Drive through was more interested in caring on a conversation with a known customer than getting order completed.Treated me like I was insulting her for being there. I had to reach in to get my purchase.To say she acted like she was on drugs is an understatement Will find another shipleysAnd didn’t get my order correct

I have gone in several times and the young girl at register got order wrong three times. Then she read my order back but gave me all wrong donuts. If she dont wont to work dont be there.

Shipleys donuts off of Lakeshore drive and 19th in Waco lot of people go there dont go to the drive-thru get out go inside Ill recommend the big girl Earl not girl theyre the best besides that they have other things and donuts too I love me some Shipleys started in Waco I believe if if Im wrong so be it they are the best

UPDATED REVIEW:Much better customer service and willing to sell hot donuts if you get there early enough. But beware of the hot donuts!!! They are like warm circles of addictive goodness that sill hypnotize you to come back and eat more than you should. LOL.

These are the best as always! I recently was introduced to the Sugar Donuts & Cinnamon/Sugar Donuts and they are the best! Im not a big fan of glazed donuts so these really hit the spot!

Fast service. Friendly staff. Good selection of donuts. Kolaches are alittle skimpy on meat unless you get the Big Earl and Cheese, which is my favorite.

If I could give it no stars I would. The last few times I have gone through the drive thru my order was wrong. So today I decided to go in, worst mistake ever. I stood in line for almost 20 mins. The lady who was taking orders was slow like she didn’t wanna be there, almost like we the customers were inconveniencing her. The coffee I ordered was tasted old and nasty so I threw it out. Never ever will I be going back to Shipley’s.JACK AND JILL’S WILL BE GETTING MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON.

When I got there I ordered for Cherry filled Donuts they only had two she said because the morning shift was missing people that called in or something so I ordered the two Cherry filled Donuts to lemon-filled Donuts chocolate milk ham and cheese kolache sausage cheese kolache when I got home I had no Cherry filled donuts and that was the whole purpose of going for my wife very unpleased but the service did I got Ill make the drive down Waco Drive next time Shipleys on 18th and Waco Drive instead of going to the one on Lakeshore

I remember when this location opened and it was great. Not sure what has changed but this location is amazing slow. And check your order... they don’t listen to you very well and we usually get things we didn’t order.

Everytime I go to this location the young lady at the front seems to always have a lm attitude. She throws items on the counter and acts as if customers coming in is a bother to her. I don’t know her name but she has been the same girl at the front for a long time. She has brown hair and blue eyes. Depending on how bad we want Shipley donuts we probably will just go to the other location or sit in the long drive through. No complaints about the donuts or the other employees. Just her. This morning with her was the last straw, I had to leave a review so it will brought to someone’s attention.

I just sat in line 20 minutes to waste $8. The donuts were so old the glaze was just dried and flaking off and tasted burnt as well. Total waste of time and money. Called to make them aware and got nothing but rudeness.

Samantha at the drive thru this morning was amazing! Its so nice to see a smiling face that isnt annoyed or looks like they dont want to be there. She needs a raise!

I am writing this review because i am appalled and disgusted to go to a place where my daughter loves to eat at least once a week. and do not get me wrong the food is great and the place is clean but today we were eating and we see a staff member that was standing outside the women restroom grab another employees butt and kiss him she was wearing a red shirt khakis blonde hair and he was all white. Now i personally do not care if they are husband or wife but do that outside the work area where customers want to go and just enjoy a nice breakfast with their children

Love this location!! Always friendly faces and good amount of space to dine inside. Always clean.

I like the donuts at Shipleys. They are good. My only complaint would be that when you go through the drive- thru they tend to make mistakes on my order. As long as I go inside to get them I dont have a problem but on more than one occasion when I leave and go to eat what I ordered it was either the wrong item or I have been shorted. They just need to pay a little more attention to the customer when they are ordering.

The family was on our way out of town early planned to stop here for breakfast. 6am they were out of all kolaches. They apparently decided they weren’t making those this morning. Seems like they should have had ample time since opening to make a batch. The place was empty and I hardly think a big rush came in before 6 and bought them all up. Whatever the case, this Shipley’s needs to get it together...

My son and I love this location. They dont over ice their donuts, and the service is fantastic.

Its a Shipleys. Great hot chocolate, good kolaches. I cant really go into too much more detail.

Went and bought 1/2 dozen filled donuts. Get home to find empty donuts. Didn’t have a drop of filling. Totally empty except for air. DO NOT go to this Shipley’s unless you want to be ripped off! I drove back and put them on the counter and got my money back. One worker had the gall to say to the other “how do you know she didn’t take it out?” I went back to the counter and asked her what the hell was I gonna do with it? Then told her to look st it there’s not a trace of filling in it. How rude can someone be?! That’s beyond ridiculous. The worker that gave me back the money did apologize for it. Still I was really looking forward to the donuts and ended up with nothing but disappointment. Next time I’ll drive a couple miles down the road to the other Shipley’s where I’ve never had a bad donut and the workers are friendly and care about the customers. Also, there’s a worker there thats 300 lbs at least. Go for donuts come back wanting to diet. It’s actually gross!!

Warm donuts. They were so good!

If you’ve never had Shipley’s you’re in for a treat. This place puts Dunkin’ Donuts to shame. I recommend The sausage jalapeño and cheese Kolache and my all time favorite—glazed donuts and donut holes. Donuts don’t get anymore perfect than this.

I go Shipley do nuts to get cinnamon twist least once a month yum.

My donut was raw and several people just stood around and didnt wait on me.Response: The two butterflies we purchased were raw. When we spoke to a staff they exchanged the donut but did not pull the remaining butterfly from the shelf. This concerned me as well.
