4am-12pmWhy if the other ppl got there money back.

Gnats on your fresh doughnuts guys. When they are taken to the back to get wrapped after they come in the gnats get all over them.

Their tacos are always hot and they serve them in a timely manner and their bathrooms are exceptionally clean every time I go there. Their condiments are fresh and they have a large variety of them to choose from. Their employees are courteous and outgoing and always have positive attitudes.

Nice at night (mainly cause no one is there), but during the day the workers are rude and usually not doing what they need to.

Food is hot and cheap.... when you enter the store youre immediately greeted

I love coming here. The breakfast tacos are delicious. I love the aguas (horchata & melón) and great candy selection. This store is very smart for locking the rear entrance at night time now. I wouldnt like having to work at a place with the rear entrance unlocked like that 24/7.. all Stripes stores should start locking it at night time.

The breakfast is good but I swear to God every time I go here they get my order wrong ....Like its some sick joke. I used to order huevos al la mexicana with bacon and cheese...Seem simple right???? NOPE I get potato, bacon, cheese. So I tired to simplify it ..how about bacon, egg, and cheese ....guess what I got today lol bacon and egg. Geesh. Because of the the workers here I have started to make my own breakfast...probably not the outcome you where shooting for when you opened your stores huh stripes. ???
