Ive only gone but three times since Ive lived in Waco but need to go more often. They have cute house decor and lots of yummy snacks! They have nice furniture to choose from as well. I seem to get stuck in the home decor section because I want to buy everything. I found cute fall decorations and want to go back for more!🍂🍃🍁

Big Lots is always a fun store to rummage through. The cashier was really a nice lady.

Decent little store. Has some of this and that. Check the expiration dates on food items!! The isles are small and customers dont seem to want to let you thru. Even if you politely ask. Be prepared to stand there in one spot. I did find some good deals.

Love the clearance racks. Not just that some of their items are cheaper than your grocery store. Love coming in to buy my dog pads, beds and treats they are actually cheaper here. I also bough my son a Serta cooling gel twin mattress it was cheaper than Wal Mart Sams and the mattress store. You need time to shop around here and look at all the great deals they have. Some of the items are on the expensive side.

I buy my coffee pods there in bulk.

Found a few good bargains but prices have gone up quite a bit on most stuff. Not that much cheaper than Walmart on bath rugs, linens, towels and pillows.

People sleep on biglots. The only place i was able to find toilet paper when no one had it. They always have a variety of fun things to look through. Its also never packed. So i love it there

Typical Bargain store, has furniture, fireplaces(electric), food stuffs and a lot more. Only real problem is its almost always a SLOW check out due to being shorthanded during busy time as well as just a few customers in store.

We came here after looking at many other places for an entertainment center and a small shelving unit. For nearly 30 minutes there was no staff to be found to ask for help, sans those behind the cash registers in front.When a woman finally did arrive, she was rude and rather unprofessional. She kept sighing and rolling her eyes as I asked questions. When she informed me the entertainment center we wanted was out of stock, she then tried to upsell us to things nearly 3 times the price when we kept telling her we only wanted something small.The one redeeming quality that saved this place in my eyes, was a kind gentleman cashier that greeted us with a smile and kind words.

Great place to shop. It shares a building with Barnes and Nobles,so thats pretty cool. And Big lots has a pretty good size of parking. The customer base here is pretty slow before 5pm during the week and busy on the weekend. But the facility is clean inside and out. Everything has a tag! Which is great when wanting to know the price of an item. Items are stocked on time usually. Staff is kinda slow at getting to you but for the most part theyre friendly. Overall,i am a satisfied customer.

We had a great experience here! Even though we can an incident when we ordered our mattress set where the one we ordered wasn’t in stock but weren’t told so until after we had left. However, Adam the associate who helped us worked quickly to rectify the situation, so we went in the next day to fix it and the manager Sharon was the absolute best and was able to help us out. All of the staff was very friendly and approachable, customer service at this Waco location was above and beyond! We will be back for years to come.

Expect the unexpected and youll find what youre not even looking for. Fun place to stop into just to see the trendy seasonal decor things. From signs to candles, clocks to coat hooks.... and the little pet decor area was too cute. Signs with pet friendly poems & sayings to water bowls and bone shaped treat canisters.You never know what you might find.

Very clean neatly orginized establishment. The staff had exceptional costumer skills. Greeting with smiles and how can i help you. Made me feel comfortable. Money well spent is how i felt when i left the store.

Very good price on everyday household items

Low prices and they have alot of great products. Much like a large dollar store that has furniture and other household goods. Friendly staff and clean restrooms make it a great experience to shop here.

Nice store lots of inventory. Always check this place out before going to a major retailer. From food to furniture they have a great assortment of just about everything.

You know what youre getting at Big Lots. Sometimes they have incredible things, sometimes they are crap. I got some tuna that had reacted with the can. Bought four cans. Two are still in the cabinet. They had some awesome heaters that I dont have space for. I found it interesting that they had Best Foods mayonnaise. Thats not a brand you can get here. We have Hellmans. Very odd.

Big Lots is a great place for college student to get ready to go back into their dorms. I bought myself a desk shelves and many other Furniture items for a cheap price. And the customer service made it all that much better. Will definitely recommend it to fellow college students.

They have great deals great clean location you can spot it from the road friendly employees bathrooms are clean prices are amazing and there is so much in there I go in there for a book and came out with over $100 worth of items that I got for $50 amazing deals and it is truly a big lot everyone should go to Big Lots for a little price and big presents the holidays are coming up and this place is wheelchair-accessible free parking and is just a fun family friendly environment

I bought 2 full size beds. They were $350 each the worst beds I have ever bought. You can fell all the metal springs. Me back hurts every day I get out of bed. If you take the plastic off you cant take it back. There goes $700. Ill never buy a bed from big lots again. And the guy that works in the furniture department doesnt have customer service skills.

You can find some things here that you might not find anywhere else and they have a wide variety of merchandise and competitive prices here. They carry things from kitchen utensils to furniture. Clothes and toys plus seasonal items. Check it out and enjoy.

I love big lots. Always can find deals on food products. I have bought several furniture items from them through their payout program.

Bought an entertainment center there. Drove back home (about 30 miles) started unboxing it only to find 3 pieces were severely damaged. The guy told me at the store I got the last one. I called and reported my problem they said that it was a discontinued item. They offered to take 20 bucks off or return it. I noticed the floor model was sitting there in excellent shape. I asked if I could exchanged for the floor model. They said no. If your not getting anymore in anyway whats the problem? When I returned they kept bouncing me around to other people go ask that guy no go ask that guy. What a joke. Total waste of time. They obviously could care less about their customers happiness. Steer clear!

I have gone to Big Lots for more than 20 years, when I lived is CA & it was called Pic n Save! Great prices. I shop here at least once per month.

I will always love big lots bit yall need to put prices on your product.

I like the rotating selection of stuff. You never know what you are going to see there. Prices are sometimes lower than other places, but not always.
