I USE TO LOVE coming to this place for snacks & ice cream but after today I will not be coming back. Customer service was THE WORST. A customer spilled a drink & one of the employees COMPLETELY lost it. She locked the door for incoming customers as she mopped the wet floor. Employee seemed to be upset over not having any produce ready for the day! With that being said employee had no reason to yell or even curse or be disrespectful to her co worker while on the job. If you do not like your job please leave.

Love this little gem of a place. Their Pina colada aguas frescas are the best and the staff is always so helpful and friendly.

I ordered from this store because they sell chips that I tried and enjoyed in the Mexican Riviera on a cruise which they do not sell where I live. I accidentally pressed the button for pickup. A day or so later I received a message from Stacey notifying me of the error. I was so thankful. She was so helpful in getting my order to me quickly. Thank you Stacey for excellent customer service. Will order again soon. Enjoying my chips!!!

This ice cream shop had plenty of dessert options and a good number of them were enjoyed by my family. My wife specifically enjoyed the multiple chamoy options for her mango slices. They didnt serve hot fudge sundaes (unfortunately for me), but the service was great.

One of my favorite places for deserts and paletas in Waco, I prefer their other store (Helados La Azteca #2) on Colcord Ave since its new and very clean appearance ! This one has all of the same items as their other store and a few extras too.

Love the variety of Mexican ice cream flavors as well as the blue bell ones. I got the cappuccino flavor and the tequila flavor ice cream. I really enjoyed the tequila flavor. Was sweet with that hint of tequila flavor. Not overwhelming or too sweet to taste. They have lots of other items on their menu. Like the corn in a cup and mixed fruits topped with chamoy and tajin.

Good prices. They take card. Smells a little strong, but lots of authentic Mexican treats inside.

I love this place! And they accept credit cards which is important to me since I dont carry cash. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean, organized. I love their ice cream flavors hard to get Mamey ice cream and drink. My favorite of course!

I walk here from work regularly. They have a great selection of chips, candy, ice cream, fruits, etc. My kid loves this place. Super friendly service, too.

Really great service and family oriented as well. Fruit is super fresh and the nachos, oh full of cheese and put lots of toppings. The Elotes are awesum and Raspas, yeah!!! Next I want to try the Chicharone!!!!!! Great place for super treats and is an A+ !!!!!

If you dont speak Spanish its okay to go here they speak English! This place is great and has those ice cream truck frozen treats and other items like pinatas and other Mexican candies.
