Bittersweet is one of my favorite local dessert places in Waco! The nutella stuffed triple chip cookie is my favorite and the seasonal specialty flavors are also very delicious and uniquely made. I really love the variety they offer and the staff and owner are always friendly. The staff member Niann has been so helpful and kind every time I have visited and I look forward to going back again the next time I am craving something sweet!

My family and I found this place while googling for desserts near where we were. Bittersweet sounded unique and so we gave it a whirl. We were not disappointed. The owner was there, she was really kind and energetic. We got the cookies and took them back to where we were staying. The cookies were the best weve ever had. Really unique flavors with great flavor and texture. A MUST STOP if youre in the area.

Stopped by a while back and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious creations that are available. I had gotten the smores and cosmic cookies and they were so good! Super sweet people working there! Highly recommend!

These are some of the absolute best cookies I have ever eaten!! But wait theres more... The cookies themselves are massive! It feels like youre eating 3 or 4 normal cookies. But better because these cookies are filled/stuffed with creams. I would highly recommend going here to satisfy your sweet tooth. They also sell milk ;)

I LOVE THESE COOKIES! s’mores and cookies and cream are my top two faves. But they are all delicious. I love the fact that they serve ice cold milk and bluebell ice cream, as well.

I am very disappointed in my experience with Bitter Sweet. I had heard a lot about how amazing their cookies were from my friends that go to school at Baylor. I ordered cookies back in September and the confirmation email said they would be sent the next business day. To this day I have never received my cookies. I have tried to DM Bitter Sweet on Instagram several times to receive a refund and have been ignored every time. I almost $50 to order some delicious cookies to try and was completely SCAMMED. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND SEND NOTHING.

OH. MY. LANDS. The BEST Cookies I’ve ever had. We got a variety and I can’t pick a favorite and I can’t pick a least favorite. WOW.If you want an off the wall, unique place to try a snack, THIS is the place to go! YUM-O!

WOW. There isn’t another cookie on earth like this. They are incredibly rich and made fresh every day. Hannah and her team are so kind to every person that comes in the bakery. For the owner, it’s not just about making money. It’s about making a good cookie for good people.

Not only am I obsessed with the owner because she’s so nice but the cookies are the real deal!! The cosmic is a classic and the way to go.

Very unique treats! The cookies are more like a pie. I took mine home, warmed it up, and ate it with a spoon. The cookies are a decadent pleasure; these are not small snacks, these are a full-on dessert. The only downside to Bittersweet is how popular the business is. The lines are long and they sell out of their product. I would suggest to the owners of Bittersweet to get a second point-of-purchase machine and make the check-out process go faster. You would make more customers happy that way. One last point that will be irrelevant to most people: I am a health fanatic, so just eating something like the cookies at Bittersweet is a rarity for me. There is no redeemable health value in this product. Were talking white flour, white sugar, oozing amounts of chocolate, and no organic ingredients.

I love these cookies!! Ive already went twice this week because I was craving them. This bakery has amaaaaazing customer service, very heart warming. 🥰

I ordered triple chip dry mix over two months ago and I have not received it. I have tried to contact them several times with no luck. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they took it off about a month ago. I received my credit card bill this month and bittersweet charged me for another order! I called my credit card company again and was told that bittersweet said I received my order but they could not prove it so the card company took the charge off. I never received my order and I will never order from here again. Do not waste your time and money.

Prices a little high? Not for the amount of cookie you receive. The owner is very kind and also very quick to correct her mishaps. Caring and giving! The only thing I hope for is that the cookies they smash in the videos on their Instagram dont go to waste. If anything offer them as a smashed special for a buck cheaper 🤷🏼‍♀️ Hole in the wall is their best bet right now to make a profit with the prices going up on rent. Keep up the great work! Maybe you guys can pick up a contract with the local dairy to sell small bottles of milk 😁 Mill-Kings whole milk would taste so great! They carry little bottles too, not just pints for those quick one cookie purchases! GoodLuck!

I placed an online order for the dry mix and it was never sent to me (I live 1.5 hours away). I was finally able to get a refund.

Stopped by and tried the Smores cookie. It was very good but for almost five dollars I wont be back
