The ladies Rosemary, Leticia, Emily, Priscilla, and Tammy are wonderful ladies, every time I enter into Zales Leticia keeps my jewelry clean and Priscilla helped me pick exactly what I needed for my purchase. I buy majority of my jewelry from Zales for my husband. They are great people and they listen to exactly what we need and our budget. I miss Pam and Tabitha who sold my first engagement ring who is no longer with Zales, but they were excellent salesman. Zales is the best place to shop for jewelry and Leticia always helps me decide on the best item for my wonderful husband. I Love Zales, I never wait long. The courtesy is excellent for me.

Went in this morning to ask about rings getting resized walked In and instantly felt judged. Then we where quoted $150 per ring (one is a very simple wedding band) she asked no question about sizing didn’t measure didn’t look up pricing or anything just point blank. We luckily thought that sounded off, so we left and ended up at a different zales that actually took my ring and looked at it tested it and discovered that ZALES CANT EVEN FIX IT!!! And then got reasonable pricing for my fiancé‘s ring as well. so all in all bad store.
Recently purchased a bracelet from this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Dropped of a necklace and pendent for repairs. Clerk called repair guy and gave me estimate on cost. I gave them a email address to contact me when repairs were completed. Within minutes I was flooded with junk for Zales. Contacted by phone to pick up repairs and found only the necklaces was repaired. 3 days later they called and up the price of pendent repair. Told the clerk gave me a estimate... NO I informed them she called for the estimate before I left my jewelry. TUFF :< Still waiting for my pendent to be repaired.
Celeste did a amazing job at the sales desk. She helped us and explained thouroghly about metals and golds . We bought a nice necklace and she cleaned my wifes ring. She deserves a raise.

Purchased two wedding bands from Zales. 3 days after my wedding i lost a diamond in one of the bands. I went to the store and they told me they werent doing any repairs. The lady there took my information and was supposed to contact me when they were doing repairs again. Never got a call! How embarrassing it was for me that less than a week after being married i have a missing diamond in my wedding band. When people are asking to see my rings and they point out im missing a diamond already. Makes it look like my husband bought me a cheap ring. 2 months later I lose a sapphire in my other wedding band! Now i have a diamond missing and a sapphire missing less than 2 months of them being in my possession! I call up to the store and they tell me i have to make an appointment for a repair. I go in to drop my rings for repair i was told it would only take 2 weeks should have had them back today. I check the status on them and now its estimated for the 21st 2 weeks longer than what i was told. Quality of the rings we purchased are terrible. To have two stones fall out days after being married is pathetic, especially since they were supposed to be examined and tightened when we had the rings resized. We will never purchase jewelry from zales again. Very disappointed.

They took the time to listen to our situation. And then they did everything in their power to meet our needs. It took a long time looking for probably over 45 minutes. And then finally finding exactly what we needed at the price that we could afford. Im very grateful for what they did for my family.
My husband and I just went to zales. Online it says they close at 7pm. We just drove from Gatesville Texas. When we got there it was 6:03 pm. We knocked! They looked! They couldnt come to the door to tell us they were closed. They acted like we were invisible.
Went to browse rings to see what I liked and what my boyfriend liked. We had the best person, Jacob.He was very nice, our kind of person! Definitely would love to get our rings here.
We came in on a busy Saturday afternoon and were immediately welcomed by Tammy. She set us up with Tabitha who was also phenomenal! They worked together to find a perfect ring! We had a lot of fun shopping! We will be back.
Bought a Mother’s ring for my mom for Christmas that didn’t work out. Zales refunded my money. I went into Zales Outlet in Waco Central Market and they helped pick out the perfect new ring with a discount. Great experience!
I placed a ring on layaway with the understanding they make reminder calls. I received a check in the mail refunding me my money from my layaway. I went to the store for them to tell me oh, we sold it. Ya right! I did not get one call as a reminder. I will never purchase any items and I’ll make sure anyone I know won’t visit the store. I dont anyone to be subjected to that kind of treatment. I wish I could subpoena their phone records to prove they did not make one call.*PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE, YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.*

The place was clean. Easy to find what you are looking for. But the customer service was terrible. I walked in. Alrhough I was immediately recognized by walking in their door, they each looked away. No greeting. And they were tending to other patrons so I smiled anyway and proceeded to look for a wedding band for my soon to be husband. As they each finished conducting business with customers they were previously helping, I stood patiently by two rings I was going to choose from. I just wanted to feel them, look them over and decide. Three people that walked in AFTER me were zoned in on although I know the clerks saw me patiently waiting. Maybe it was my hair not fixed. Or no make up. Could have been the particular college short I was wearing!! I gave up and left. Felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed at such disregard. I would have been a very good cash paying customer. WOULD have.

We came in and walked around for a while and I tried on many many rings and they never seemed frustrated! I love this place and they answered all my questions. I found my ring yay!!!
My husband purchased my ring in the Richland mall and weve had nothing but issues with quallity of work and customer service. To the point we were in the process of just returning my ring and starting over. I now go to Leticia and her crew in the outlet store for my cleanings and warranties. Its a completely different store. Nice, welcoming, genuine and they make your experience fun and special. For the money youre spending, it should be. Overall, I wouldnt use just any Zales. Pick carefully! If you get a good one, you wont go anywhere else!

Leticia Hill is the store manager of the Zales Outlet in Waco. She lost my wedding ring after I left it there to get resized. The short story is she never made any attempt to reconcile the problem. She showed a lack of compassion and was very apathetic toward my situation and never attempted to make things right. The result? She simply said there was nothing she could do and refunded my husbands money. We have only been married for 16 months and now I am without the ring that my husband gave to me as a symbol of his love and affection and our marriage. No words can describe how sad and hurt that I am. Please do not trust these people with anything that is precious to you.
Had a pendant necklace break. Walked into store and about 20 minutes later my jewelry was repaired at a very good price and my rings were cleaned while I waited.
My wife found a ring she really liked but because they Zales choose to put the 3006 and 3007 signs out not allowing me to protect my wife I choose to buy the ring for more some where else.

The employees dont seem to actually know much about their job outside of existing products. Trying to get a custom ring done is a very long process with these people.

This Zales store is far most the best Ive ever experienced!!! The staff are very polite, professional, knowledgeable, kind, etc. Treats me like family everytime I visit. Recommend them 100% hands down for any jewelry concerns.
